Keston's is amazing. We had a pretty complex problem that required a new shower pan and tiling, plus repair to some pipes in the living room ceiling below and repair of a giant hole in the ceiling as a result of another plumber's inability to find the issue.

Ken was friendly and thorough in his assessment of the issue. He told me the job would take 2-3 days, and he and his subcontractors finished in a day and a half! They also left every area immaculate and were careful to cover the floors and furniture. What's more, they befriended my dog and were considerate of my son's nap by walking and talking quietly during that time. Their price was reasonable and even more so after the quality of their work and general pleasantness of the experience. We will absolutely hire them again.

He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions, he explained everything he was doing and even explained what to look for if other parts in the toilet were to break. He pointed out a few pipes to be concerned about and even helped me with a few other concerns I had around the house. So glad with our decision to choose them, they provided peace of mind and eased our anxieties of being new home owners! We will always be going with Keston’s in the future.

I had a leak from a pipe running through my ceiling. Ken was able to field the call at an early hour, arrived at my house early in the day, and was finished by early afternoon. He was professional, performed skillfully, and caused minimal damage to the ceiling that was easy to repair. He even referred a great contractor that was able to path things up in a matter of days.
