In 2020, Flow Masters Plumbing transitioned to a more Service focused company, rather than new construction. We had a backup in our main sewer line and Willy was sent out to clear the line. He arrived in a timely manner and was very professional and was able to clear the line with no problem. I got in contact with the guys at Flow Masters through their sister company in Marin called Local Plumbing. I needed some work on my rental unit in SF and they were fast, efficient and well priced for the work they completed. They did my annual back flow certifications on the sprinkler system as well as checked out a few minor leaks on the exposed pipe work in the garage. A solid company and would definitely use again.

Flow Master's Plumbing people are great! I made many calls & gathered a few estimates for our sink repair job. Other companies were confusing & inefficient with their
communications and some wanted close to $100 just to do an on site estimate. Connor gave us a verbal estimate that matched the other lower cost estimates! Nixon our plumbing tech offered to come early if that was better for us. He was patient and communicated well. He was respectful of our place wearing protective booties and put a pad down on our kitchen hardwood floor. Skip the rest and choose the best in the Bay Area. PS Bonus he was nice to our barking doggie as well.

I don’t usually write reviews but my experience was so pleasant i felt inclined to share. Willy came out to address multiple back ups from my laundry and kitchen lines. He was very knowledgeable in his work & introduced himself in a profesional and friendly manner. He was very patient while answering my many questions of which I highly appreciated! Willy did a hydro jetting on the lines & successfully cleared both lines in a timely manner. I have not had any issues since! I am so thankful to Willy and this company for the service I received! I Highly recommend them!

They are the best! Responsive, professional, focused, reliable and dependable. They are in communication on day of job to keep you posted on arrival time which is so helpful. On top of that they are just good people. They are the only plumbing company I use.
I cannot recommend this company enough. My boiler went out on a friday evening at 2 pm. They diagnosed that the boiler was unfixable. They called around may places to get a new one that evening but they couldn't get a new one till Monday . They were able to hook me up temporarily over the weekend with a boiler they had in their shop. I was so happy as I had my parents visiting me from New york. They were there to 10.30 pm on friday evening to get it finished and were back Monday morning to put the new boiler in. I cant speak highly enough about this company. They offer an incredible service.

My htp Phoenix high efficiency water heater stopped working at the start of the cold snap, disabling my underfloor radiant heat and household hot water. Tired of service techs that did not know about my equipment, I contacted the manufacturer, which put me in touch with the regional sales distributor. Steve at Action Sales, quickly put me in touch with Conner at Flow Masters. Conner arranged to come down and check out my problem the next day. He diagnosed the problem as incorrect installation by the original contractor. They had simply failed to protect the air intake vent from the rain. Moist air had been blowing into the fan and burn unit, eventually causing the fan unit to seize. Water was also leaking from around the the burner chamber, so I decided to replace rather than repair the existing water heater. The technician Beto, came down the next day to start prep work. The new boiler was installed during the next 3 days.
I can’t say enough good things about everyone involved in this chain of events. The manufacturer and sales rep were very quick to connect me to Flow Masters. Conner was very knowledgeable about the products and candid about the risks of repair or replace. Beto was prompt, courteous, very respectful of my property. Everyday before leaving, he would clean up his work area. The new system was seamlessly mated into the existing plumbing. He also is in possession of some wonderful professional tools. Beto really put in the extra effort to bring up my hot water as soon as possible. The new tankless boiler works so much better than the old system. Beto also took the time to explain the system to me, the changes he made, and importantly, the maintenance required.

We needed a new water heater, and our radiant furnace was also very old. Connor assessed the situation and proposed a new combination system to update both systems. Alberto and Yovany did an excellent job removing the old heaters and connecting the new heater to the systems. They did the job on time, on budget, and communicated well the whole way through. We now have instant hot water everywhere and are using way less gas! You should definitely call Flow Masters if you need plumbing help!
The entire team did a great job of quickly coming out to fix our plumbing issue, which included the replacement of our sewage pipe. In particular, Willie stayed late to take care of a clog issue so that we could use our water overnight. Highly recommend.

I had flow masters plumbing come out to my existing Munchkin radiant heat boiler and domestic hot water system which was not operating -
They performed multiple tests on unit.
Gave me a detailed quote for repairers after they diagnosed all issues.
Ordered all the part required - gave me a detailed description to what was going on returned the following day got my system back up and running - ( I had previously called 10 plumbing companies before getting to flow masters )
Office staff very friendly and very accommodating to getting booked in to the people on feild super knowledgeable to what they where working on -
Called in a panic with a toilet valve that was spewing water all over my bathroom and they helped me turn off the water to the house and sent a plumber to repair shortly after. Problem resolved quickly and easily!
Alberto was my plumber today. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. He did the installation expertly and efficiently. He has been here for other jobs as well and he is consistently great to work with.

Great service. Knowledgable and professional team that stand behind their work. Friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a dishwasher that was releasing a lot of water from the air gap every time we ran it. Flow Masters came and assessed the situation and did an initial fix that partially solved the problem but did not fix it entirely. I reached back out to them and they promptly found a time to come back to reassess and made another fix (at no additional charge) that fully solved the problem. I had a great experience and will definitely be calling Flow Masters again for future plumbing needs.

We have had an excellent experience with Flow Masters. Connor Grant managed the replacement of our leaking solar water heater about a year ago. When other parts, not installed by them, also went out, they quickly came out and diagnosed the problem (which was not due to their installation) and got it fixed. Connor and his assistant Alberto were professional, good communicators and all around great guys. I’m happy they were recommended by the manufacturer of our old leaking device.

My radiant heat system had some zones that were not working and they replaced some valves of some sort. What a relief ! Finally we have heat all the way through the house.. my kids are super happy! They also did a maintenance on my boiler and said I should really be done once a year. Seemed like a good crew. I’m planning to get them back every year now to service my system

Our tankless hot water heater suddenly started producing water that was only lukewarm. Connor from Flow Masters arrived early. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. Connor quickly diagnosed the problem as cold water crossing over to the hot water line. He also gave me enough information that I was able to isolate the problem to the valve in our guest bathroom shower which is never used. Simply running the show for a bit resolved the issue.
I would definitely use Flow Master again.

I noticed our tankless water heater was leaking at 345 pm yesterday. Conner from flow masters was at our house by 4:15. The tank needed to be replaced after many years and parts were no longer available. Conner arranged for his guys to changed the tankless water heater today. And the job is done. He is professional, honest and reliable, and his workers were responsible, conscientious, and trustworthy. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and their employees.

Flow masters was great ! They came out to unclog my kitchen sink and replace my garage disposal . Also asked them to take a look at my radiant heating because it wasn’t heating they managed to find a solution for the unit . Definitely would recommend!!!
My husband called Flow Masters Plumbing because we were hearing loud noise in the pipe, they were very responsive, they came to the house to inspect the same day and helped us to resolve the issue even without charging us. Best business in town!
Alberto was well knowledgeable in his work and estimated the time to complete my project perfectly.
