Although the technicians who came to my house were very nice and resolved a couple of problems, they were unable to resolve the main problem for which I contacted this company. The issue was the replacement of a temperature control cartridge in a shower valve, but they were unable to remove the old cartridge and install the new one. They didn't know how to proceed and instead tried to convince me to do a complete bathroom remodeling, WHICH I DO NOT NEED. Clearly, the company did not send me their most qualified personnel for the job.

Hired them to install a water pump and paid them $900 for the pump with installation. After 4 days of trying to install they couldn't make it work! We had to ask them to leave.
They took the pump, the $900 and left. But not before they asked for more money to be paid.

Domenic arrived about 30 min after the established window but he did Call when he was close by. Not a big deal, he was delayed in bad traffic. He was very polite and worked very well. He was clean and respectful of the property and did his best to not damage any of the parts on an old Kohler--(about 20 yrs old toilet that needed a new wax seal), I am very pleased with the work and his demeanor. I highly recommend this plumber and especially ask for Domenic when you Call. He finished the job in 90 minutes.

We had 2 toilet internal parts repaired. The downstairs toilet didn’t work correctly and it took two days for Angel to return to fix it. When he finally came to fix it, he blamed me for not having standard parts you would expect a plumber to have. Within a week we had to replace both toilet systems finally ourselves. This plummer provided poor workman ship and poor customer service.

I chose not to use because the quote was $700-$890 to replace a faucet that was missing one screw. I’d rather take my chances doing it myself. A beautiful faucet costs $200 and the plumber told me that because I have a RainSoft water treatment filtration system under sink it’d be an additional $400 to $500 labor costs.

We called multiple businesses to get quotes to replace a hot water heater in Deerfield Beach. Jose Ortiz with FL Green Plumbing came out the next morning and gave us a super fair estimate to replace a main valve and hot water heater. He was able to complete the service that same day even with some minor hiccups and issues with the building. He was professional, friendly, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I had four appointments for water heater estimates. Austin arrived and gave an estimate that fit my budget. I cancelled the fourth estimate and he began the work right away. His work appeared that he took pride in his work. Upon completion, the water heater began to work with no leaks. Austin was very neat and cleaned the area around the water heater. Called me instantly before I finished my 'quote request' on Angi. Confirmed that they had the expertise to work on my electric heater model and showed up the next day. Two people already in the house surprised with we cannot touch the unit before you commit to pay $200. I explained that this is not what I was told on the phone (it was a free repair estimate). Nonetheless, they agree to troubleshoot the unit. All they did was reset it and the unit worked. I said I was going to pay the company $100 for the trouble. After 1 hour the unit failed and called them again to re-schedule another visit. This is when they stopped responding to my calls and emails. When they finally returned my call, they told me they would be coming around noon the next day. That never happened. Not only that, on the phone, they told me they would only come back if I was to replace the entire unit for a brand they carried. Moreover, they said the $100 was a tip and they were not going to refund it. Anyway, beware of plumbing companies like this who claim to know what they are doing, but they are only after the high ticket repairs of replacements. Very disappointed!

A definite case of overpromised and under delivered. Was told the job would start at 8:30-9:30, it was a 10:20 arrival. Was told a two hour job, became a 5+ hour job. Was told pipes would be flush to the wall and the water heater up high, ended up sticking out inches and lowered because of unforeseen factors. The one bonus star is because it works, but thoroughly unimpressed with the quality of the finished job.

You can see a hole that was drilled where the water heater was promised it would be compared to where it was as well as how far out the pipes and hoses stick out.

I am honestly not one to leave reviews, but I am overly pleased with how this job turned out. I was having issues with my septic tank, which caused my whole house to be backed up. We had scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm. The plumber called half hour before the arrival time to say he was running late. One hour later called again to change the time, the third time called with an excuse that he now has a family emergency.
As we live in a high-rise building contractors are not allowed during the weekend unless is an emergency. Since he was already scheduled with the management, we can't say this is an emergency.
I am truly disappointed with the lack of responsibility.

Called them to have my kitchen sink drain unclogged. The service arrive around the time indicated, the plumber, Kevin, was very courteous and professional. He got to work promptly after assessing the problem and solved it in a bit more than an hour. Everything wast left clean and check it was working correctly. I'm satisfied with the service received, and I recommend it.

This is the worst plumbing company I ever had.
1, please don’t use this company!!! The manager is not well mannered at all. Through the phone I was politely asking him send the plumber back because he didn’t finish the work and he guaranteed would come back the second day, the manager was literally yelling and told me their job was done already. It sounded he knew more than me and the plumber on whether the work had done or not.
2, please do not pay all the amount before they get the job done if you still choose to use them!!
I chose to believe them and paid the full amount 700, but as a result my kitchen didn’t have water supplied and the hot water in the bathroom didn’t come on, nobody showed up after calling both the manager and the plumber all together 3 times and texted many times.
3, the company even doesn’t have a physical location. During the phone call I tried to ask them if there is an office I can go to show all the pictures and videos regarding to the nasty work they’d done. The manager gave me a completely different address from the one that plumber gave to me. When they don’t show up you even don’t have a place to look for!

The plumbing work was OK but the tile installation was horrible. Tiles not set even, places with no grout, left a huge mess. Brian got the tile installer to come back and redo the flawed tile. So I can say I'm satisfied as they made good.

After further review, this company is a Total dud. My elderly mother found this company on-line and thought that they were reputable and chose them to have some work done. At first, everything was seemingly going well but after a while it was clear that the problem had not been fixed or even eliminated. Merely rigged. They told her that there was a time guarantee on the work and once contacted due to problems within the time frame specified, they told her that no such guarantee existed. An appointment was made for them to come out and take a look which she was told would be all they could do. However the company never even showed up. That has happened twice. She has tried to contact the company to no avail and no one has returned her calls or justified the false information given or even showed up to see what is wrong with the shoddy work that they did. It's sad to see that our elderly parents and family members can be so easily coerced to spend so much money on shoddy workmanship from a company that has zero follow through or anything cavalier about them. I will not stop spreading the news about this company to all who will lend and ear and tell them to be careful of any family member being told lies and coersion and spend their hard earned money elsewhere!!!

I can't thank them enough for the outstanding job they performed in a timely manner.
I had my entire house pluming replaced from case iron. This included digging a tunnel underneath the house. Good job guys....you're been a pleasure to work with. Communication is key and they sure have it! Look no more these guys are your solution.

These Guys were a NO-SHOW!!. I made an appointment for the plumber to come today between 8 and 9 am. NO-SHOW. Their communication went DEAD. Being unprofessional must be their standard, so maybe I dodged a bullet. Not for me to say, you be the judge if you want to work with an outfit that is a NO-SHOW!

Decide for yourself who you would rather work with. I'm not sure what their deal is, but I know what I'm going to do.

I found them on Thumbtack. Not sure if all companies on Thumbtack are NO-SHOW, but this was my experience with FL Green. NO-SHOW! No-worry, I've already found someone else to assist...
