And within that same context there are plumbers and then there is H-Town Emergency Plumber.The toilet in my condo started leaking and I knew I needed someone to get the job done right. I checked with a few places and none of them had the same level of service with just getting me in. They were incredibly accomodating to my situation for which I am truly grateful. At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

My water heater stopped working all of a sudden. I called RTD plumbing The technician came and helped me restart that. Also, gave me information on how to do it by myself. This is the reason, RTD gets my first call whenever there is any plumbing issue.

What a Outstanding company. So i had low water pressure issues in my house for a while and then the water heater went out. So I decided I was ready to just get a whole new Re-Pipe done. Gave these guys a call and got a free estimate, with the possibility of being able to start the following week. The next day came and I got a call back to schedule my Re-Pipe for the following Monday. They showed up on time and prior to any work being done they covered all my floors and throughout the process they did a fantastic job on keeping the work area CLEAN. The professionalism is Top Tier never have I had any issues with any of the plumbers during the process, every one I met was Respectful, Professional and on time. By far went to go the extra mile and covered up all the cut outs in the walls with plastic until I hired someone to patch them. 110% GUARANTEE THIS COMPANY

After dealing with another plumber who was a no show and wouldn’t even answer my call or text, I called EE plumbing. They actually came out the same day , which was on a Saturday, and showed up on time. They did the work quickly and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them. I have them saved on my phone for future use.

Exceptional plumber!! I used Speedway to create a new bathroom, replace all sewer lines, install a tankless hot water heater, and several other services. I am an experienced property owner with multiple extensively-renovated homes and numerous rental properties. Given that, I work with tons of contractors, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc. in numerous states and cities. Speedway was very efficient, timely, cost-effective, consistently professional and above all, the work looked superb and performed exactly as expected. I highly recommend Speedway. You always have to have some criticism, no one is perfect. Speedway is not the cheapest plumber, but sometimes it's worth it!

This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!

I'm so happy to have found this company to install my new kitchen faucet! plumber and team him were incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. They were easily able to assess my issue, quote me a fair price, and do a beautiful install on my new faucet. Thankful they could fit us in so quickly! I just looked at this review today. I called the guy up since everyone had positive things to say about him. Master Plumber and owner of the company came out. He looked at my problem and right away knew what he needed to do. He took the time to explain and went to work. He told me that he might have to make a mess inside the office because it looked like it was too clogged up. I told him I couldn't have that because we see patients everyday. He said he would have to look at the man hole and see where our pipe was and if he could do it. Right away he took his machine out and started working outside in a filthy man hole full of roaches. The guy did it. Our pipes were so clogged up, I really didn't think we were going to get it fixed without tearing this place apart. But he did it. Very professional, courteaus and willing to explain the entire process. Thanks for a job well done.
