Watched a power plumbing driver cut off someone because they didn't bother using their blinkers and watch them drive into the opposite lane so that they can bypass traffic to then get into a turn lane illegally clearly these are not the people you should trust to handle your plumbing if they can't handle basic drivers laws.

Same-day service from a friendly and competent professional who didn't talk down to me and was kind to my kid & dog. Saw me wearing a mask and immediately went to mask up too (thank you, I'm immunocompromised) -- and happily went to work. They didn't settle with just making the offending toilet flush again -- they told us what happened and why, and let us know what they noticed might be a sign of trouble down the road without trying to upsell. We will absolutely be calling again when we need a plumber.
ETA: they were right about future trouble, and came back to diagnose and give us some solid advice and recommendations to follow up. Same great experience as the first time. Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and they didn't charge for diagnostics.

While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! He may be a good plumber, but he is totally unreliable. He didn't come at all on the day he said he was coming. He doesn't answer his phone mail.

Their drivers are reckless. The driver of W L Gary Company, Inc. (a work van) cut me off in traffic, not using a turn signal, nearly smashing into my vehicle. The car behind me almost rear ended me because I had to slam on my brakes and swerve left (almost hitting another vehicle).
