We had water leaking into our new basement this past fall during the rain storms. WMF came out immediately and cleaned up the mess and took down all our sheetrock and flooring.
I used them for was on a large fire that affected 10 apartment homes. While the fire was still being put out by the fire department, it took one phone call to WMF and within a few hours they had an entire crew out to my site fully stocked and ready to board up the doors and windows.

I would highly recommend these guys if you have a mold problem like I did since based on their responsiveness, they would definitely take care of you.
Had a 55-gallon fish tank shatter, with the water spilling on the living room floor. WMF team arrived promptly, and did a great job at a reasonable price, cleaning up the mess. Three days later, the place is dry and smelling like a rose. Thanks! Highly recommended company!

Water Mold Fire Restoration is the absolute best!!! Saved my day with a bursted pipe the caused a water damage to my 3 level house. They came really quick dried it out and repaired everything in a very timely manor.
My mother in law's basement was FLOODED!! I called a few people and there prices were ridiculous! Thank goodness I found these guys. They were very swift in there work, respectful & professional staff. There was a lot to clean up with all the mold but they cleaned everything out so fast. The team work was well constructed. Awesome company all in all!!

We suffered Water damage as we somehow left the bathroom tap running. Water Mold Fire Restoration technician was literally on the spot on an early Sunday morning, wet vac in hand, personally removing the water while the rest of the crew arrived.
This business deserves a 7 star rating; they have delivered every single step through the process. I am sure if you are looking at this review, you are in a somewhat similar situation that I was last week when water broke loose in the house and damaged walls and floor in two of my rooms.
We had an unfortunate water damage in the home we are renting and lets just say that we will never mistakenly put dish soap in the dishwasher again. We called WMF and they saved s a fortune.

WMF is awesome! Bob came to our apartment to inspect for mold damage after a pipe broke underneath the floor. He quickly analyzed the situation, gave a detailed recommendation, and performed the work thoroughly and efficiently. This all after another supposed mold company dropped the ball on us.

I never imaged that within one hour they would have arrived and started the process of putting my home and sanity back in order. A mouse ate a tiny hole in the hose on my dishwasher and the nightmare began. Not only did I have to replace a 3 year old DW when the wiring was also chewed up but the laminate flooring was lifting from the moisture. I called WMF and they are great. Still a big job ahead unpacking, but very happy with the service and professionalism shown by Water Mold Fire Restoration.

I called for Water Restoration and even though it was super early in the morning, the business owner, came over immediately to start drying the area. A few other technicians showed up around 7:30 and got all the water out and set up some fans and air movers. Did an awesome job. Loved this company.

Hopefully this issue doesn't happen again. If water damage services are needed again, I would contact WMF again in an instant. WMF was friendly, professional, responsive, frank, current on the safety codes & requirements, knowledgable (over 10 years of experience) and reasonably priced.
WMF have been great helping us in the hour of need. It was a good 2 weeks of work that they worked diligently and restored the water damaged area of the house. The work involved 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms and the garage.

Faced with a burst pipe, the last thing a homeowner wants to deal with is the headache of damage mitigation. I took a chance on MI&T and called them up at 8 in the morning the next day. They were in by 10 am assessing the damage and what needed to be done

We called them out after using another service who did a horrible job. These guys did a great job in cleaning up after we had a burst pipe in the kitchen. I am an avid Googler and always read reviews even if a company has 5 stars just to hear what people are saying. Water Mold Fire Restoration was the first company that popped up for water damage and flood repair and they had the most genuine reviews in my opinion. So, I called them and I am glad that I did.

I had some minor flood damage in my office and dreaded the whole insurance and contractor rigmarole. I initially called a restoration contractor that the adjuster referred me to and their quote was way too high. Beyond that, I wanted to do some of the work myself (like painting, demo, etc.) to save some money and they wouldn't do partial work. All or nothing. I had WMF Crew came out and asked to see the insurance estimate. We sat down and worked out what I would like to do and what I would like them to take care of and within 24 hours, they shot a quote over to me that was exactly what I was looking for. So, All in all, they weren't greedy.

I called WMF Restoration based on excellent Google reviews and they have now earned mine as well. We have cracks in our shower tile and I thought we were going to have to gut our shower rebuild it. The crew came within an hour of my calling the office. The were professional and courteous, and I was very impressed with the honesty.
My rental house had some 'mold like' stains in the wood when we pulled the carpet back. My tenants were freaking out. I called Water Mold Fire Restoration, they went to the house and took care of the problem within hours. The prices were reasonable and the work was very thorough. They also calmed my tenants down as they were close to moving out.

My house was flooded due to a water leak, I called WMF and got a hold of them. They were so friendly over the phone and assured me that I did not have to worry and they had the best technicians in the business heading my way. The crew showed up ready to go. They extracted all of the water and set up some crazy industrial fan looking things to help dry the area.
Long story short the team was able to identify the source of the leak and fix everything. There was a lot of work to be done which included gutting out my whole bathroom and replacing the vanity and shower tub. In the end I was able to come out with a brand new bathroom with no more leak issues. To this day there are no issues.
If I ever find myself going through this again.. I know exactly who I'm going to call and that would be Water Mold Fire Restoration. If YOU ever find yourself having to repair your home due to water damage I'd suggest you call these guys. You'll be in good hands.

WMF Rest. IS THE company!! I'm a contractor and had to leave town for 3 weeks. They came in a few days before I had to leave and they assured me they would take care of my major home repairs while I was out of town. They sent me some samples along with wood samples to replace what was damaged.

Seldom do you find a company that has old fashioned integrity and fully stands behind their work months after it was completed. Earlier this year, WMF Restoration undertook a huge job at our condo complex. One of the very small tasks involved having his plumber disconnect then re-connect the washing machine located next to the air conditioning condensor hoses.

The whole team of technicians were extremely professional during my repair process and even worked a few nights to help get the job done faster. I am very relieved that things are finally back to normal thanks to WMF Restoration.

My rental property recently had a pipe burst and I called Water Mold Fire Restoration to do the repair. The crew was great! They came out and gave me a detailed quote and let me know exactly what they would be doing and the time frame. Everything was completed in a timely manner and they did a great job repairing the damaged drywall. They set up fans to make sure all the mold was removed. I would highly recommend using these guys for any home damages.

The whole crew was meticulous with their work and quick to follow up with all stages of their work - extremely important since times like these are inconvenient and stressful. Would highly recommend.
The specialist that came out was patient and explained everything he was doing; he worked around repair crews with no issues. I am very grateful for the service MI&T provided to me!
WMF Restoration has been amazing to work with. I called them one Monday morning after discovering a small moldy spot in our guest rooms and they came out that same day. During their inspection of the moldy spot, they found white mold growing in our crawl space and perfectly got rid of it

I worked with WMF team and they were awesome! I really appreciated that they were very flexible in coming out to examine the problem and starting the work. They did their job honestly and takecare of my furniture and other vauable things. Thanks WMF and team. I highly recommend them for everyone.

Expert who came by my house ws kind and professional nd did a great work wd mold removal. From my request cll to final touch everything ws smooth and he took time to explain all the safety measures to avoid mold for future. Thanks WMF for such a gr8 experience !!!!
A tenant of mine felt it was a good idea to save money by never using the air conditioner. 2 months later the place is covered in mold. I thought walls were going to have to come down and hardwood floors removed but they did a wonderful job with the mold removal and got the place back to normal for a reasonable cost.
The Crew is awesome. They make the process seamless and make me feel very comfortable in this trouble time. If there are any other issues related to water damage, please go to them.

This is one of the coolest companies in the service business that I have every met! If I ever have anything go wrong I will definitely call WMF Restoration. I don't expect mine to be free advice but with their honesty I know that they will not ripe me off and will always be up front. What a great experience during a traumatic time!

Water Mold Fire Restoration team is the most professional team we have ever worked with. They sent someone for to check the damage within 1 hour and quickly gave us assessment and quote. I chose them for my Fire damage and they didn't diasappoint.
