Wow. This plumber is fantastic. It is rare to find a plumber like this. He is truly knowledgeable and does splendid work. His rates are also affordable, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

There just the best

We called them on a Saturday with a busted water heater. Technician arrived when we agreed. They even texted a picture and name of the tech when he was en route. He arrived in a company marked vehicle - they don’t sub the work out to some random third party, which is refreshing. He was prepared and talked us through the options. The price was good (I texted a friend afterwards that had the same work done by someone else and turns out I might have got a relative bargain, especially considering mine was on a Saturday ). The work was professional and the tech was personable and respectful of our place. Again, it was just so refreshing to contact someone and have them respond immediately, show up on time, look and act like a pro, and not try and take me to the cleaners. These are my people from now on.

Marcos, who was the technician who replaced the filters for our water filtration system, was very personal and kind to explain everything, patient and thorough. He took ownership of his work and offered to follow up on a minor leak he discovered. Also loved the company’s efficiency in scheduling and keeping me informed of the process. Such a satisfying experience. Their pricing was a bit higher than what I expected, but it was worth it because the quality of their service overall. Highly recommend.

Our kitchen faucet broke and we had guests coming in from out of town. I contacted at 400pm on a Wednesday and we had a plumber at our home fixing the dilemma the next day by noon. They even helped guide us in picking a fixture that would be more durable. Rodney M the plumber that was sent was great. The communication was great. Overall fantastic experience.

I don’t usually write reviews but my experience was so pleasant i felt inclined to share. Willy came out to address multiple back ups from my laundry and kitchen lines. He was very knowledgeable in his work & introduced himself in a profesional and friendly manner. He was very patient while answering my many questions of which I highly appreciated! Willy did a hydro jetting on the lines & successfully cleared both lines in a timely manner. I have not had any issues since! I am so thankful to Willy and this company for the service I received! I Highly recommend them!

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

Number not in service 😒

We had an error code on our boiler and leak in our heating system that the original installer wasn’t able to solve. We have a Navien waterheater boiler and were referred to hydroflow by the manufacturer.
They came out within the allocated window and inspected the plumbing. The technician was able to diagnose a faulty part within minutes. Quick trip to get the part and we’re back with a fully functioning heating system.
