I used this company to fix a leak at my business, since 06/22/2022 until today 10/03/2022 it’s not been fixed , they charge me to fix the leak, I called the front desk lady they promised to call back they never did call or follow up about my complaints

WE WOULD NEVER HIRE BRADS PLUMBING AGAIN. Sent out 3 guys in two vans, one admittedly an apprentice that did not much more than stand around hold a ladder. Only one guy did any real work.They broke the access panel in the ceiling and made a makeshift replacement out of MY materials, BUT they were just going to tape it together and do nothing more, but I prevailed. For 2 SMALL leaks needing only 2 galvanized nipples, one coupling and 2 waterflex connectors, we were charged over $550.00 and not provided an itemized invoice. My husband was aghast at the bill and I called and asked for an itemized invoice detailing material and labor which I received promptly by mail. Brad showed he charged $9.00 to provide an itemized invoice. Padding the bill and charging for itemized invoices....what a shady businessman. BAD BUSINESS>

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. TDT saved us thousands of dollars. We had them come in to give us a second opinion. They gave our drains the ok. The first plumbing company said we had a broken drain. TDT showed us the video and even located the direction and location of the drains. Michah & Curtis Came out.

Great service. Techs Mike and Ian came in k knew exactly what to do were very polite fixed my problem in under 20 minutes. Very professional would highly recommend.. When they left I couldn't even tell they had been there!

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

Ripped me off. $750 for less than one hour! No fuss job, replaced 6 inches of exposed copper pipe. Its no wonder he was the only available plumber.

George York and Hexagon Plumbing are our super heroes!! When the Texas freeze of Feb 2021 hit and pipes began to burst and the ceiling fell, they answered their phones personally & promptly and came to our rescue right away. (Everyone else sent us to an overflowing voicemail box and returned calls gradually over the next few days.) On arrival, George and Tyler knew exactly what to do and fixed the plumbing problem immediately in the freezing dark of night. They explained what had happened, why, and what we need to do (and what we should expect) in the next few days. I can't thank them enough for their quick and effective response, and for the friendly, understanding way they calmed us down from our panicked sense of disaster. They are now our PLUMBERS FOR LIFE!

Plumber solved my problem quickly but created another more complicated problem like water hummer. If you would like to fix your plumbing issues without bad consequences try another company.
