We had an DIY faucet and line install from the previous home owner. Water was leaking all under the sink. We called several companies and we're told it's too small of a job. Dexters Plumbing Services answered our call at 7 in the evening and answered all our questions. The plumber that came was professional and did the required work. He talked us through the process and what he was going to do. He cleaned up after himself and answered all our questions. We will be using this company in the near future.

Pilix Plumbing was able to repair a shower faucet that had been installed incorrectly by a prior company, and did so without having to break the new marble tile that had been installed! Was beyond thankful that they were able to respond as quickly as they did, and they were so gracious. Another issue needed a new valve and they went and picked it up at a warehouse across town, so that our shower could be up and running same day. What a team! Thankful we were referred to them. We got a consultation done by a worker and he was on time and gave us good information and was professional with information. He was knowledgeable about what to do and not much was done because it was a consultation. We are waiting to hear back from the warranty company on what to do next. My only dislike was the company calling to get a credit card information for a job that wasn’t done yet. I was not comfortable giving my information without first seeing or having someone come and check things out.
