I had a great experience with Allied. They called to let me know they were on the way. My quote was fair. The work was quick. Additionally, the service men were professional and friendly.

I had a hopelessly clogged drain on a Friday afternoon. I called Allied hoping they could miraculously get me some help before the weekend. In 5 minutes he called back saying someone was on his way! The 2 guys who came were fast, friendly and professional. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

None of which was required of them but Wesley & Jessy definitely made a good team & were very helpful. Plumbers at this company lack knowledge!!
We paid over 500 dollars for plumbing work based on what the plumber said the problem was, after all he is supposed to be the professional right? WRONG! The only results we got were that we needed to give him an extra 700 dollars to get the actual problem fixed. $500 wasted!

Ryan and his assistant, Seth came in response to a leak under my kitchen sink. They were fast, efficient, friendly and indeed gave me a price before they began their work. I will definitely recommend Allied to everyone! Very satisfied!!

This is the second project Allied has done for me. The first was for my own kitchen that I remodeled. This recent project was a shower remodel for a client. They are truly a great bunch of guys that you can trust and depend on. Thanks I'll be calling again soon.

I'm shocked at all the comments on here about pricing. They charged us an outrageous amount for a sink install, meaning the equivalent of about $300 an hour, which is outrageous. We definitely won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend.

I would like to thank Brian from the supply store selling me the correct parts, but sadly my DIY turned more complicated. Brian gave me the number for the service and didn’t get the operators name but they took care of me and got me an appointment. Al and Noah showed up and took care of business. I am happy that I can flush my toilets again.

So I was having trouble with my washer draining first guy that came out was ok nothing bad or good I had them come back due there still being an issue. They were very prompt, on time and we're very knowledgeable ( Stile ) I believe that's how you spell it. He went above and beyond to make sure he got the drain unclogged correctly and cycled the washer to make sure the water wouldn't back up like last time. He did advise the house had old pipes and would be best for long term to have new drain and pipe put in. Was very happy with Stile he was great from start to finish.

The guys they sent out to my house were great. They came out to fix water hammer associated with my toilet but this turned out to not actually be a problem so they took the time to track down and fix a leak near my tub. Couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism. Plus, they gave an up front estimate and took maybe 30 minutes to fix everything.

Today, June 2, 2016, Stile and Brian took care of my plumbing needs quickly. They found a serious problem with my sewer gas vent pipe. It was a 60 year old lead pipe that was badly corroded and about to give out. When they began snaking the line for a clog, the sewer gas vent pipe began to leak from the corrosion. It's a good thing it happened while they were here for the clog. They worked quickly and fixed both problems. They were kind and efficient. I am very pleased with their service and will trust Allied Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank you, Stile and Brian!

Ryan & Seth came to repair our backed up plumbing issue today, July 16, 2014. They were courteous, professional and explained the issues causing the problem. They tackled the issues quickly and now we've got a kitchen sink that no longer backs up into the old garage washer drain line! It was really gross having that back up and across the garage floor, but now we don't have to worry about that any more! Thank you, Ryan & Seth! Thank you, Allied Plumbing! Job well done! Next time we need service, you've definitely got our business!

My plumbers were excellent! They demonstrated the highest integrity and professionalism in how they conducted my case. My situation involved multiple layers of analysis and trips to my home. They were quick and consistent in letting me know how things were developing throughout the crisis. When they saw that a city pole might be blocking my sewage, they contacted the city immediately. Once the city served their pole, my problem went away. I got the report from the plumbers and the front office in a timely manner. Because of their honesty and integrity, my bill was greatly reduced. This meant a lot to me since my plumbing problems went on from Christmas until right after the New Year. They fixed my issue by removing huge clusters of tree roots; then, a week later, a handy man accidentally clogged my pipes again. They came out and quickly resolved that issue in a timely manner with as little expense as possible. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot say enough about the treatment I received. Please let my plumbers know about my continued gratitude; and, yes, I will recommend Allied to everyone I know.

If you like paying close to $400 a hour use them. We had a small slab leak under the kitchen sink they worked under five hours and a bill over $2000. They were pollite and did nice work when I took photos and showed another plumber and asked a estimate for the work done they were shocked on what I was charged . I was in a pinch and needed it fixed but the price is not on par with other companies. In the end it was my fault I should of shopped around and will not use them In the future not for the quality of work but for the price gouging.

I have had great experience with Tom Dragg. Very knowledgeable, great at explaining what the problem is, what needs to be done & how to avoid future problems. I really appreciated his ability to answer questions & advice.

Allied Plumbing fixed my Leaking Water Heater, answered my questions, and left the closet in the garage cleaner than they found it. The plumber was very courteous and he didn't wake our 2 year old, who was napping at the time of service. I would recommend Allied Plumbing to anyone who has a water leak or backed up drain in their house!

I had the worst experience with Allied Plumbing. I would not recommend Allied Plumbing to anyone, and if someone I know wants to use Allied Plumbing for anything, I will send this to him/her.

On a Friday about 7:30a, I called the Allied Plumbing and a male employee quoted me $180 for a wax ring replacement cost on a toilet over the phone.

Around 2:00p on the same day, two plumbers (appeared to be a plumber & an apprentice) showed up, After they pulled my toilet and disconnected the water supply line to the toilet, the plumber told me the total cost would be $500+ instead of $180. When I declined to pay the $500+ (because I was quoted for $180), the plumber then asked me to pay $55 for service call. I declined to pay $55 also since there was no mention of that when I got the price quote over the phone.

I asked the plumbers to put the toilet & the water supply line back to the original condition before they leave my house because we couldn’t agree on the repair cost, but they refused. The plumbers left my house with leaving the toilet in front of my bathtub, the water supply line disconnected from the toilet and the mess they made in the process . I called the office and informed a female employee what the plumbers had left me with on a Friday afternoon knowing that I would not be able to get another plumbing company to fix my issue without paying overtime. She said there wasn’t anything she could do.

An hour or so later, I started smelling sewer smell so I followed it and it was coming from the toilet hole the Allied plumbers left exposed. Aslo, the bathroom floor around the toilet area was very wet & full of water from the water supply line which they left disconnected but didn’t shut off all the way. I covered the toilet hole with a container where the sewer smell was coming from & put a bucket under the water supply line, scoop out the water, and also ran a fan to dry the toilet area all weekend.

On a following Monday, my issue was repaired completely by another plumbing company for a lot less than what the Allied Plumbing was trying to charge me. But the water from the leaking water supply line got under the linoleum (when Allied plumbers disconnected the water supply line) so my plumber had to cut linoleum out (approx. 30” x 32”) around the toilet so there wouldn’t be mold growing under it.

A couple of days later, I called the Allied Plumbing and explained the linoleum situation to a female employee. I asked her if they would be willing to send a person to lay the linoleum (I have some matching scraps) since the water supply line they disconnected caused this issue. She said NO. I told her, I was asking her and also I was giving Allied Plumbing an opportunity to make things right for what they did to me. But her answer was “NO, we will not send a person to lay the linoleum!”

This is an amazing plumbing company! The plumbers at Allied/Hedrick are the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous plumbers I have ever used. The job was priced for me before they began the repair with an explanation of what they were going to do and why. When they were finished they had done what they said they would do and did it quickly and neatly. Plumbing does not get any better!

Costly

We had a leak in our kitchen that went out to the carpet in our daughters playroom. I called here to get a quote and was informed that a quote would cost around $45 and if I wanted them to fix the problem that quote price would not be charged. They came in and found that the leak was an easy fix (screwing the faucet hose back in). I was not given a quote and they fixed something I could have easily done and charged me $89! I was not about to challenge 2 grown men who are obviously crooks with just me and my 1 year old daughter at home. This place was a huge disappointment!
Not to mention they didn't even fix the problem which was the garbage disposal leaking. We had a very reasonable and professional from Aspen Plumbing come out the next day and FIXED all leaks.

Literally the ONLY store in town that had parts for my old 1970’s plumbing.

Charged a poor lady 129.00 to light a pilot light. Was there 15 minutes tops. Shame on them. Wouldn't recommend them for anything. Stay away.

Don’t make an appointment they will keep you waiting for two or three hours multiple days in a row. They also claimed they did work they didn’t do and charged me for it. Had to have a different company come out and do it correctly. I asked for a refund and that was a week ago still waiting for a call back.

Clean the burners and the flame sensors and checked all the system you will be back to replace all filters

Allied Plumbing is amazing! Stile was incredibly friendly and up front about the cost. He was able to answer all of my questions and quoted me a great price. I will definitely be recommending Allied Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.

Edit:The attitudes of the workers are iffy, honestly. I just had a rollercoaster of a time managing a bathroom remodel and it shouldn't have been so tricky from a big company like this. Luckily, Cecil smoothed it all it for me. In the end, it's not worth the cost. Since they're more expensive than most, I'd expect their workers to be polite and housebroken.

These guys were exceptionally rude when I asked for an estimate. I wouldn't allow them into my home after the treatment I got over the phone alone.

Honestly my review is not about the service. No it's about how you have taken over an entrance to a residential neighborhood. If it's not your vans causing problems then it's the workers vehicles that are parked all along the opening. Y'all cut people off pulling into your parking lot yes notice the quotations or they get cut off with your vans pulling out. I've lived in the neighborhood for over 15 years and I'm honestly just sick and tired of you treating a neighborhood like your personal parking lot. Maybe you should have got a building with and actual parking lot and not an old house. Just got cut off by a lady in a silver car that sped out of the lot as I was already turning down my street. It's unprofessional and a big safety hazard.

Having called them out several times over the years, I am always impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

What started out as a routine shower/tub remodel, turned into a nightmare, but Wesley, Jessy, Al, and Willie (I think) swooped in and saved the day!

I had to stand down from my remodel due to the fact the contractor and his plumber quickly discovered my brittle CPVC. I knew from a couple past plumbing incidents, I would be needing a whole house replumb at some point. I got three quotes, and Wesley gave the best price, and explanation of what they could do. They even moved studs, got my new shower head, faucet, and new tub upstairs installed.

It took my crew of four, two days to complete the job, but they were still able to turn my water back on for overnite.

They were all professional, personable, explained what they were doing, answered questions, and even didn't mind when Curious George the cat got in their way!

My husband contacted Allied Plumbing on 1/17/2020 and spoke to Sherry to schedule plumbing service for 1/20/2020 as we are replacing a tub/shower combo with a shower. Sherry stated someone would be out between 8am-12pm, but would call him when someone was in route to our home. My husband took the day off work to be available for when the plumber arrived. Sherry called him at 11:46am to inform him that the ticket had been lost and she requested to reschedule for the following
day 1/21/2020. My husband asked if there was anyway they could come during the afternoon or evening of 1/20/2020. Sherry agreed to have someone out by 3pm. At 2 pm I called Sherry and I was told someone would be out between 3pm and 4pm. She explained that it would be his last call of the day since he lives in the direction of our home. The two employees of Allied Plumbing did not arrive until 4:53pm. My husband and I explained that all we needed was to raise the shower head, replace the shower valve and raise it and that we had already measured for the drain which is already in the correct spot, but would need to have the drain converted from a tub drain to a shower drain (existing PVC is 2 inches). At 4:58 they returned to their vehicle to write up a quote. At 5:07 they returned with a quote of $1909.00. I struggled to understand how what we had requested would amount to $1909.00. The entire area was prepped with new vapor barrier installed, level floor, studs exposed, and existing hole for plumbing work in concrete slab. Wesley explained that the quote was for them to provide us with a finished product which would include installing the shower kit, shower trim and drain we purchased, (the only item we did not already have purchased is the delta 1700 series shower valve). I explained that we did not ask for a quote for them to install everything, but simply to only address the plumbing in regards to the drain, raising the shower head and changing and raising the valve. Wesley then stated that by us installing the shower walls ourselves it would only save us $200. Meaning the quote for the plumbing and base installation would amount to $1709.00. I was never given a quote for what I requested which was just to raise the shower head, replace and raise the valve, and fix the drain connection. I asked when they would be able to come out to do the work and was given the vague answer of sometime this week. Wesley and Jesus left at 5:13 pm after charging me a $55.00 service fee. I know Allied Plumbing charges $55.00 service fee and fully expected to pay it and schedule them to meet our plumbing needs at the earliest available time. However, Allied Plumbing arrived 4 hours and 53 minutes late and failed to provide a quote for what I requested. Never once did Allied Plumbing apologize for the inconvenience of not arriving during the scheduled time or even close to the scheduled time.

Inaccuracies by Allied Plumbing:
WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL EARLY AFTERNOON INDICATING A PLUMBER WAS READY AND COULD BE DISPATCHED.

$200 was for the wall surround kit. The remaining $1709.00 still included the cost for unrequested shower base installation and for concrete demolition (drain remained in the same location and existing (approx.) 11in x 10in hole in the slab exposing plumbing from drain to wall including p-trap). Despite explaining not wanting a turn-key product and our intent to install the kit including cutting the hole with our hole saw, I WAS NOT GIVEN A QUOTE FOR THE PLUMBING ONLY.

I was NEVER told that I could be scheduled as soon as I was ready.

The owner reached out to me 1/24/2020 to apologize for the dispatching error and inform me the $55.00 service charge had been refunded. We continue to disagree on the quote that was provided, but hope Jamie will improve the quoting process and learn from this experience.

I selected Allied Plumbing due to the reviews on google and the BBB. I am sharing my experience for other potential customers to make an informed decision.

Seth was excellent! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to all my concerns and provided a solution to all of them without suggesting more work be done than was necessary. I’m glad I called Allied again and appreciate the work they do very well.

They do great work, on time, and leave the house cleaner than they find it. That they were able to jackhammer a hole in the middle of my living room floor, dig a hole, fix the leak, repair everything, and clean up, all within the span of a few hours, was impressive. 100% satisfied, I will definitely use them again.

I spent 527.00 and still no hot water pressure,and they broke my hot water spicket and replace it with a plastic tube. I call them to tell them about it and they got rude

The only place I've found in the Tulsa area with what I needed to fix the faucet I've been working on at a fair price

We had a clogged kitchen sink. I ended up going ahead and replacing the pipes under the sink, and used an auger and drain cleaner to try an unclog it. The clog was in the pipe between our house and 4ft wide line. Unfortunately, my efforts did not work. The next morning we called Allied plumbing and they were at our house that morning. Ryan and Seth did a fantastic job. They were careful not to track in anything, laid down plastic sheeting and towels, and a moving pad/blanket so their bigger auger would not damage our floors. They unclogged our drain no problem and redid some of the drain pipes under the sink so there wouldn't be any leaks and everything fit properly. Had I known the clog was going to be that bad I would have called them first. 100% satisfied.

We have always used Allied for any plumbing issues we've had. When we found out they did heating & air, we called them immediately when our air conditioning broke in the heat of summer... As you could imagine, we were sweating and uncomfortable. We called Allied and they came out immediately and fixed it. We would never call anyone else! They took the time to explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix the problem. Thank you, Allied!!!

Price Gouging & Misrepresentation of Pricing. Be aware!!!

I called in a very basic problem, stated exactly what and where the repair was. It was in the crawlspace. The customer service person informed me there would be a $55 minimum fee that would apply to the work. Upon arrival late that day I was then informed there would be an access charge of $189 plus any repair cost or I could pay the $55 fee to accomplish nothing. The company had every opportunity to inform me of their pricing up front at which point I would have called another plumber. Instead they used bait and switch tactics. Ultimately a 20 min repair of one leaking elbow cost me $276. I complained to the company verbally and in writing for which their response was defensive and unaccommodating.

The only good thing was they fixed the problem. However; price gouging and lack of transparency is ridiculous.

Recommend calling another company....perhaps the company who pays google the most to be at the top of the list has to overcharge in order to pay google!!!!

Honest, on time, good work

We tried Allied based on other Google reviews posted here. The high ratings are well deserved. We had a drip under our kitchen sink and didn't have the water pressure we used to have. We called Allied in the morning and they were there a few hours later. The plumber was friendly, fixed all the issues in less than an hour and showed us some things we could do if we have similar problems. More water pressure than we've ever had! The online coupon was great. We will only use
Allied in the future.

Won't use this place again. I had an old faucet I didn't know how to fix but it was dripping a lot. So they come and before even working on it they tell me $190. I didn't know any better and thought it might be more involved so agreed. Turns out it was only 15 minutes of work and they just replaced a 5 cent rubber gasket, it did improve the leak but did not stop it completely. To me it's a ripoff to charge $190 for a simple remove and put back together in 15 minutes.

Yes I know you are paying for the expertise, and I did receive it but I feel it was still a price gouge for what was done. For the record this was work done in 2015 I was going through records today and remembered I wanted to write a review, so it's possible they have improved since then but unlikely based on other reviews I read today. If I have a plumbing issue again that I don't know how to do I will find a new company or individual with fair pricing.

No your looking at the wrong call I didn't have all that work done, but for that person for all that to be done that sounds very reasonable. I understand you would have rather me have contacted you then, but I don't like calling places, it's a hassle. And at the time of service I at least did get an improvement of the leak, but as it didn't last even 6 months I was more frustrated with it later on. And I've personally done the fix they've done since then, it's quite easy once you know how to do it, but still doesn't last unfortunately.

We read other reviews about Ryan and Seth at Allied plumbing and they were right on with our experience. They were so quick to get us an appointment. They were very professional, upfront about our options and costs. They showed us the before and after. They also let our 3 and 5 year old see their work! Allied plumbing will be our plumbers as long as we are in Tulsa. We recommend you call and use them.

Great experience with two excellent techs who came out for same day service to help us with a weekend emergency! After two separate visits from another plumbing company, and no fix, Allied was able to assess the problem and had all of the equipment needed to get the job done. The technicians exhibited excellent customer service, and wonderful attitudes. They even stayed after dark on a Saturday night until the job was done! Will definitely recommend. Thanks Allied!

Finding a good plumbing company is difficult. I had one before and they were bought out. Finding Allied was great. Micah was my technician that came out, we were given a price up front, which was more than fair. Having a company give up front costs is great for everyone. Micah had to search for our water shut off and even go back to his shop to get a replacement piece. No worries about the plumber running up the costs because they want to drag out time while saying they are still on your clock. Allied plumbing will be my go to company anytime I need a plumber in the future. Thank you for the great work you all do!

Allied is always our first call for any plumbing issue. They always come quickly and are professional and extremely courteous. Most of our work has been with drain clearing, but they've also done sink disposals and gas range installs for us. It's also nice to get the up front price before they start any work. I can also vouch for their integrity and customer service; I'm sure it's the reason they've been in business for so many years.

Google doesn't allow new reviews for new experiences, so I'll add more praise above the last, because Brian and Stile came out recently, and were awesome - fixed old plumbing in an old house for a small charge, and offered great advice on saving money w/other house problems. I'm keeping your coat hanger.

Previously, through a bank mix-up, my heat was turned off and when it was fixed a man from ONG came and told me to get a plumber, as there was a small gas leak. He couldn't find it or turn the heat back on. At 4:30 PM. On a Friday. Ryan came anyway and since he couldn't find the leak in the dark, he drove to Lowes and brought me a space heater until he could come by on Monday morning with another genial man named Micah to fix the leak and take the space heater back to return or keep in case this happens again. It was above and beyond. Several nights this week I could see my breath in my room, so I am very grateful. Searching for the leak and fixing cost $427. It's most of my savings, but no one else would have done that. And I still have all my toes!

My 2nd experience with Allied was also good. They were kind, respectful, friendly, polite, and willing to dumb things down to a kindergarten level for me. To the two gentleman who in NO WAY should have to play George and Ringo to Seth and 1st Ryan's regional plumbing celebrity status in Google reviews, I can't say enough good things about Tommy and 2nd Ryan. Also, a major thank you to Little Mike for calling a day earlier than they told me they'd be able to come, because he realized he already had a team down the street from me - only for me to discover that my shower was faking sick all along. He simply said to call if/when the problem returns. (I know how busy they are - is there a saying in the plumbing world? Like well, you know what they say? When it rains, it just won't pour like it's supposed to, perhaps?) And finally, to Seth, get well soon and easy on the Lortab. When you break your clavicle on a dirt bike/motor bike as an adult, we like you and want you to feel better - but we also want cell phone footage to laugh at since there were no serious injuries.

The first time, 1st Ryan and Seth came to fix our plumbing problems, I told them that they're mentioned by name in several of the Google Reviews for Allied, making them the regional plumbing all-stars. Both Ryan and Seth lived up to the hype; they were polite, efficient, and patient. As is often the case with plumbers and mechanics, one of the problems they were here to fix mysteriously started working when they tried it (after several weeks of malfunctions) but they didn't make me feel dumb about it and obligingly made sure it was fixed. They flushed debris from a pipe, fixed a messed up shower valve, tightened the spout so it was as close to the wall as the original fitting would allow, flushed debris from another faucet, and cleaned the jets from the toilet rim so that it flushes more effectively. Since I'd noticed a few fruit flies in the kitchen recently, they made sure we didn't have any standing water under the house. All totaled the bill came to $305 and I was able to pay by writing my credit/debit card number on the invoice since I did not have enough cash on hand or my checkbook. Ryan and Seth were thorough and answered any questions I had. All in all, they were not cheap, but they were informative, efficient, and even offered advice about what I'd need to do when we sell the house. So far, everything they fixed is working okay and I would use Allied again in the future. Thanks guys! We sprang a leak in our laundry room during the Arctic plunge of 2021 so we had to shut off the water to our house. I knew plumbers would be booked up and they were. I called several places and got on the list of a couple one of which was Allied. When I first called Allied I spoke with a Lady that was extremely helpful, she gave me more than one tip to help avoid this same problem in the future and assured me they would call if they had any cancelations which they did. They came out on a Saturday and due to the weather they didn't charge extra for the Saturday visit! They worked quickly and efficiently to fix our problem and checked to make sure there weren't any other leaks before they left. Great experience working with them!

What a great experience. We had to have a water heater replaced and we received same day install even though I called shortly past noon. Stile and Brian showed up a little after 2:00 and had everything completed by 5:00. I had previously called 2 well known and well advertised companies in Tulsa and never heard back from either. I also lined up same day service through a national box store, but their estimates keep climbing were quite excessive when all was said and done. Allied provided a very fair quote and their workmanship looks great. Can't say enough.

This was a great experience. The plumber actually beat me to my residence after calling to notify they were on their way. The problem was quickly diagnosed as some kind of clog going from my exterior clean-out to the main sewer. They unloaded a huge machine from the van that the guy said had been in service since 1969. The machine made quick work of the clog the first pass. The guy was in and out in roughly an hour. While he was there, he gave me a quote for a new water heater which I'd requested. Very professional and courteous experience. Wouldn't mind recommending or using them in the future.

I'm a local plumber. I can't the Leroy enough. He's helped me hundreds of times over the years. If you need a shower stem or cartridge that's odd ball. You need only stop here.... It's where I'm going to go 🤣

We were in desperate need of water for our trailer on our job site Allied came out and got us a quote quickly and then came out and got the work done quickly. It was freezing!! In the minuses with wind chill and they worked hard! Even having to wait while their tools had to unthaw to work properly. They truly are number one for a reason!

Excellent business! I have known one of their employees for years and he always gives me great advice and straight answers. Just had my furnace die on me and he gave me an estimate, was true to it down to the last penny, and they got the entire job done in one day. I am so grateful that they were able to get it done before the cold weather struck!

Gave me a great price up front, got right to work and were very professional. They also answered other plumbing questions I had. I will only use this company and recommend them highly. A great side note is that the plumber who worked on my sink was a 4th generation plumber for the same company his family started. I love supporting our local economy.

They charge $55 for an estimate to see about replacing old galvanized lines.

7/7/14: I called at 8 AM Monday morning and they had Ryan Headrick out by 9:30. He quickly found the problem, provided me with a solution and gave me the exact cost up front before any work was done. Not only that, he showed me the problem on the part he replaced and it was exactly like he had thought.

Allied Plumbing also saved my parents from extremely painful ordeal when one plumber told them a line had burst and had to be replaced, in the middle of their living room, through the foundation. After they called Allied Plumbing they came out and were able to fix the clog in the pipe without tearing anything up.

If you need a plumber in Tulsa. Do yourself a favor and go with Allied Plumbing. You won't be disappointed.

Update 2/24/15: Today my disposal decided to not want to cooperate and my bathtub was coughing up bright orange water like everyones favorite family member that had one too many mimosas at brunch. Having had great service last time I decided to call Allied Plumbing again to make sure I got what I asked for. Tommy and Ryan came out today, again quickly diagnosed my problem. Gave me a price upfront before anything and then quickly got to work.

Before I knew it I had a new disposal and a bathtub that is once again spewing water instead of this mornings breakfast-lunch. Since it was easier than they were expecting they even cut a decent cost off the project.

Once again I had a great experience and know who I'll call at the first sign of trouble.

I am sure their work is good but they are double the price of other plumbers.

Our plumber got there right at the start of the 4 our window for his arrival, which is luck of the draw, but still, very nice. He was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and let us know what the suggested fix was and how long it would take. Upon digging deeper, he found out that the problem was a little different and that our plumbing was a little older than we thought. He kept us updated every step of the way,and still finished in less time and for less money than I would have expected.

I can never say enough about Allied. I have used them extensively for plumbing and HVAC. Extremely skilled, professional and respectful. They don't just get the job done, they take a lot of pride in their craft. My expectations for quality work are extremely high. They have earned my respect and gratitude time and time again.

I called to have someone come and look at my unit that wasn’t working. The lady who dispatched said that the service call is $55. They came out to look at my unit and realized that the breaker had kicked off. They flipped it back on and the unit started working. They charged me an extra $65 on top of the $55 for a 10 minute fix.

I have American Home Shield, I put in a claim for our upstairs not blowing air at all. They sent out AMP mechanical and the tech was there for 3 minutes and said it was improper installed ducting said he couldn’t fix it and left. I called AHS a day later and asked for another company to check it out, they let me pick and I chose Allied. I got a a call in 5 minutes and then Tom showed up in 15 minutes. He actually looked everything over showed me what was going on, very polite and professional, he reported the issue to the home warranty and they covered the ducting fix. He had it done within 2 hours and there’s air upstairs now. I can see why this company has such great reviews.

Do not use this company. Had work done two years ago and the same problems have arisen again due to poor quality work. The company used the warranty excuse instead of doing quality work in the first place. This company also uses the name Headrick Plumbing. Do NOT use!

The technician, Tom, arrived at 9:30 in the morning. Suited up in a clean professional uniform, clean, neat, professional, polite, friendly. Went right to work to diagnose the problem, explained different options for repair. We decided on a new unit since ours was 37 years old. Explained exactly what he would do, ordered the new unit and came back in a week and did exactly what he said he would do, at exactly the price he quoted!
They put down a towel to wipe their feet on to keep our floors clean, and immaculately cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete. A+++!!!!!

Allied installed a yard drain down the side of our property to the street. They had given us a reasonable price, and they showed up on time and did a quality job. Would definitely use them again.

I was trying to clean my drain out myself and was having a really hard time. I called and a couple hours later Stile came out. He was courteous and gave me upfront pricing for what he thought he would be able to do. He said if that didn't work he would apply the $129 to what he would have to do. He had it draining like new in about 30 minutes and I'm happy I didn't have to tear into the floor like other plumbers said I would. The defeat of me not being able to do it was worse than paying the bill.

I do not recommend. Was quoted to clear and clogged pipe. They were not able to clear it and cracked my pipe that wasn't the problem originally. Still had to pay the almost $200 for their ATTEMPT AND MISTAKE. They left my outside clean-out trap open, my dog found the cover and that's when I noticed it was left open (after they left). I would have rather them have said they couldn't do the job and just paid the call out fee. Instead I'm left with a bigger problem than before. I should have just went with a different company when they originally lost my appointment and I had to wait additional time for them to come out. I should have known, but NEVER AGAIN!

Excellent, honest plumbers. They were up front about all the work they needed to do, the cost, what could go wrong, and they were done with a large project in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend these guys if you ever need plumbing work done.

I called Allied Plumbing last night and left a message about my running toilet. Seth called me back at 8am this morning and Ryan and Micah were there to fix my issue at 10am. They were very friendly and courteous, and protected my floors by covering their shoes. They replaced a couple of parts and were done in 15 minutes. I will definitely call them again.

We have been waiting for 3 days after a flood in our basement, for a response from the manager concerning the irresponsible job they did which caused the 4 feet of water in our basement.

I'm taking care of my 92 year old father and it was really appreciated that they wore masks, gloves, and shoe coverings to protect me from any Covid-19. I made an appointment over the phone, but they failed to record the appointment in their system. As a result, I was left waiting for a plumber who never showed up. I called 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, at which time I was informed of the error. I received a short sorry, with no offer to reschedule or make amends. I will be seeking plumbing services elsewhere.

I had a small leak in my condo, and called another company on Friday, and they tried looking for the leak for about half hour or so. Broke a couple of walls and ended up saying we couldn't find anything still had to paid. Today Monday, Allied came to check on the same issue and after more than one hour, the tech, Ryan, found the issue. Also, had to take a couple of pieces of the wall but keep looking until it figured out the problem was under the dishwasher. I really appreciate how he never gave up just saying things like it must be rain water through the door (as the previous company said). He was very friendly and professional and showed to me how I could replace the hose if I wanted to do it by myself. Very pleased with this company. Even though the inspection cost is higher than others, it's totally worthed!

Discovered a leak in the yard on Sunday afternoon. Wesley from Allied Plumbing Service came out Monday, spent close to an hour, and assessed the problem. Today, he and his associate Earnie came out, dug it up and confirmed what he thought the problem was, and made the repair. Very knowledgeable and courteous young man. Cost was what he quoted me yesterday, no hidden costs, no surprises.

These guys were great and really friendly. They made it out to my house quickly on a day when they were extremely busy and all the plumbers I called were completely booked.
I was given a quote before they did the work and best case/ worst case scenarios. They were patient with my questions and very informative.
They also took the time to disconnect my water hose for me before the upcoming bad weather.
This company will be my go to plumbing company for any work I need in the future.

We had a drainage issue at our house last Wednesday, and after consulting with an American Home Shield approved plumbing vendor (who seemed less than enthused to help us out), we contacted Allied to get a second opinion. Their plumbing techs arrived in an hour, and showed us that the city sewer line (which has a manhole cover in our backyard) was backed up. Allied contacted the city, who then came out and took care of the drainage issue for us. They were very polite, had a great attitude, and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Fantastic work – Called them on a Monday morning at 9AM, and they had someone there by 9:30. They did a quick inspection of my problem (blocked line) and gave me up-front price quotes with two solutions/prices. Both techs were very friendly, polite and clean (they wore little booties over their shoes while inside). Over all, a very positive experience.

These guys were great! I had a foundation leak and had originally called another company, but due to some problems with scheduling and a high estimate, I wanted another opinion. Allied's estimate was the same, but after fixing it, they actually lowered the price they had estimated because it wasn't as involved as they thought it was going to be. They were here when they said they would be, hung up protection plastic for the jack-hammering, and even checked on a few other items I asked them to take a look at, and they did a quick simple fix! My house is notorious for plumbing problems and it seems I call a different company almost every time, but I now have a good company I will definitely call the next time...and I'm sure there will be one.

We were very pleased with the replacement of our 2 hot water heaters - from our first call to the final installation. We received quotes from 3 other companies and Allied's quote outbid the others and they gave us a very good estimate of what our cost was going to be with no hidden fees. Was told that the first plumber that came out no longer works there because of all the problems they had with him but Allied would not fix the problems that their previous plumber caused. Just said they were sorry and it would cost over $450 to fix the problem and I had already paid over $200 the first time they came out. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Stile and Chuck fixed me right up! A tenant of mine complained of a stopped up kitchen drain so I tried everything I could think of and then called Allied. They came on time for the appointment, 1 day after I called, looked at the problem and where they could snake it from. They gave me up-front pricing. They had it fixed quickly and completely. Been using Allied for the last year or so for several different issues. They give you the price to repair up front which is nice. Allied is currently doing major work on my old Kendall-Whittier fixer upper. Previous plumbing companies charged money without results. But since Allied has been on the job, the plumber Al and his assistant Willy have done great work (and there's lots of it). I totally trust both of them, and I appreciate the way the schedulers communicate and update me. Plumbers don't come cheap, so it's important that you dollars get you this kind of professionalism and courtesy.

He was nice and very quick. He let me know the faucet is old and will need to be replaced soon and how much he would charge. I think they are a little over priced. Not as high as other companies but not as low as an independent plumber. Which makes sense. If you need help fast, they are a good choice.

They came out within a couple of days (we were kind and tried to let things dry out first). Trying to do it yourself project in the middle of replacing a cartridge the plumbing broken started leaking. A really bad leak into the wall. First two plumbers came out and did nothing but offer to charge me a ton of money.

I called allied they came out gave me an honest quote fix the problem within 2 hours not only that but now my hot water is hotter and my pressure is better because there was
screwed up plumbing done before.

I have used them for air conditioning and for plumbing and was given a fair price and good clean workmanship

Allied Plumbing is amazing! I had another plumber that quoted me twice as much to fix my natural gas line that was leaking. They were also able to use the existing conduit to install the pipe vs. the other company wanted to bore another hole under my slab and punch a hole through a slab into the kitchen island. Tommy and Ryan were very friendly, honest and professional. I would recommend these guys for all of your needs!
