Respectful and very knowledgeableI've called them a couple times to take care of different plumbing problems and they came out and let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it. The price for the initial visit was applied to the total cost of the job. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave any mess for me. He even helped me to put my ceiling fan together while he was here and didn't charge me for that!I'll be using them from now on.

Originally called MT Plumbing to repair a backed up kitchen drain the day he came out to give quote the hot water tank went bad and he ended up coming out the next day and installing a new hot water tank and gas pipe to the water heater. he was on time, great price and fast. I will be using him for every plumbing issue I ever have!

UPDATE- I just called again and spoke the the VERY IGNORNANT ‘secretary’ samantha who stated “I don’t know why they told you 7-14 days because it’s actually 4-6 weeks” DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR ENERGY WITH THESE PEOPLE.our water supply in the driveway burst 11/10. we had no running water until thanksgiving (not necessary solely due to excell- it was a combination of them having limited holiday availability and the city waiting for permits). they came the morning of 12/1 to fix the issue and it was resolved before the afternoon. they did dig up part of our driveway and street. the street has since been repaired and repaved but we are STILLLLL waiting for our driveway to be fixed. they told us 7-14 days- it is now 1/6 WAY OVER THAT TIME FRAME. I called and left a message with their answering service and was told I would receive a call back but that was over 2 weeks ago. this is absolutely ridiculous. based on this lack of communication and action I would NEVER recommend them.

Awesome dude- very responsive, tells you what the problem is in a way that makes sense, and will tell you if its something you can do yourself. He gives you your cheap options and your fancy options and is just super honest. He's done big and small jobs for us and we've been happy with all of them.
