I have contacted The Plumber company two times in the past year or two, and both times I have been INCREDIBLY impressed!
On one of those calls, Roger--The Plumber owner--made a special trip way outside of business hours to a home I was working on where a main line had cracked. He rescued me from a major water catastrophe for a very fair rate. I also contacted him recently because our home main drain had plugged right before Christmas and I couldn't seem to get other companies to come out on a Friday before the holiday. I was out of water/sewage use in our home because of the drain. Even though Roger didn't have the big equipment to clear a water main, he immediately volunteered four other companies he would trust, whom he thought would do the job. Even without getting my business that day, he definitely got us out of a sticky (and smelly) situation! I appreciate businesses that have the right kind of people, and Roger is definitely the right kind of guy!

Great experience! Jack & Drake were super responsive, professional and efficient. They were able to locate and repair a leak that flooded our basement over the weekend in less than 2 hours. Invoice was much less than expected, too, so that was a bonus. 10/10 would recommend to friends & family.

The Plumber, Roger, was very friendly and personable! When we would drain our kitchen sink up stairs, it would overflow and backup in a basement sink. Roger knew right away what was going on and was able to fix the issue quickly and for an absolute incredible price! He also explained why it happened and how to help prevent the issue going forward. This is the third plumber I've tried in Lincoln and third time's a charm! Will definitely be using The Plumber going forward.

Roger, I hate to leave you this less than 5-star rating. At least I was able to reach you initially when you said you were busy and you did call me back later that day like you said you would, and even after your 6pm closing time. But then after we talked about the plumbing I need done you said you would call me last Thursday or Friday at the latest to schedule the work and you never did. I wasted 2 days and had to wait till Monday to schedule with a different company who did follow through on calling me back and are scheduled to do the work later this week. You're a nice guy and I wish you and your son well with your business, but being retired military, I’ve lost my tolerance for civilian businesses not doing what they say they are going to do, and this is one function of google feedback, incentive for businesses to improve.

They fixed a leaky pipe in our basement quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them, and will call them again if I ever have any plumbing needs.

We were in a pinch because we were selling our house. We needed a new toilet set because we messed it up when trying to do it ourselves. I called them because they had the most 5 star reviews. They were very responsive. I called them that morning at 8 AM and they had it fixed by 1 PM the next day. I now know why they had the most 5 star reviews. Not only were they quick but so polite and nice. Awesome folks! Very fair price as well!

We needed a new water heater (not an emergency) and I called for a quote from several places. When Roger answered the phone, he was very easy to speak to and understand, gave a quote, and gave me clear directions about photos I could send to him to ensure it would be a typical install. (Every other company I called transferred me to someone in sales and were booking about a week out. All quotes were comparable.) Once I sent photos, Roger was ready to book me within a day! I did ask to wait until the next week and they hadn't forgotten about us (I've had other experiences where I book a service and take time off work and it's a no-show). (Note: When getting a water heater install, be prepared to also be home a half day the day after so the city can come sign off on the inspection.)

Jack came during the 30 minute time frame I was told to expect and communicated very clearly about the work that would happen over the next several hours. He made me feel comfortable (not always my experience as a female with a skilled tradesman in my home), and didn't flinch when I took a video of him walking me through how to run the pilot light, adjust temp, etc. I paid the exact quoted install price with a check before Jack left. And then I received a personalized text message from Jack encouraging me to reach out to him on his personal number should we need anything. WOW - that's fantastic service!

Jack was professional, knowledgeable and honest. As a homeowner, it’s never good when you find water in your basement. Thankfully, Jack was able to diagnose the issue (broken pipe under the sink) and skillfully repair it in record time. Roger came to drain our kitchen drain. Very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. Cleaned during the snaking and after he was done. I dont think i have seen our drain work so well! He also is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I called at 8am when they opened, about a broken water heater. By 11:30am, I had a new water heater installed and ready to use. He explained everything and did a great job. I will definitely be using them again.

Our kitchen sink was leaking through the disposal. With a large family, we can't be without a kitchen sink for very long. Our regular plumber was unable to get to us for several days. We tried The Plumber because of the excellent reviews online. They were incredibly responsive and came the next day.
