Highly recommend! Had a very hard to find part request, they couldn't find a replacement but offered suggestions on where I could go, and possible solutions to renew the old part and keep using it. No nonsense and very helpful.

Very knowledgeable with the products. Very easy to deal with. Very quick response. I called for pricing on a shower surround expecting the unit to need to be ordered from manufacturer. They had the product in stock at a great price and delivered within 2 days. Salesman was able to discuss installation process and materials needed. This is not your big box store with inexperienced, untrained shelf stockers. I would recommend Gopher Plumbing Supply for everyone I know...plumber or not.

They always have what I need (no matter how obscure the part.) And they are soo helpful... Giving me hints and how-to's.

I need an app on my phone that says It looks like you're doing a plumbing project, but you've not started at Gopher. You'll end up there eventually, so why not start there first?

Needed a bit of an oddball part for a sewer connection, Gopher Plumbing Supply was incredibly helpful and was able to find a part that did the trick without having to wait weeks for a substitute order.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Guy behind the counter acted like it was a burden to serve a customer -- unfriendly and rude. Fortunately, there are other vendors I can work with.

Excellent, above-and-beyond service and products. I went in with a pretty complicated issue and some pretty vague descriptors (I'm not well-versed in the plumbing arts), and the staff was extremely patient, attentive and helpful. We found the part(s) I needed quickly and the staff member who helped me also walked me through what to expect from the install process.

These guys were great! There's only one person in (at 8am) so you have to wait your turn, but hunted up a solution to connect my dishwasher to my sink (for only $4!), and then, when I showed up the next day, fixed the sprayer for me on the spot. Neither person I dealt with was at all patronizing (which I get sometimes, as a woman in repair shops) and both had a sense of humor, which is a bonus! I will definitely return the next time my plumbing blows up. (old house...)

Had to wait a while behind someone do their figuring and planning at the counter. Had to ask for someone to consider helping the rest of us. Then could not find parts needed. Just not overly impressed.

Convenient for me, not to for off 94 & Creten Vandalia exit. If you need a specialty plumbing part like I did it's the place to go to! That and Park Plnmbing Supply on 26 ave & 26 st. In MPLS Pricey, but you pay for hard to find parts

Quick service and super helpful figuring out how to fix an odd problem. I was looking for a part that Menards told me didn't exist to connect odd sized old steel vent pipes to new PVC. It took some digging but the man helping me found pieces that would do that job.

I'm a licensed plumber and have been doing business with Gopher for 30 years. The guys behind the counter are very knowledgeable and helpful and almost always have the right parts to get the job done.

Had the uncommon shower valves I needed.

Very knowledgeable and the first visit got a guy who was friendly and helped me figure out what i needed. Second visit got a guy who didnt seem interested in even talking to me. Will still go out of my way to go there as Park Plumbing, while closer, has an extremely painful checkout process and Gopher has fast service.

Go there and get it done right the first time

These folks are great! I came in yesterday with a shower valve that is not common at all (it has threaded handles), and they helped find a valve that looked like it could be a replacement. I was blown away listening to them talk about the nuance of valves and manufacturers with various styles. Really felt like these folks know and appreciate plumping. This will be my first stop for plumbing from now on.

Went all over looking for an obscure part for my outdoor faucet. Almost gave up hope. I should have gone here first. They had what I needed and were so helpful. Saved me from having to rip out the basement ceiling and replace the whole thing. Well worth the drive.
