Above and beyond my expectations
The service tech Jose V. came out only to install a WiFi thermostat and i mentioned to him that my AC was taking a little longer that normal to reach the set temperature. i was expecting an answer like you have to call them, but Jose told me he would check the pressures and realize it was a little low on refrigerant so he added it and notice that the pressures were not right come to find out a valve in the brand new unit was defective so he had them ordered it and came back and replaced it. Great work, so far so good.

I called Westbrook to schedule my bi-annual A/C checkup. Nothing was wrong with my A/C unit but I wanted the checkup before I went on vacation. The service rep (Clint Alexander) was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained something to me that was different than any other rep had told me in the past. I was extremely pleased with Clint.

Mr. Miguel and Chris came out today to replace a gas water heater and to fix the vent tube that had gotten disconnected by our roofer. Both Mr. Miguel and Chris took the time to explain to me what the problem was up in the attic and the best way to fix it. They also noticed a tear in the a/c duct and fixed that as well. Both Chris and Mr. Miguel were professional and courteous to me and worked hard in this Florida heat. I will be using them again to put an electric water heater in another home. I would highly recommend Westbrook Plumbing!

These guys are a HORRIBLE. I spent $7000 with them on a new unit and they have been to my house making repairst more than 12 times in 2 years since it was installed! No lie! Now they ENDED their residential division. This company is horrific, have no clue what they are doing, customer service was horrific, salesman not knowledgeable, sold me a line of goods and I fell for it and now I have a unit that is once again not working right.

I needed some electrical work and ac work to fix some inspection findings before I sold my house. I called Westbrook because I've used them before and I knew they we good. Rich showed up at 7:30 for the ac work in the hot attic and got it done quickly and professionally. Then Steve showed up for the electrical work. He got the 9 items fixed quickly and even needed to rewire my Jacuzzi tub as the wiring was messed up. I was then scared for the bill I'd get for all this work and two separate technicians. Instead, the bill was very fair. Westbrook is the way to go if you want work done by a fair and honest company! Both technicians were great guys that worked hard and got the job done quickly.

I recently acquired your tech. Lester Webre to relocate an existing water fountain in one of my company buildings. To perform this task he was required to penetrate a block wall and extend the plumbing to the existing system, a task that I thought was impossible. Lester performed the work in record time including remounting the existing fountain at it's new location. When all was completed you could not tell the unit wasn't in it's original location. Excellent work Lester!!

When we called westbrook services about our underground leak, the office assigned a tech to come out the same day. Ralph V. Arroved and was so professional and extremly friendly. He diagnosed our problem and advised us to also speak with the city regarding our sewer line blockage. With his help we will also be able get reimbursement from the city for the work done by westbrook.
Ralph did a wonderful repair of our sewerline on our side of the property. Westbrook is so lucky to have ralph on their team and we will recommend westbrook toball our friends and family.

i had called and left messages yesterday (sunday) on 5 different electricians / businesses that claim to have 24hr service or emergency repairs on weekends. I must say, this is the ONLY company that answered the phone and had an actual technician call me back within 30 minutes. Although, i didn't use the company because i later found out my HOA covered the actual damage, i will def keep them in mind for any future repair work. Now that its Monday and after the fact, a couple othershave called me or emailed but too Late now! Thank you for answering and the quick response and for providing good advice via the phone!

Requested service online at 7 AM on a Tuesday by 8:40 AM I had not been called back so I gave them a call on the phone. (How many people were ahead of me at 7 AM that they couldn't contact me within an hour and a half?) I was told that they would try to get someone out that afternoon but they could not honor the warranty on my 7 year old unit because I had not had maintenance done on the unit in the past 2 years (I didn't even ask about the warranty!). First you DON'T contact me in a timely manner, then I get shuffled to later in the day and oh by the way you will be paying full price because you didn't pay us to come out and check your unit every year! NOT great customer service! I called another big company in the area, they had someone out here by 10:30 AM! and I am on my way to air conditioning again.

Westbrook bailed us out when our air conditioner quit on us. The tech arrived within the window that was promised to us and was very polite and courteous. He promptly diagnosed the problem, communicated the issue to us and, with our approval, had our unit repaired and operational once again.

This was the third time that we had used Westbrook, previously for another A/C repair and a tankless water heater install. All three experiences have been great. We would highly recommend Westbrook!

Used Westbrook to install a gas range. Wish I had gone electric! Was told they would be there between 10am and 12 noon. Didn't show until almost 2, with no apology or call saying they were late. Had to lose a full day's work waiting for them. Was told the install would be $130.00. Ended up being $240.00 with no explanation why the price increase. These guys might be good at some things but communication and honesty are not them. Please go somewhere else!

I called the company on Friday and got an appointment on the coming Monday to look at the leaking shower. I didn't get any call on Monday. I called Tuesday and was told that someone was working on an estimate and that it will be a substantial amount. Wednesday, I spoke to a supervisor and he says the tech didn't know what is wrong and have to send another person to look at it. It is not my business to know how they run their company, but I will never recommend this company to anybody.

We had a brand new system installed in July 2018. Westbrook has moved away from residential which would be fine if they had referred us to a competent company to handle our warranty repair. The system has totally stopped working and the company they referred us to wants to charge us for the repair. It's only been 7 months since it's been installed. Maybe they got out of residential because they knew something was up? This is unreal. #prisoner

TECO came to my house and told me there was a gas line break in my area and they would have to turn my system off for a few hours. Later that day they came back to turn system back on and said they “found” a small leak and I should outside company to fix it. I called Westbrook and set up an appointment to repair problem.David(Westbrook) came at scheduled time and checked system and found only a fitting needed to be secured. After a call to his office they stated their would no charge. Professional and honest, that is how Westbrook Services treated me.Thank you!!

To make the house more energy efficient, I called Westbrook to come out and give me a quote on replacing my 40+ year old ductwork. I was requesting a metal duct trunkline for the two main runs in the attic, and flexible ducts for all the outlets and returns. We settled on the metal ductwork and one flex return.

The day the truck arrived to do the work, they started unloading the ductwork. No metal ducting for the trunklines! I asked why no metal, and was told that wasn't what they were given. When I showed the signed contract for the metal, they said they needed to call the office. The office said they would send someone out to look at the situation. A man came out, walked through the attic, came down and said he would call me.

The call came and they told me it can't be done. I said but we have a signed contract. What does a signed contract mean? They didn't return any calls in the future, and stated they just can't do what the contract says.

So they don't deserve any stars for not standing by their word, and contract. The one star is because the note can not be posted if no stars are selected.

This team was amazing to work with! We had an issue with our old A/C unit where it was blowing out air but the air wasn't cooled. We contacted this company and they sent someone out (on a Saturday!). The tech filled our Freon since it was low and checked out the unit. It was determined that since our A/C unit was old, it was probably time to get a new unit. Once we determined we needed the new unit- a rep came out to the home to look at our old one and talk about how the new one would function/look. The new unit was installed with a day or 2 of determining we wanted to purchase a new unit.

The techs that came out to install the new unit were very profession, knowledgeable and kind! Even though it was pushing 90 degrees that day- they worked quickly and had our new unit installed in no time. They also fixed some issues with ventilation and such from an improper install from our previous unit. They truly did a great job and went above and beyond fixing the issues from the previous unit. They explained everything and were very thorough. With the installation of our new A/C unit/handler, we have saved approximately $100 per month on our electric bills!!

This is a great company and everyone was great to work with. We will for sure use this group should we have any future A/C needs. We would recommend the Westbrook team to anyone!!

My association with Westbrook Service Corporation spans over 10 years. As a comfort club member I receive a routine tune-up and maintenance of my a/c unit twice a year. I have met several technicians over the years and each one has been punctual, polite, knowledgeable and professional. It has always been a pleasure, and my equipment has been running very efficiently. I highly recommend this company for air conditioning and I would assume they do a superb job with plumbing and electrical also.

The representative quickly diagnosed the problem (bad fan motor), called the office to check for the warranty information (covered), installed the new motor (from his truck), and tested the system for cooling. He also did the annual maintenance check which was scheduled for the following week. No complaints. Good service call.

I am beyond please with their services. I live in a fairly new apartment, but never would I have never thought I'd be dealing with a new faulty water heater. After 3 months of not having consistent hot water and the apartment complex's maintenance crew not being able to fix the problem, I had enough and management contacted Westbrook. Lester and his assistant were very attentive, professional and detailed. He followed up to make sure that everything was OK. I am beyond pleased with their prompt, professional and diligent work.

Called to setup a service call which took two weeks, Westbrook called on the day of the appointment and they had to cancel the appointment and reschedule which was another two weeks. Why does it take a month to schedule service??????

Wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to our Service Tech - Terrance. We are long time Westbrook Comfort Club customer's and our a/c heater suddenly stopped working last night. Brrrr... Customer Service was able to schedule us quickly for a service call. Terrance arrived right on time, quickly identified the problem, resolved our issue and got the house nice and toasty in no time!! My AC quit working and I called Westbrook to schedule AC diagnosis. Scheduling was OK and a technician showed up on time.
The diagnosis the technician gave to me was something wrong with the wire that connects the panel and inside unit. he promised to give me the pricing to fix the wire the next day.
I didn't get a call from them after calling them several times. I had to go to another company and it turned out that the switch for the inside unit was off. That's the reason AC unit didn't start up. I turned on the switch and my AC started working again. Westbrook gave me the wrong direction and I could have ended up with paying $500 to replace the wire.
I called them asking for a refund and their attitude was just rude. Even my credit card company that was on the line as well said they were rude and they were glad that I would never had business with them again.
Anyway, I don't know why they have good reviews. Maybe my business was just too small to be good for them.

Today I had both a repair and maintenance issue addressed. Our technician Ramsys was exceptional. He explained what our problems were clearly and concisely as he made the repairs and he provided feedback on the daily operation of our systems. He understands both technology and customer service.

My previous visit... Westbrook has always provided excellent service. I have been a customer for many years. Today's service (which was complicated) was finished earlier than estimated and Jean was neat and clean and communicated their status along the way. Overall another great experience.

Extremely poor response from the AC unit service side. We called TWICE in reference to service to our AC unit after business hours, both times a different operator recorded our contact information but we NEVER received a call in return. NEVER. The following morning a person was scheduled to come out to service at 8:19am but after waiting the entire day for someone to service the AC unit no one ever arrived. No phone call. No notice provided. I called the business again prior to the close of business hours to inquire about our service stays and no one answered. Extremely disappointed. Extremely disappointed.

Remodeled our kitchen requiring plumbing and the addition of gas into the home for kitchen appliances as well as new tankless-gas hot water heater and a gas clothes dryer. Jay (First name Waylon) Jones was more than we could have asked for. As long time members of Westbook's Comfort Club we have found this 'local' company to be professional, responsive, and competitively priced for all our electrical, plumbing, gas and HVAC needs. The most recent event was the installation of a tankless hot water system to replace one installed by another plumbing company years ago (which we later found out was not an adequate size system for our home size). The Westbrook technician, Mr. Jay Jones, a Westbrook star employee, provided professional, honest, and a 'plain language' assessment of what our home requirements are and which tankless system was best suited to meet those needs. He patiently answered every question regardless of how trivial. He consistently demonstrated that he would not be satisfied until we were satisfied! Westbrook and technicians like Mr. Jones are the reasons we will continue to be loyal customers of Westbrook.

UPDATE: Another Project, August 2018.
We contracted Westbrook to do a major re-plumbing project throughout our home due to the fact the house was built in 1993 using Polybutylene piping, the standard for homes in Florida built between 1975 and 1995. This type of piping deteriorates over the years and 'pin hole' leaks start occurring. We decided to be proactive and remedy this problem. Westbrook has always beens our 'go to' company for all types of repairs. We discussed the scope of work and Mr. Jay Jones (Westbrook Field Supv.) provided an estimate. . .which included drywall repairs, less painting. Plus, Westbrook includes a 10 year warranty, double the standard industry warranty. The two plumbers dispatched to our house (and Mr. Jones) were 'Barry' & 'Gino'. Excellent customer oriented professionals, respectful of our home in minimizing the work impact and associated dust, etc.. Very proactive in making recommendations during the 3 1/2 day project that would help preclude future problems. These gentlemen from start to finish were the best!!! The follow-up dry wall work was performed by a sub-contractor Westbrook employs to do the finish dry wall repairs. Mr. McGrady & his associate 'Donald' were again respectful of the impact their work would have on our home and minimized dust, etc. The finished dry wall repairs throughout the house were masterful. (FYI, painting is up to the homeowner to add to the sub-contracting work. . .we elected to do it ourselves.) Make no mistake, re-plumbing a house is invasive and inconvenient, and costly, however, the alternative is not an option; it needed to be done. Homeowners faced with this Polybutylene problem would do well to contact Westbrook. . .they are the best out there. Barry Dodson, Orlando, FL

Residential customers are referred to Service Experts who act like they are an arm of Westbrook only you get a call center in Texas who sent me a plumber who was actually in Cocoa Beach and wasn't going to come to my home until almost midnight . Unacceptable !

We needed our outside AC unit relocated. A rep came out quickly and provided us with an estimate the next day. Within a week we had the work scheduled and completed. The techs were detail oriented and made sure that all my questions were answered. Very competitive pricing!

Overall good service. Total house repipe on a 1924 historic home. Our service technician, Dante, was spectacular and would recommend him to anyone getting a repiping. We have an older house so some challenges with that. The main line hook up was rushed. The last day, Dante showed up early but unfortunately no one was with him to support completion of the project. He finally received support around noon and I believe there was a rush to finish the job. The team finished very late (10 pm) and one of the other technicians did not crimp the main line causing a blow out and siphoning dirt back into the house lines. A huge mess and some of the pipes had to be redone due to dirt in the lines. I expect better from Westbrook and they normally have exceeded my expectations - I was disappointed in this job - other than the professionalism that Dante displayed throughout.

I signed a contract with Westbrook to install a tankless gas water heater in APRIL 2019. It’s now January, 2020 and they still haven’t finished the work that was contracted! They came to my house 4 times since that date to evaluate and coordinate with TECO gas to install new gas lines (old meter was defunct) and prepare to install the tankless water heater and also hook up my gas range. Each time they had an excuse for why they couldn’t do the job on that particular date. The final time was on JANUARY 30, 2020 when the tech came and said he needed another tech to do the work and had no record of the gas range installation, even though I’ve had 8-10 phone and personal conversations detailing the work order. When I called to reschedule, Robert Valentin, Director of Customer Support, was anything but helpful or professional. He repeatedly talked over me, gave conflicting information and told me I was unreasonable and rude. Quite the opposite, in fact. He quoted me $1,270 to do the work when I was originally quoted $300 in April then told me to find another contractor if I didn’t like it. I set up a time 2 weeks later for them to do the work because I haven’t had an oven for 9 months!
The last thing he said before hanging up was to
...”get another contractor if I was unhappy with their service” and he apparently heard me say ‘go to hell’ as I hung up. He called back 5 minutes later and said they would not be following up because of my comment, and that I was “rude and abusive”. After 9 months of waiting for them to do their job, Mr. Valentin could have gone to hell and back a thousand times! A passive-aggressive personality with no background information should not be head of Customer Service! This is the WORST sense of responsibility and customer attention I’ve ever experienced!!!!

I have just recently purchased a new Air Conditioner from Westbrook. My father owned an AC and Refrigeration Business, and this was the first time I was making such a big purchase since he had passed away. We had used some local companies for minor repairs and estimates, but I had not been impressed or confident with their knowledge or workmanship. From the moment Tom and Carlos knocked on my door (and they were actually early), I felt we had picked the right company. When the job was finished they took the time to show me all the new and modern details of my Air Conditioner. Tom patiently made sure I understood everything and answered my many questions. The outside unit was installed better than the original had been. Everything had been picked up and cleaned up. Westbrook adjusted the bill because a new box did not need to built like the rep had thought. I would not have known to question that. Our experience was made better by how professional and respectful Tom and Carlos were to us and to our house. After the job was completed, Westbrook took care of all the paperwork for rebates, registering, and inspection.
Needless to say, my experience with this company has been good, and I have signed up for the maintenance plan with Westbrook. I would and I have recommended this company to my friends.

I ordered a tankless water heater to be installed on my property June 27, 2019. It took them until December 2019 to finally install the water heater. Now they claim I still have an open permit on my property and they haven't been able to get in touch with me about closing it. Wrong. I have repeatedly sent emails and phone calls (the person is never at her desk) so I have left message after message with no response. It is currently July 27, and I still have an open permit. Wish someone would get it fixed for me. Don't know if I would recommend this company for anything in the future. No follow up.

Tech was knowledgeable and professional. Detected the issue quickly with the utility companies equipment and repaired it. The gas utility company didn't even try to repair or test their own equipment when we called them to report smelling gas. They just sent someone and shut off the gas to our home and as it turned out it was their own equipment that was the problem costing us unnecessary expense of hundreds of dollars. Good marks to Westbrook very poor marks to Teco Peoples Gas.

On Friday, Sept 29, our A/C stopped working so we called and they sent a guy in on Saturday Sept 30th and he said that our top of the line A/C unit needed a new motor part. They would order it as we are covered by our annual support contract. That all went fine. We got an email October 5th, Thursday, saying that motor was in. Then, we fanned ourselves and patiently waited... and waited.... through the weekend.... Nobody contacted us to let us know when they were coming by to put it in. By Tuesday, October 10th, we had still not heard, so I called them. Even though the part was now in since last Thursday , we were not on the install schedule at all. Whoops, somehow, we got missed. Then, the nice lady says they are booked this week and can install it next Tuesday , the 17th, which would put us at 18 days without functional a/c. The part that really annoyed me was that even though the part had come in, they didn't schedule us to have it installed. Then, when I called them to check on the status, they didn't have us on the calendar at all. They dropped the ball on this one, and when you drop the ball, you get a player in the game that makes up for it. But no, I have to be without consistent A/C for 18 days. I did ask to speak to the manager, but he's too busy to call me today and will hopefully call me in the morning. What's my recommendation? I would say that if you don't need a/c right away once it breaks, then Westbrook is pretty good. For folks like us that are on an annual contract, we get shafted. They will get it fixed but they aren't in any real hurry even when they are the ones that dropped the ball. So today is Tuesday and they can't do it until next Tuesday even though they should have put us on the calendar when they ordered the part. Heck! Hurricane Irma only caused us to have no A/C for 2 days! Sorry, but at this juncture, I cannot even bring myself to give West Brook even one star for service. I did offer to hire an A/c Guy to do it, and send them a bill. It appears they are so backed up that they can't handle the work ... and instead of hiring more a/c people, they just make us wait. So, while
I am waiting, I am doing the best thing I can thing... rating.... yes, waiting and rating...

We had a couple problems with our system, and David Garcia, our tech, took responsibility, diagnosed the problems, and was able to get everything running and operating efficiently. He was persistent, professional, and had a calming personality, which is good to have when the air conditioning is not working . David and Westbrook went out of their way to satisfy our concerns. We have 4 systems that Westbrook has taken care of for several years, one residence and 3 commercial. We recommend Westbrook.

Today Marvin navigated a small plumbing mess I had, in addition to the more routine work previously scheduled. He couldn't have been nicer and more reassuring. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I needed a gas valve changed at my in-laws house. Their appointment last week was scheduled for 11am. They were 2 hours late and never called to give status as to what time they would be there. Then today they charged me $180 for 15 minutes of work to change a valve. The service guy was rude to my mother-in-law as well demanding she pay him before started on the work. If he would have read the service order he would have known to call me about the price in the first place. Awful. Will never contact them again for any of our properties.

Matt and Jonathan were very professional and polite. They both went above and beyond just a service call. I had to have my TXV? Valve replaced so my heat would function and it turned out to be a very complex repair. Jonathan even repaired a wall anchor for my thermostat, I will be using Westbrook from here on out.

I have never dealt with a less knowledge group of people in my entire life. After replacing my entire A/C unit, I still have no A/C. There is always another part that needs to be replaced. I have paid for an entire new unit, and then replaced every major part to that new unit, and I still have no A/C.

The last time they came out, I was told that my heating was broken and needed a $1000 part. Mind you, it was 95 degrees outside and I called them because the cooling didn't work. They really have no clue.

Even after having so many issues, they continue to send rookies to my house. Whatever you do, stay away from this company.

Jose Valles came to my home to preform the semi annual service on my air conditioner. While here he discovered that the blower on my less than two year old Lennix system was no longer working. Since I had taken the day off in order to be home, he went and drove almost an hour to pick up the part, and then drove an hour back so that I would not have to take another day off. He had excellent attention to detail and was sharing best practices for me for monthly care of my unit. He did a fantastic job and I will most certainly request him in six months!

Our family was grateful to have the opportunity to come across a company like Westbrook plumbing. Our water heater went out in the middle of the night and we did not know who to call. My father recommended to call TECO the gas company.To our surprise they have a program that you can get a water heater for $9.99 a month. We did not have money to purchase a water heater and installation which adds to close to $1000 ,we we are so happy to get the installation with Westbrook Michael Ciampa the technician was incredibly helpful he was efficient ,very knowledgeable,and prompt. Wanted to have a fire pit installed on our pool deck. We had 3 estimates....The first was the lowest, the second from Westbrook was in the middle, and the third was double the lowest estimate we received. We decided to go with Westbrook since they were priced in the middle and mostly because of how impressed we were with our estimator Jack's vision for the pit design. I made Jack promise to be the crew leader on the job, and with that condition, the job would go to Westbrook. Well now the job is complete and I am very happy we went with Westbrook. Jack and Jason from the plumbing division did amazing work on a very complex job. Their design for the gas flow, of 180,000 btu's that needed to travel 125 feet, was flawless When the Orange County inspector came out he was VERY impressed with the quality of the gas line design and completion. The gas system passed with flying colors! It was a pleasure having Jack and Jason on property. As such we will now be doing more business with Westbrook. Thank you from a very happy first time customer.

The Westbrook man spent over two hours working on our 12-year-old air-conditioner, which I was afraid would be unfixable. He fixed it, and he never got grumpy about going up and downstairs and into the attic and out in the yard about 30 times. This was same-day service--I only called that day at noon because the a/c's performance was on and off, and I wasn't sure it was broken. He diagnosed the problems quickly, and took care of both. And we slept in the cool that night.

Jason of Westbrook quickly assessed the problem I had with a detached PVC drain line for my AC, and was able to correct the situation in an efficient manner without incurring unnecessary repair costs. After getting several quotes for a HVAC unit, I decided to go with Westbrook because they offered the best price and had good reviews. That was the best decision I ever made. If you are looking to replace a heat pump be forewarned that their sales people use the oldest bait and switch sales techniques. He will quote you something by phone and email, then during the house appointment very quickly tries to switch you to a higher priced unit with a bunch of reasons why he can't meet the first quote number.

Did maintenance work on AC. and was given a time btw 10 to 2. The technician called 20 minutes before he arrived. And worked on an AC was very nice and professional. Thankful for the service and ease of job.

We could not be happier with the work done by this company. We had plumbing and AC jobs completed, which also included electrical work and drywall - everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and professional. This company is committed to excellence and will not leave a job until it is achieved. We live in a 93 yr old historic home, so surprises are common and even simple jobs are not always easy! Their work is exceptional and we will not hesitate to use them in the future!

Terrible experience. Two days of false promises and missed appointments. I was provided a service window of 1-5pm for an A/C service call. I was told the technician would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 5:15pm I still hadn’t received a call. I called the office and the woman said she couldn’t help me but would have someone call me back. A technician called me at 5:25 and told me he was on a service call and didn’t know if he could have someone come out today. I asked why no one had reached out to me and he told me that’s an issue between me and the “office”. A woman from the office called and said they were too busy and couldn’t send someone out tonight but promised someone would show up at 8am the next morning. I have had two technicians call and say they are busy with other calls and don’t know when they can make it. Westbrook has no problem making false promises and wasting customers time.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I have never experienced a company that requires you to call them three times to simply set up an appointment for someone to come give you a quote. When I first spoke with them, I asked to put me on the schedule to do the work on the 16th of December. They took the appointment and said we will have some one call you to schedule a quote or provide pricing over the phone. After three days no one reached out. So I called back and had to leave a message and no one called me. I tried one last time and was finally able to get someone out for the estimate. The man that came out to do the estimate was over an hour late to the scheduled 3 hour window they provided. It has been almost 3 weeks since I first tried contacting them and today December 16th is the day I needed the work done. I have called twice this week leading up to the scheduled day. The first call advised me that the main lady that schedules the gas work is in a meeting and said she will call you right away. No call, I followed up and the after hours lady advised she would send the info to a specialist and requested someone call me before regular hours. Here we are another day, the day the work was scheduled to be done and I have yet to receive a quote, a single call, or any type of confirmation for the appointment that was scheduled. Now I have to delay moving into my house I just closed on because I have no way of cooking food for 2 weeks until another company can come out.

Westbrook no longer installs HVAC systems for residential clients. My installation occurred in May of 2015. I purchased a Trane system with the 10 years parts and service warranty offered by Westbrook, not the manufacturer. The service call this month was the first time I sought warranty work. I couldn't locate my warranty but warranty dept agreed to retrieve it from long term storage 2 weeks ago. Despite subsequent calls, I've never received the information
As a result, I paid out of pocket for repairs. The original system cost $6600, no small amount to heat and cool a 1700 sq ft home in 2015. At the time, Westbrook provided the warranty valued at $800 with the unit I purchased. Therefore, it's likely that I am amoung a number of consumers who bought a more expensive product because it included this valuable extra benefit.

Westbrook technician, Terrance, was the epitome of professionalism as he serviced my AC unit. He was unfailingly polite and informative when I asked a few questions to understand the process better. I wouldn't hesitate to give Westbrook and Terrance 5 star ratings for their performance.

I am a combat wounded disabled vet and I will never recommend these people to my veteran groups after screwing me over like this:
Our A/C stopped cooling sometime last night, so I called them this morning and a nice lady said that a man would be here today. I called again after lunch and that nice lady said the tech was in Longwood (we are South in Conway) but he would get to us today.
We missed a later call from the tech, but in the VM he said he would come as he worked down his list.
We called the tech back tonight to check again and were told that he was done for today... I understand, late, busy day, but we could have used the 11 hour wait to contact other repair companies if only they had advised us that they really weren't going to fit us in today.
After sweating through the entire day in waiting for Westbrook, I am somewhat annoyed, especially as I told them the a/c IS NOT WORKING; it is over 90 deg in the house. I now am trying to find a better company to come tonight or tomorrow early.

Clint did my semi-annual HVAC maintenance. He was super professional and very informative. Followed up with a phone call after to offer some valuable tips on maintenance. Has been dealing with Westbrook for a number of year and has never been disappointed with their service ever. Great company.

Edwin is a great and personable sales person for Westbrook. He listened to what we wanted in an air conditioner and worked with our schedule to get the unit as quickly as possible. We were so impressed with our first purchase that we got another unit for our upstairs area of the house. Thank you for assisting us with what can be a very confusing experience when making a significant financial commitment.

Jean A. was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC unit and was honest about what he found. He explained in terms I could understand what he did to resolve the issue without pressuring me to replace an expensive part that may or may not be an underlying issue. This left me in charge to decide if it should be replaced now or in the future if the problem resurfaces. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for and Westbrook's service today was very much worth the money.
