I wanted to take a moment to share my great experience for the exceptional service that I received from these guys. My husband and I had a bit of an emergency situation last Thursday when we discovered that our water heater was leaking and we were unable to locate the source of the problem.

After making multiple phone calls to local plumbers, we were feeling quite discouraged. However, we stumbled upon this company's website and were immediately impressed by the glowing reviews from other satisfied customers. When we called, we were asked to provide some photos and were given a quote right away - a refreshing change from the other plumbers we had contacted who were unable or unwilling to provide an estimate.

The next day, Paul and his team arrived promptly at 10:30 am and quickly got to work. They finished everything at 11:30am!!!
I was impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail, as well as their willingness to go above and beyond by checking out the garage located under my unit.

Not only was the work completed within an hour, but there were no surprises or hidden costs-exactly what we had been hoping for. It has now been two days since the repair was completed, and our water heater is working perfectly.

I appreciated the added peace of mind that comes with the one year labor warranty that the company provided. Knowing that they stand behind their work and are willing to come back and check on things if necessary is truly reassuring.

When I called the phone was answered directly by Paul and he immediately sent Alex within an hour to come service my hot water heater. It was determined that it needed replacement and was replaced the same day. Alex was great! I highly recommend Excalibur Water Heaters! -Ed

I had a water heater replaced by Baron back in 2008. Picked him because he was a straight shooter, willing to give me a quote over the phone. He was on time, did impeccable work, and charged me exactly what he said he would. The water heater is still going strong today. Great service, Great quality and fair prices. Very straight forward which I loved. Also had some questions a year after the water heater replacement and they bent over backwards to help me.
