We have used Williams for 14 years and they have always been great. During a four-day downpour in May, our basement flooded big-time for the first time. Everything that was down there was ruined. We had to get a basement company to completely seal our 92 year-old home including digging a french drain along the perimeter, sump pump, and dehumidifier. It was an unexpected very expensive job and very stressful during a pandemic. Unfortunately, we had to get the new HVAC moved to the center of the room (that Williams installed in August) moved to the center of the room along with the gas hot water heater. Williams was ALWAYS working with us throughout the entire process (including moving out an old boiler, finding rusted pipes and replacing them, and putting in new pipes and a vent for a new washer and dryer). They coordinated perfectly with the basement company and we never had to wait for them as they came the day before the basement company was starting the job and came the day after they finished. All staff was available for all my calls, which were plenty, including Lisa, Lynn, and a new office person (I wish I had her name!). This is the third big job they have completed for us and we have never been disappointed. They go beyond our expectations and really know what they are doing. VERY professional and caring.Sometimes I hear that they are a little more expensive than other companies but they are worth the money because we never have to worry about the job not being done right. They ALL came in protected, with masks, booties, and gloves and never took them off and kept a safe distance which was very important to us. We would like to thank everyone involved by name and tell them how much we appreciated everything they did: Dan the owner (was very involved and came several times he helped with the HVAC system), and definitely the workers, Sebastian, Bill, and Brad. Williams Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. came out on 3 occasions last week about a clogged kitchen sink drain. They started with an electronic drain cleaning machine. Bill Simpson went thru a cost saving process to fix this to save money. Because I live in a condo, he determined with a camera that it was the common drain between the 4 units on my side. Bill repaired this issue and worked with his boss to get the best deal because it was not my fault and he cared. Not only did he do this, he cleaned the area in which he worked in better than any contractor I have ever seen. He told me exactly what he was doing in the process. He also went to my neighbor's side to fix the loose fitting under their sink today in order to prevent any more flooding which happened to them as a result of all this. This morning he left a voicemail message telling me that the other side was finished and all is taken care of in my building.Bill Simpson has integrity and Williams Plumbing is first on my list for plumbing. There still is GOOD SERVICE out there!

Price gouging!! They charged me $214.00 for a part (Motor Run Capacitor Part # 12786) available locally from Grainger for $23.26. The tech took off 2 wires and the removal and install was less than 10 minutes. Talk about a rip-off.

We have been with Williams for 27 years and have always been pleased with their service. They just replaced a broken water main, and, again, we can't say enough about the courteous and knowledgeable staff that was sent to do the job. It was all handled in a timely manner. Thank you, Williams!

This company was responsive and professional and did exactly what was expected however the excessive fee was unjustified! I was aware of the weekend service fee, but feel the charge was outrageous for a short period of repairs. When inquiring I was told “ the costs of parts vary with each tech” . After months and months of another “cheaper” company coming several times since April, I called these guys for help! My tech Tommy Morgan was early and efficient!! He listened to what we were trying to get “the other guys” to understand but they just kept putting refrigerant back in just for the same problem to arise two weeks later! Tommy came he found the leak quick and was one of the most knowledgeable techs I’ve ever dealt with! They forever have our business!! Tommy and Nolan are 1st Rate!Early review on maintenance service over the past 2 years and I have had Tommy and Nolan come out both times. These gentlemen are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. My unit is over 20 years old (HVAC) and I was trying to keep is going as long as I could while maintaining efficiency. Today, however, after a few (more) minor deficiencies I decided that with the rising cost of natural gas and product (IMO, thanks Brandon) it was time to bite the bullet and replace the system.Tommy quoted me what I needed w/ what I wanted in a new system and the pricing was deemed fair. With rising cost of everything and mortgage rates I plan to be my current home another 15 years and hopefully will recoup some expense with a new system. The installer is coming in the near future which I will update the post but for those looking at HVAC repair, Tommy and Nolan are my trusted technicians.They are a BIG part of why I am a Williams Customer!! 😄

Today is the 2nd time that we have used Williams PHA. We are very satisfied with both visits. I called this morning to schedule an appointment thinking it would probably be tomorrow before I could get one. They were able to work me in today. Eddie Stout was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He gave me some advice to follow to see if it would fix the leak in my shower before just tearing out everything. That gives me the confidence that this company is not just in business to make money but that they also care about their customers. I hope that I do not have any future plumbing needs but if I do, I will definitely call Williams PHA.

Have been a customer of Williams for 20+ years. At the first of the year they replaced our 23 year old water heaters. Tight squeeze under house! In the past they have replaced HVAC. Have maintenance contracts and just had spring/summer check and all is working great! They are always very professional, clean up after installations or service and very friendly. Highly recommend them.

Tommy hooked me the F up! Don’t go anywhere else! This place rules

I have been using them for 10 years and am completely satisfied. Being a service contract customer gets prompt service whenever needed. I use both the plumbing and heating a/c service.

Service tech came out after hours and got our HVAC System running making my wife very happy.We have been with Williams for many years and they have never not been there for us. Great people make this company a winner.

The dispatcher gave us a good idea oof when to expect the repairmanTommy and his assistant Danny were prompt and very courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our heating system and showed me the part which was clearly damaged. We were given several repair and pricing options, which Tommy fully explained. In the course of the repair Tommy found another problem, which was probably the root cause of our troubles. He was able to repair that as well at no additional cost. I'd give these guys 4 out of 4 stars for their prompt, courteous and effective service and I'll certainly call on Williams again in the future.

Williams does a fantastic job with our heating/AC and plumbing. They replaced our pump in our well same-day when it went out last winter during a snow/ice storm. Their service team is fantastic and very courteous every time they are here (Ridge was here today for our annual check and he was so friendly and polite and courteous!). They are very honest with their recommendations and back their work if anything isn't exactly right. I highly recommend them!!

As a customer for several years, I have become use to Williams P&H fine service. Yesterday, Williams sent two technicians to complete a semiannual HVAC check-up of the system at my home. My hot water was not getting hot so I placed a call to Williams to see what could be done. Eddie Stout was able to get there a few hours later and he easily remedied the issue. Appreciated the quick response time and Eddie also taught me a couple of valuable tips.

This was my first encounter with Williams Plumbing Heating & Air and I was able to receive same day service right before the Easter holiday weekend. It's hard being a single Mom managing a house and all of its unexpected breakdowns, so dealing with service workers can be quite intimidating. But Eddie was very informative and polite. He made me feel comfortable with what needed to be done as well as future improvements I needed to handle. The prices were very reasonable and I'll definitely be calling them again.

Have been a Williams HVAC customer for over 3 decades and in the middle of a sudden heatwave, my A/C stopped cooling. Despite Covid, Ken Williams brought me a stand-alone A/C unit (after normal business hours) that cooled and dehumidified my living space within a matter of hours, allowing me and my pets to reclaim our enjoyment of life (read breathe easily again - I have asthma and none of us are spring chickens) until a compressor can be found and installed. HUGE shout out to Ken and the staff whose patience and persistence I’ve appreciated for decades but wanted to showcase here. Hire this company to solve your HVAC problems!

Called a another company to come out to checked our A/C first and they said we needed just 4 pounds of Freon and it came out to about $700. We rejected the offer because we had a warrenty and got this company to come out for another for another inspection. While the previous company only checked out the outside A/C this company checked the outside A/C, filters, and the some parts that are in the attic and our problem was more than just Freon. They came and replace our filters with some spares free of charge and then cleaned, fix and replace some of our parts of the A/C unit. Afterwards we only needed 1.9 pounds of freon. Thanks to that we probably wont have our A/C breaking each year compare to the previous company. Thanks to toby and tony (sry if i got your names wrong, I'm bad at remembering names) for being thorough and professional and walking me through the problem.

Eddie Stout did a great job. He kept me informed all along the way and was very pleasant and professional to work with. I am very happy with the work that was done and with the people that did the work. We had both plumbing and HVAC work done and all of it was done really well.

Tommy just left the house after doing incredibly efficient work on a Sunday night working on our air conditioner that broke during the rain storm. He diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly while keeping the noise to a minimum while the baby slept. I’d recommend Williams heating and air to anyone looking for people who know what they’re doing. Can’t say enough good things about Tommy who took care to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Now we’re enjoying cool air instead of sweating through the night.

Called to get quote on cost for servicing and repair on 7/12/19. Receptionist short answered me and stated she didn’t know the price of Freon per pound nor could I speak with a technician. She stated I would need to pay $99 for them to come out, THEN the technician would tell me how much it would cost to add Freon per pound. That could be any amount and if i rejected the amount I am out of $99 dollars. Uhhh no thank you....Somethings not adding up! Sounds like baiting to me.

I have always used Williams for my hvac and plumbing needs. Their people know what they’re doing. I moved into another home a few years ago and this hvac system had been installed by someone else. It never ran right. It finally stopped working. The awesome technicians to arrive were Tommy and his tech in training Nolan. I have never seen someone so driven to fix a problem. I knew it was going to be a nightmare to find what’s wrong. Tommy and Nolan refused to give in and found the problem. My system now runs the way it always should have. Tommy is an exceptional asset to Williams and I am so grateful for his knowledge and determination to get the job done right.

James came to my house yesterday (3/10) to find the source of a leak in my kitchen ceiling. He did a great job of identifying the problem, explaining how he was fixing it, and waiting for about 15 minutes after he fixed it to make sure the leak had stopped. He told me how to prevent the problem in the future by being sure the toilet cut off valve is either completely closed or completely open, but not halfway open. He offered to come back and redo it if I had any further problems. And what he charged me was very reasonable.

Williams HVAC installed a complete system for me, including all new ducts and insulation. All of their employees are truly professional and highly skilled. Before getting my new system, I talked to several other companies including the one I had been using for decades. I am so glad I chose Williams! I strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing or HVAC equipment or service!

I just had my central air conditioning replaced and am extremely happy with my experience. Anthony did the initial visit and was exceptional in explaining what needed to be done. Sebastian came out to replace our air conditioning and much more with re routing the air flow in order to make it more efficient. Both Anthony and Sebastian were genuinely concerned about the air quality in my home being upgraded for a more healthy environment. Also Ken was extremely helpful advising me from the office with questions I had. The entire team was so professional. I would not use any other service than Williams.

Have used Williams PHA for years now and have always been satisfied with their service. We now have a service contract with them for our A/C unit. They mail a postcard when it's time to schedule service so I can call when it's convenient for me. Scheduling a time was easy and the office called to say the tech was on his way within the time frame promised. Jacob was cheerful and professional, asked if there were any problems with the system, changed the filters and checked the unit out thoroughly, made sure the whole system was working properly, and asked if I had any questions or concerns before he left. Now we're set for the summer, and I know if any unexpected issues crop up, they'll take care of them promptly.After we had our A/C unit checked, a few weeks later we called Williams PHA again. Eddie arrived promptly to help us with a blocked kitchen sink drain. (Our 25-foot snake wasn't long enough to reach the blockage.) When the blockage was clear (35 feet down the line), he double checked the drain line to make 100% sure everything was fine before leaving and gave us tips on the likely culprit for the clog (too many coffee grounds).

I use Williams Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning to service my HVAC system and they've always done a great job. So, when I had a plumbing issue I gave them a call. They had a technician visit my house the next day. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He found the leak, quoted me a reasonable price to make the necessary repairs, and then went to work. I was very happy with the service I received and will continue to use Williams to service my HVAC, and for any future plumbing needs.

I did price comparison with 3 different plumbing companies and William's was perfectly placed in regards to pricing. Sam and his apprentice came out and completed the project with no issues. They were very professional and Sam is ex military which was nice to know. I feel like the product is high quality, I feel like the work done was high quality and I feel like I got my money's worth. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time and just call these folks. I'm the biggest price comparison shopper there is until I find a company that does things the right way with the right employees and with a professional touch. They are who I'll call from now on and Sam and his apprentice are the only techs I'll use with any future plumbing issues.

Tommy was very professional and knowledgeable about heating systems. Tommy made sure I understood what he was doing and shared about looking into a maintenance plan as well.

We had Williams come out last fall to diagnose and repair a heat pump. They charged for a 'leak test' in addition to the initial diagnostic charge ($175 total for a 'diagnosis'), and in the end were unable to make a definitive diagnosis. Instead of the diagnosis we paid for, they quoted a full system replacement and told us there were no other reasonable options but to replace the system. This full size heat pump was servicing a 300 square foot area. I asked them if there was a more economical way to heat/cool that space. The technician said no, there wasn't. I used an old $40 space heater all winter, and it was fine on the coldest nights. It was just unpleasant coming home to a cold space every day since I didn't want to leave the space heater on all day. I called another company this week, and the problem turned out to be a very simple, inexpensive one, and the person who came to our place commented before he diagnosed the problem that the unit was overkill for such a small space and if we needed to replace it, he would recommend something more economical He also told us that despite the age of the unit, it was in great shape and with the small service area, replacement would not be wise. Williams mislead us about the price of the diagnosis, did not deliver a proper diagnosis and was not able to advise us of a reasonably economical solution to our problem. They either had a skill problem or were simply trying to upsell us.

My husband and I have maintained a service contract with Williams for more than ten years. We have been generally satisfied with their service. The plumbing side of the business could use some tweaking as we repeatedly had to call them out for an issue that should have been addressed during at least the first or second call. In the past, we had a Technician named Stan who we really liked and was very professional and attention detailed. Today, 05/24/17, we were introduced to a new technician, Ridge Stanley, who by our first impression is also professional, well mannered and informative. We most likely will require a new HVAC system in the not to distant future and will probably have Williams do the work.

Williams has always been a company you can depend on and they proved it once again to me. On 9/7/2017 they were for yearly maintenance and also repair a kitchen faucet. They were on time, professional, but lighthearted enough you could smile and be relaxed with them. Did the jobs, left no mess and were done. Once again I am happy to have a business relationship with Williams.

When my AC went out on a late Saturday afternoon, Tommy Morgan was amazingly quick to respond to my SOS. He agreed to come by at 7:00pm that evening to fix it, so I would still have time to run join the beginning of a surprise party and get back to meet him. How special was that!! He arrived right on time. Quickly replaced a part for me, thoroughly explained what he had done, and gave me advice on several issues.I have used this company for many years because they are so honest and responsive, and Tommy is a treasure.

At out office, Pilot Financial, we had a back up in our sewer line from the building to the street. Eddie Stout came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. Oh and he worked right thru a thunder storm:)

I can not say enough about our AC technician Vincent. He was here for one of our scheduled yearly contract appointments. Of course I had a list of items I wanted to address. Vincent listened patiently to each and ever one of my concerns,. Vincent addressed all of my concerns durning my appointment. Vincent was very helpful and was generally concerned about the efficiency of our AC and what we could do to improved the efficiency of our AC. Vincent went above and beyond a “service technician”. I can not say enough about how helpful Vincent was today. Williams Plumbing and Heating are very lucky to have such a dedicated employee, hang on to him!!

Great service as always.My first experience with them was an AC outage. Instead of charging me for a new zone control board, the tech noticed that if he moved the wires it worked. He simply re-wired the connections to the board and it has worked flawlessly since.Signed up for the maintenance plan and it is money well spent.

After several at home attempts to clear a bathroom drain, we finally decided we needed to call in a pro. The job turned out to be more than expected, but it was handled expertly and in a professional manner. Everything that needed to be done was explained and questions answered. My husband called Williams heating and air this morning and they came out on the same day. On Wednesday, we were told by the competitor that we needed $3500 worth of work done to our unit. After careful consideration and the feeling that we were about to get ripped off, we called Williams. They came out and spent a couple of hours examining our unit and found that a simple relay switch was all we needed. We have a home warranty company that sent this crook to our home and they refused to pay to have the work that crook claimed we needed so that is why we chose Williams. I have to say they were very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for future use. Craig was very knowledgeable and honest. He didn't try to take advantage of us and that says alot about the kind of people Williams employ....kudos to you all.

I called Williams and told them my A/C wasn't working. Terry appeared soon after. He said my fan motor was out and probably Monday before a replacement part.Of course it was a 90 degree Saturday. My husband who's in poor health and I spent the night at out daughter's. Terry called Sunday morning and was on the way to our house with a new fan motor. Problem solved! He even called the next morning to be sure everything was still working.

Great company to do business with!

Would not recommend. Guy came out first night look at it discovered it was a board issue, did not have it. Following night came out to put in board, working till the following morning where it stopped again. New tech came out and a hose was not tight. Paying a lot of money for half-assed install does not suit with me.

When we moved into our house we saw a sticker on our furnace for Williams Plumbing Heating & A/C so we decided to just go with them for now and see how it worked out. Nineteen years later we're still relying on Williams for our annual maintenance and for any problems that come up. Why? Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, reliable. Roger Kendrick with Williams arrived on time and quickly fixed our leaking kitchen faucet. He was courteous, efficient and cleaned up after completing the job. While in our house he provided some helpful advice about a slow draining bathroom sink.The price for repairing the kitchen faucet was much higher than I anticipated. I expected a $69 service charge, but not the $179 charge for parts and labor. It would have been good to have an estimate up front.

If you're looking for a place to work that cares more about their employees than they do about the money... here it is. This is by far the best place I have ever had the privilege to be employed. They make you feel like family... for this I'll be forever grateful.

While i had a good experience with our hvac tech over a couple of years, I would highly recommend staying away from this business. We had a part go bad and asked for an estimate of time and hours and they refused to do so. I don't deal with companies that aren't up front about breaking down their estimates. For the record, another local HVAC company did the same job with two people in two hours. I was given a quote for two people for a whole days rate. Extremely disappointed in how this company did business after being a customer for a couple of years. Plese do yourself a favor and stay away. I would give a zero rating if I could.

The unit installed was too large for my home. It was not installed, set up or wired properly. More training is needed for the guys who sell and install this equipment. An expensive efficient unit was purchased and this company was unable to allow it to be used to its full potential.

They charged well above market rates just to come out for an estimate. Job estimate was also much higher than other plumbing services. Average service. I've gone elsewhere.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful

We recently had issues with both the air conditioning unit and a less than 2 year installed hot water heater. The AC malfunction was initially misdiagnosed. Williams had other techs to initiate work on the hot water heater, then sent HVAC technician Terry Clark to examine both units. Terry assessed the problem with the AC afterhours, replaced the worn part the next morning, and our home resumed cooling after having reached 88° inside on the evening of the service call. The problem with the hot water heater was quite baffling and required more attention. We were without hot water for numerous days. Williams trucks were at my home daily. Attempts to repair the hot water heater were unsuccessful and resulted in installation of a new one. Within 24 -48 hours, a few more issues developed with the temperature of the new hot water heater and the AC unit. Williams Plumbing Heating and Air worked relentlessly to resolve the problems. I almost gave up, but they didn't. If you were searching for professional service, look no further. I've been using Williams for more than 20 years, and I'm grateful for their stellar customer service and personal care they provide.

We were quoted a price of $915 to replace a fan on the airpump in arental. Our rental property manager got it done labor included for $346!During a service call for the Fall, i told the maintenance guy the cooling was off and was quickly interrupted with Well im here for the fall and winter. This has been our go to company for several years. From a clogged toilet, mini split heat and air for our sunroom to our new hot water tank that they replaced today. I had a sewer backup on a Sunday, not a pleasant experience to wake up and find pools of sewage all over the floor. After cleaning the mess and trying to unclog the toilet, without success, I called around for a plumber. Williams Plumbing was the only service available that answered their phone, in spite of several services attesting that they offered 24/7 service.Jason, the plumber, arrived on time and gave me a detailed explanation of how he would address the problem. He quickly realized that the problem was a sewer clog and he worked at it, in the cold and dark, until the sewer was unclogged and I could use my water again.I am grateful for Williams Plumbing providing genuine 24/7 service, for the professionalism, commitment, and knowledgeable service that I received. I appreciate how quickly Jason responded to my call, and that he was able to unclog the sewer for me. The ancient main sewer line to our home failed and Williams did an amazing job taking care of us. We first realized something was wrong on a Friday night and by Monday afternoon we had a brand new (working!) sewer and water line. These guys work HARD and we're very impressed by their professionalism and customer service. We interacted with Matt Crawford the most and highly recommend him, he made sure we were taken care of all the way through. We'll be using Williams for our future plumbing and HVAC needs.
