Garry was awesome! My radiant floor heart wasn't working and I'd had others look at it and it was taking forever for the other folks to test different components and try to ID what was wrong. Garry came out and figured out what was wrong in less than an hour. He replaced some wires in my tankless water heater that were in bad shape and that did the job! He also helped me get my nest thermostat reset which was a more involved process than I ever expected it to be. The service was better than I had hoped for. If I ever have a problem with my heat or water heater again, Garry will be the first person I call.

Guys were super knowledgeable. Able to diagnose a pump failure. Ordered a new part and repaired the following week. Very efficient and tidy service.

My water heater broke and I Called Hydroflow for a Water heater replacement. They have work with our family for years as always It was great service.

So no heat, no hot water, leaving to go out of town the next day, and basically in a bind. Reach out to Garry, he calls me right back, and boiler fixed such that we come home to a warm house with hot water. Cannot recommend enough.

The technician did a great job. They were prompt, and polite, explaining the problem and the possible solutions. The customer service is always great and should a Water heater problem arise, they are the ones I turn to. Proper professional training instruction and advice

This review has been a long time coming. We’ve had multiple plumbing emergencies at our properties over the years and Garry and the hydro flow team have been life savers on many occasions. Most recently we had them out to clear drains during the floods and help avoid a complete disaster. Over the last few years they have replaced water heaters, re-piped water, gas and sewer lines during seismic upgrades. Always going the extra mile. Excellent plumber, very professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Glad to be able to call on them for my plumbing needs.

Great job on repairing my water heater! Thought I was going to have to replace the whole unit but thankfully they didn’t have to. They came out and fixed it fast and had the parts on hand. Really knowledgeable and no bs which is always nice!

Had hydroflow call out to repair our radiant heating system. After a number of plumbers weren’t able to fix the problem I felt a replacement was the only option. The guys at hydroflow were able to diagnose a bad pump and a bad connection to the storage tank. Within 4 hrs our boiler system was back up and running with full heat to all zones. Amazing, so happy to have found these guys. Would definitely recommend for all plumbing and radiant heating issues

Garry and Dennis are lifesavers! After numerous contractors had called out to fix the problem, I had lost all hope. What seemed to be a daunting task, ended up being a simple fix. I’m too embarrassed to say how much I paid to the other incompetents, but Hydroflow fixed the problem within 30 minutes. That’s how good and efficient they are!

We had an error code on our boiler and leak in our heating system that the original installer wasn’t able to solve. We have a Navien waterheater boiler and were referred to hydroflow by the manufacturer.
They came out within the allocated window and inspected the plumbing. The technician was able to diagnose a faulty part within minutes. Quick trip to get the part and we’re back with a fully functioning heating system.

Having known Garry for years, I somehow sweet talked him into coming down to change my water heater in Los Angeles. He actually did it!!!!!

Plumber came out to service my boiler. I had a navien heater with an error code and had trouble finding somebody who worked on them. Eventually I found hydroflow.

I got Hydroflow to replace the water heater in my in-laws place in North Beach. They were organized, professional and efficient. The company owner, Garry is a real straight shooter. It was a pleasure to deal with such an honest guy in an industry plagued by unethical characters.

The engineer was pleasant, clear, and efficient. Excellent and quick work to not only fix a Water heater but also to correct shoddy workmanship from whoever had previously worked on it. The service is not cheap, but it was worth it for properly done work. Keep up the good job!
