Never returned my call

I called three different plumbers and All Pro was able to respond to my request the soonest. Eric came and fixed a pipe underneath my tub in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend!

The complex I rent from hired these people to fix a water pipe in the wall and I don't know where to start. They wore shoes in my home, no booties. No masks, no gloves, and this is after I mentioned I am currently ill, contagious, and have immune system issues. A worker used profanity towards me to tell me this $#!+ should have been moved, then put his FILTHY hands on my clothes to move them. He stood on my washing machine, with his shoes not covered. The entire interaction, that lasted all day was hostile. Just ick. All of it. **Apparently the person I had to deal with in my home making me uncomfortable all day is Jeremiah.

I cannot be any happier with the services from Erick in All Pro Plumbing. As a community supervisor I frequently have issues throughout our community with slab leaks and pipes breaking, he is always the guy to go to. Always on time, very professional, he finds the issue and resolves it. Great guy, he takes pride in his work and brings value to this company👍

Eddy was awesome! He wasn’t even on call, but still came out and cleaned the main pipe. He was super friendly, professional, respectful, on time, and knew what he was doing. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Was told we would be given a call 30mins before they arrived with a window of 5pm to7pm. At 7pm we left our home to go for dinner, just for the plumber to show up at 7:15 with no call letting us know he was on his way, so we turned around to meet him. He was rude from the moment we got home & then didn’t even have a toilet to replace the old one which is what we called him here to do. He had to leave to go get one & come back which he is now just showing back up an hour later. The location of the All Pro business is a 10minute drive from our house & so is Home Depot and Lowe’s, so not sure what took so long regardless of where he had to get a toilet from!? Unprofessional to say the least.

Update- the toilet he replaced our old one with us so way smaller than the one we had. I’m not big by any means 130lbs & small waist & bum and I feel like bottom barely fits on the toilet set!!

Ray from All Pro Plumbing came out same day to replace a leaky faucet on my kitchen sink. Service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend All Pro for residential plumbing services.

We had a leak in one of our bedrooms, I called All Pro Plumbing late Wednesday afternoon and they sent out Eddy early Thursday morning.
Eddy was very professional, he quickly found the leak and repaired it.
I was very impressed, I will be using All Pro Plumbing for all my future Plumbing needs, and I will request Eddy every time.

I would give AllPro 10 stars if I could for today’s, Saturday, service. I called the office at 3:06 and at 3:12 Eric, the plumber on call, called me back. We talked about my problem and I decided that I needed a new toilet. Eric made recommendations on what to purchase and I bought it. By 6:10, my new toilet was installed. I called All Pro Painting to put a tarp on my roof because I thought I had a roof leak. Josh came and found that I had a pipe leak in my attic not a roof leak. He was able to fit me in the same day that I called and saved me thousands of dollars in damage. I can't say enough about Josh and his team that helped me out. Ray Echevestre was sent to my home by my landlord to check on a leak from my kitchen sink. He was friendly, professional and worked quickly to replace the garbage disposal! This is Robinson breakfast restaurant in Apopka. We got your company services on Jun 5th. 2023 for women bathroom floor water leaking.
The technician said we should change the man's bathroom toilet and urine toilet valve thingy, so we have done that. However, leaking again the same place worse than before Jun 18th which is Father's day!
I'm very disappointed with it, and then called them back today, 19th. He came back today and found another place leaking! He replaced man's bathroom sink pipe and valves! Very fast and quick!

Guy just left house. I was charged $100 more to fix a water heater hose thAn I would have if I’ve gone to another company. Had to use them because I had to work tonight and they were the first ones that could get to me at the moment. Never using your company again!!

The professional men did a great job replacing the shower. They were very respectful, pleasant. My only complaint is they splashed that white product on my neighbors door and she banged on my door most of the night demanding I clean her door off. The white product did not wash off the breeze way either. Thank you

These folks are awesome. They were very helpful in working with me and the warranty company 2-10 home buyers. Actually much more helpful than the warranty company itself. The had Fred come out in just a couple days to address a few issues we were having at the home. Fred was very nice and was considerate of me while I was working from home. He even happily moved his truck when a dump truck of woodchips came to the house! I mentioned an issue that missed the work orders but he was able to call up and verify the issue had been mentioned. It was my Pressure Relief Valve! Fred and all pro were even able to completely replace and fix my pressure which was way too high. Fred also diagnosed a larger issue that my warranty company doesn't cover but insurance does so I'll be able to get that fixed completely! I'm very grateful for all pro and how they handled my situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Give them a call and they'll help you out and do a great job while staying completely out of your hair!

Called them because I was in need of a plumber and saw they had great reviews. Elected to go with someone else due to them telling me their policy was to keep a credit card on file for new customers. First time I've ever been told something like that for a service like this. Did they feel I wouldn't pay them for their services? In this day of identity theft, that's a big red flag for me. Their business, their policy. They are successful and obviously won't miss my business.

Discovered late in the day we likely had a block in our main line of our home sewer. Despite calling All Pro Plumbing at the very end of the business day, my call was promptly returned, and Ben was on his way over shortly after that. Despite a really tough battle... the house just didn't want to give it up... Ben persisted and finally cleared our blockage. Not only was the customer service top notch, the price was quite fair, especially given that it was after-hours. Would not hesitate to call All Pro Plumbing again if needed, and would definitely recommend!

While parked at a gas station, one of the plumbers with the company name and number - slammed open his car door hitting mine. I knocked on the window to tell him and he just looked at me and walked to the other side of the car. He seemed to be intoxicated with some substance.

Upon arrival my service tech Robert Cuevas, greeted me with a smile not knowing what he was up against. He was able to unclog the toilet within minutes. I was so happy that was all it took. When asked questions he answered and was very informative of the process. I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues.

My shower faucet would not turn off. Certified Master Plumber Shane was knowledgeable, professional, responsive and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend All Pro for all plumbing issues.

Woke up on Sunday to leak on toilet line to guest toilet. Special type of plumbing line. Called the number, got a call back in a few hours and toilet was fixed two hours later. Water restored to the home and work done clean, well and quickly. Would not hesitate to call them agin

Got a slab leak like I did? Call these guys to fix it. They know that getting water restored to the home is critical, so they get here fast and they fix it right. I chose them because my leak detection technician recommended them: they do a lot of these, they come right away, and they do it right. The only problem we had was that my remediation and clean-up guys removed the marking for where the leak was before the plumber got here. But the plumber - Michael J****n - called me right away, I got him in touch with the leak detection technician and they got the location pinpointed over the phone. Thanks to Michael's skill and experience with how plumbing is laid out under a home, getting to the leak only required a small hole in the floor. Best of all, the price seemed reasonable to me.

Just used All Pro for the second time. The first time they re-piped my house with no issue. this time Eddy Rodriguez was the professional who came out. He fixed the problem quick, efficient, and was very respectful of the house. I asked for Eddy's card because I know I will be requesting him and using All Pro again if I have any other plumbing issues in the future

I called them about installing a toilet. They were friendly, and courteous on the phone and gave me a straight up price, no excuses. Their office called and let me know that the plumber was on the way. He arrived on time, and was presentable. He got to work right away on the toilet and installed everything to satisfaction. When presented with the bill there were no surprises. It was the price I was quoted over the phone. If, you have a need for a plumber, I would highly recommend ALL PRO PLUMBING.

Extremely helpful and patient when we had a cracked sewer pipe. Made sure we had accurate information and reasonable cost.

Roofers accidentally hit a pipe in my attic causing a water leak. Called and spoke with Brandon who although they were busy, was able to get there schedules moved around to get me in within the hour. Eric, who came out was also great. Got the problem fixed in a small amount of time and was very courteous!

I can not stress enough how amazing my experience was with All Pro. Eric R. is my hero! He came out after hours and took his time making sure he truly took care of the problem. He could’ve rushed the job, being late, he had to be exhausted, but instead he not only made sure everything was fixed properly before he left, he took the time to explain everything to me. The icing on the cake was the bill! Lol I know you don’t hear that often. I called Rota Rooter first, they sent someone out and they were trying to charge me more than double what I paid All Pro and that was before they did anything at all. I have used the All Pro Plumbing services on two occasions. The first time was a backed up toilet. They took care of that problem after another plumbing company (no names) couldn't get the job done. The second time was a water heater that needed to be removed, as the platform that it was sitting on was water damaged. They had to remove the unit and then come back and reconnect it, again done to perfection.

All Pro Plumbing came to our rescue again. We had a leak from the second floor all the way to our first floor ceiling. Eric came out and took care of the leak quickly and professionally. All Pro Plumbing is an honest and very capable company. I would recommend them and Eric to everyone. We will be definitely using them again!

My old man used to be a plumber. So I thought I knew it all. My in-law sprang a link so I raced over to try to fix it. After a few hours I couldn't track it down so we finally decided to call a plumber. Eric quickly showed up and started getting to work. I informed them of where I thought the leak was coming from. But he disagreed. The man must be a plumbing genius cause he found it. I was completely wrong. So glad we called him. Once in a while you meet a man who is a true master of his craft. Thank you Eric. I had a secondary plumbing issue and after calling All Pro Plumbing they sent out an amazing plumber to fix the new issue. Ray is fantastic and gets the job done ! Highly suggest this guy for any plumbing issues you may have as well. Honestly All Pro Plumbing has a team of great hardworking people !!
