Stile and Chuck came out and fixed my shower drain. Every polite and courtesy gentlemen. Told me exactly what they were going to do to correct the problem after telling me what they thought the problem was. In addition they talked over future preventative maintenance solutions and how to take care of my septic system. I appreciated their time, conversation, and work. Highly recommend!!

These Guys were a NO-SHOW!!. I made an appointment for the plumber to come today between 8 and 9 am. NO-SHOW. Their communication went DEAD. Being unprofessional must be their standard, so maybe I dodged a bullet. Not for me to say, you be the judge if you want to work with an outfit that is a NO-SHOW!

Decide for yourself who you would rather work with. I'm not sure what their deal is, but I know what I'm going to do.

We had been having issues with our home HVAC system. Dennis Perez expertly diagnosed and corrected the problem. He arrived on time and texted me in advance of his arrival so I’d know when to expect him. The work was professionally done, and the work area left in clean condition. He loves his job, and it shows.

The tech was very punctual and polite and I'm thankful the techs work after-hours. However, I should have been made aware of the absolutely inflated prices. I do expect to pay more for emergency or after-hours repairs, but $600+ for a $20 part and 20 minutes of work is ridiculous. Especially since he didn't carry the correct part and had to Frankenstein pieces together. I'll order the correct part and redo the repair myself.

Jorge and his team are the very best! I have been working with him for years and he always finds time to save us when we are in a pinch! He's done everything for us from sewer laterals, to clogged toilets, to sink faucets and leaky showers. JJ Rooter and Plumbing is the BEST! I highly recommend them :-) Thank you Jorge!!

A tenant of mine felt it was a good idea to save money by never using the air conditioner. 2 months later the place is covered in mold. I thought walls were going to have to come down and hardwood floors removed but they did a wonderful job with the mold removal and got the place back to normal for a reasonable cost.

Plumbing repairs often happen at the worst time (Weekends, holidays, just when guests arrive etc.) and our most recent experience was no exception. Our water heater stopped working on a Saturday afternoon and was flooding the area where it was installed. What is an exception though was the exceptional service Joe Smith and his family provided during this minor crisis. After we got the water feed turned off to the tank and cleaned up the mess, Joe arrived promptly on Sunday and had a new water heater installed in no time. His service, professionalism, responsiveness and honesty are second to none. Cannot recommend Plumbers of Carolina highly enough.

The work was over the top, Jermaine not just repaired the problem, was knowledgeable, and he was careful with our carpet and floors. And he clean up after the work. We will definitely use their work again.
