We called in a jam when Empire Plumbing who I confirmed with TWICE the day before as I had to get my building to shut down the ENTIRE building’s water off so they could work. They no showed and when I called they said plumber called out sick. HORRIBLE. So I googled plumber. And found AAA. I called and spoke to Eli and explained the situation. He’s said he could be her in 2 hours. He shows up, did a great job and cost me less. This guy is the real deal. THANK YOU!!!

Nikolai very quickly installed the pipes under our double kitchen sink. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and very fair price. He also solved an unanticipated clog problem right away, had all the tools for the job. We are so happy we can finally use our kitchen. It looks and works great. Thank you Nikolai!!

AAA Plumbing is my hero of the month. I own a rental apt building in South Beach and the main water pipe broke. Water was flooding the alley. Public works came & turned the main water valve shut off which meant no water in the 12 apts. It was truly an emergency. I called AAA Plumbing and the owner came within an hour and fixed the problem. I found this company under 24 hour emergency plumbing. First I called Roto-Rooter listed also as emergency plumbing in South Beach with a local office address & 305 phone number. But my call was received by a dispatcher is in Arizona who said no one was available until the next day between 10-2pm. I explained this was an emergency: a building full of people including 2 babies. So-no local Roto-Rooter person answered and it was regular scheduling not emergency response. Bogus. We are so grateful that AAA owner responded to my request as the emergency it truly was. He also gave me advice to contact the city water dept. when my next water bill arrived and ask them to waive the overage. The city knows about the problem because the public works tech turned it off and told me to hire a plumber to fix it. The owner said he's written letters to the city before on behalf of people in my situation. Caring to help people like that goes beyond what I've experienced from plumbers in the past. The price was reasonable. I expected to be gouged because, when it's a real emergency, a company knows they can rip someone off. So we all are grateful. Thank you!!!

My toilet would not stop running or flush properly. The water was constantly running. I messaged AAA plumbing services and they responded immediately! I was told to text a video of my issue, so the problem could be diagnosed. AAA plumbing arrived at my home within the two hour time frame that I was quoted. They were professional, kind, affordable and explained in detail of the work that needed to be done. The toilet needed a new flusher handle and flapper. Good quality honest company! I would definitely recommend to the Miami area.

I found Eli online with no prior experience with him or anyone else. Eli was responsive (came over same day I called after hours), was proactive, honest and solved what turned out to be a more complex kitchen sink/dishwasher issue given a poor prior plumbing job. He worked tirelessly (well into the night) to make sure that the job was complete, and followed-up multiple times with check-ins and suggestions on how to upkeep the dishwasher. His pricing was more than fair and I would absolutely trust Eli for all my plumbing needs.

Needed a plumber in a rush to fix a water heater. Nikolay at AAA said he be there in two hours, which he beat. He assessed the broken water heater, discussed options and made recommendations. He went and picked up a new one and had it installed by end of the day. He helped with another small plumbing problem, great conversationalist. He cleaned up spotlessly and carted the old tank away. I have TOTO toilets that were installed in all 3 of my bathrooms by the previous owners of my condo. They are incredibly difficult and extremely expensive to service. After the marble countertops were installed he came back right away he replacing all valves, he installed new kitchen and bathroom faucets and drains, he did an amazing job worked endless hours to get me done. AAA Plumbing is a great company that does great work. I had a plumbing issue that others had tried to fix. Suspicious that the prior guys weren’t doing the job right I called AAA Plumbing and Nikolay. They came out sooner than they said they would, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in a single day, and even cleaned up as they left (something the prior guys never did). AAA Plumbing will be my go to for future plumbing needs.

This plumbing company is extremely professional and responsive. I called and quickly received a response and a visit to my home to assess the problem. He made great product recommendations. He installed the new part in my bathroom (a faucet) and it looks highly professionally done. He made himself available on a weekend to perform the repair. Due to a mistake I made, the original faucet I purchased from the hardware store was defective. The plumber made an extra trip to my home on a Sunday to install the correct faucet. Would highly recommend.

AAA plumbing Nikolai installed a toilet for us perfectly. It was a challenging installation as the rough-in distance from the wall was only 8 inches and had to be moved to standard.
