They quoted me $175 to fix a clogged pipe and despite the problem being more complicated than anticipated and requiring an additional day, they did not jack up the price. I was very impressed that they didn’t try to change the price despite putting in more work than expected. Will def use them again if necessary.

We've used this company before any the services were great, but this last technician that came wasn't professional. He shot down everything that I said, even though the former tech from this company told us what needed to be done. He used my master bathroom and didn't flush it, and turned the water off to some of our appliances inside (washing machine, etc) but failed to turn them back on. Again, the previous person was wonderful, so it's a toss up if you'll get someone really good or someone not so nice.

Called them about a tankless water heater giving an error. The guy showed up the first time and said he needed to clean something out and tighten some screws that it would fix the issue… it did not! We called them out again Monday 4/4/22 the technician shows up calls the water heater manufacturer and is told to check the gas pressure, the tech didn’t have the correct tool to check the gas pressure so he said he would be back the next day. We never heard from them again, I even called the office to see if they would be finishing the work or not and nothing. We had to hire someone else that did have the correct tools and fixed the problem in 15min. We will not be using Pegasus Plumbing again.
