I have a toilet that periodically runs. About a year go I already replaced the flapper. I just don’t want to have to do it again in a year. So, I contacted Jeff for advice. He answered my request right away and recommended the proper flapper to use. I so appreciate Jeff taking time out of his busy day to handle my request. Jeff is the best!

Five stars+ for Jeff at Garrett's Plumbing. We were having an issue with shower controls for a bathroom upgrade and couldn't get the unit to work properly. Initial contractor diagnosis was a possible issue with valve installation or defective cartridge's. We thought we might have to tear out fresh beautiful tile work (desperation)! Jeff spent about an hour methodically testing everything and determined that the NEW valve we had installed was defective. He also resolved an issue with water flow at the newly installed faucet. All of this within 1-2 hrs. analyzing and testing the existing lines. I love a craftsman that uses his experience and knowledge to diagnose and correct problems. Jeff was very courteous, professional and respectful of our home when working. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending him for plumbing related problems. Big Mahalo Jeff!!

Jeff was very quick in helping us out with a clogged drain. We had other plumbers out who not only were unable to fix the issue but quoted my elderly mother thousands of dollars worth of work to be done. Jeff fixed the problem and was honest. Good to know there are still honest, kind and prideful of their work individuals like Jeff out there.

I called several plumbers to come clear a stopped up sink . Jeff returned my call promptly and came out within the hour . He's was amazing and quick . He ran 75 ft of cable through my clean-out and cleared the clog whatever it was . It was a ways down the pipes . He was worth every big of his $125 charge . Had the drain cleared and everything cleaned up within 25 min . You won't be disappointed. Call Jeff !

My kitchen sink was pouring out water from under the sink. Jeff fixed the incorrectly-installed pipe connections that had been installed years before. It was a complicated project but Jeff was able to figure out the best pipe configuration. He also installed a new garbage disposal. Everything is working great! No more leaks and no more bad smells. Jeff's 35 years of plumbing experience really showed. It was a relief to see that Jeff knows what he is doing when it comes to fixing plumbing. Jeff is also a congenial, nice person. My golden retriever puppy loved him! I will definitely call Garrett's Plumbing the next time I need plumbing help.

Has done a few jobs for us and has the first time I called, he answered immediately and was at our house in an hour and was able to take care of the issue quickly. The second time I called he immediately answered and asked if he could call me right back. I heard from him within 10 minutes and he was out that morning to address our issue. It was also nice that he did not mind our pets.

Such a great experience working with Jeff over at Garrett’s plumbing. Needed a leaking faucet fixed for tenants and he was able to get out and take a look the next day. Had great communication with me throughout the process and I was very pleased with the timeliness of everything. Planning on using them for all my plumbing work in the future!

Replaced the faucets in the bathroom. On time, talked thru what he was doing, answered all questions, and cleaned up the area after work was done. Bottom line would use Jeff again.

Noticed a leak in a line coming from our water heater and I went online to find a plumber. The one we had used for years had recently retired so I had to rely on reviews. I wanted someone local and Garrett’s Plumbing showed up with excellent reviews all across the board. Called and set up an appointment with Jeff. He came out right on time (a bit early even but that was great), diagnosed the problem, and walked me through the repairs that were needed. He went to get some parts and I left him to do the work. He quickly installed a new line and valve and made sure everything was good to go. For the work he did and the time he spent, the price was reasonable and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He is kind, knowledgeable, and he does excellent work. Jeff will be our new plumber from here on out. Thanks for the great work Jeff!

Jeff fixed my 20 year old Roman tub faucet leak without having to cut a hole and replace the entire faucet. I'm thankful to have saved the money! He made a new friend with my dog Ranger. :)

On my way to bed, I found my kitchen sink full of water -- the adjacent dishwasher had just finished its cycle. When I tried to run the garbage disposer/use a plunger, the only thing I accomplished was making a huge mess. Although I'd never used them before, I was optimistic due to the amount of positive five-star reviews this business had received. When Jeff from Garrett's Plumbing arrived, I wasn't disappointed.

Jeff -- who texted me when he was on his way -- arrived on-time and was extremely professional and honest the entire time. Within 40 minutes, Jeff was able to diagnose and repair my issue. Best of all, he was extremely fair and didn't charge me an outrageous price for his work or try and up-charge me along the way. Once Jeff wrapped up, he took the time to answer several of my questions about the long-term health of my house.
