Our laundry floor drain was backing up, and we were able to get a same day appointment. We were given a two hour time window, but we also got a courtesy call 30 minutes before the tech arrived, which was really helpful. The tech had the problem identified quickly, and was in and out in less than an hour. I wish it wasn't so pricey, but the service was good.
