Xavier assisted us with our Kitchen Renovation Plumbing preparation. We had several adjustments we needed to make in the kitchen and laundry room so our plumbing was in the correct position for our custom cabinetry. He also helped us with a leak that occurred at the waterline for the fridge. The water shutoff valve for that line had snapped off when we tried to turn it. Xavier was terrific and stayed late on a Friday to ensure the work was complete. RECOMMEND!

Derrick arrived just before our scheduled appointment time and was very friendly and professsional. He helped us repair some valves in our bathroom so that we could replace a broken faucet. Would definitely call again and recommend their service!

Had a major leak in my basement and they were able to come out the next day. The replaced my pipes for a great price and when they found another issue they were able to fix it also at a great price. I feel like other companies would have taken an advantage to jack up the price but they didn't. I will definitely hire MTD Drains again!

Michael was at my house less than 15 minutes after I called him. He quickly identified and understood the issue. Jason and Braheem picked up the necessary parts to get the job done and everything was complete in less than 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable. 2023 I am updating this post as I have continued to use this company for warranty repairs and maintainencesince the original installation. The service technicians sent have since been competent and polite.This company has good service getting the contract ...until you spend thousands. ..then good luck. They don't honor their service contract promises. They also schedule maintanance appointments after you pay for the comfort club and just don't show up. I scheduled an appointment for today when I paid my contract. I am a nurse and have a difficult schedule in days off. I expected them this afternoon and worked my day off around this appointment. After calling them to see when they would be here I was told not till Friday which is a day i have to take my sister to her oncologist. Because I have few days off I always confirm dates verbally several times when making apointments. This company changed my appointment to their convenience on a day that I was not even available. I now have to set another day aside to reschedule.Uortunately today is not the only mishap that has occurred in my relationship with them. I truly regret spending the money I did on their installation of very expensive carrier equipment and having purchased an extended warranty which now essentially marries me to their inept capacity to treat customers respectfully. UNFORTUNATELY IF YOU PURCHASE GREENSPEED EQUIPMENT YOU END UP LOCKED INTO SPECIFIC COMPANIES TO DO SERVICE. BE SURE TO THINK TWICE. MAYBE I SHOULD BE CONTACTING CARRIER AT THIS POINT.

Knowledgeable guy and seems nice enough but he totally ripped me off knowing I’m a young homeowner. It really seemed like he made up the prices on the spot and doesn’t have standard rates. Here are the prices he charged me in case you’re wondering if he’s an honest businessperson:$500 for a simple replacement of a bathroom faucet$200 to replace a shower head (I know nothing about plumbing; he could have told me I could easily do it myself)$225 to replace a fill valve in the toiletIf you care at all about getting a fair rate, look elsewhere.

We were having shower faucet issues. I found Extreme online and read the favorable reviews. Let me tell you- when you find a company as good as Extreme hang on to them. Wayne was a complete gentleman from start to finish. Top notch professionalism and honesty- too rare these days. They saved me money by telling me what did and did not need to be done. It's taken years but I finally found a plumber to rely on.
