We had concerns about our faucet leaks, toilets, and issues with other old plumbing choroding. Chris checked everything, and described his reasoning so we could make the best decision, as well as educated us on why there were issues, and what areas could be left alone. He immediately noticed there was a safety recall on our toilets and made the necessary steps to repair. We really appreciated his professionalism and expert knowledge.

We had another company look at many the same issues who told us they didn't know what was wrong (since the toilets were not standard) and never got back to us, so it was a relief to have Chris with his knowledge.

Broken water pipe... tech showed up almost 6 hours after call, he could not complete or check work and was to return next day. He never did. Fast forward 2 weeks... his half finished work exploded and I have no water just in time for Christmas weekend. Now they won't come and deal with it! We have multiple properties that use Rayne... no more! Extremely poor customer service and service techs. Disgusted.

Great experience. The showed up within 24 hours, and within their arrival window. Had my leaks identified in 10 minutes, and fixed them. They gave me a complete play by plat as to what they were doing. Friendly. I definitely recommend them.

I had an issue with my bath drain stinking for the last two months. Two appointments and $250 in warranty call charges (each for about five minutes with so called technicians who claimed the smell was just something random and would go away if I pour hot water! Yeah right ! ) led to no changes and my bath stinking everyday and the wife cussing every day :) Finally , I called Giovani to check it out. He quickly identified the issue and spent time explaining what was going on. Trust me , this man knows plumbing. He’s the best out there , takes extreme pride in his workmanship and his customer service is top notch, very rare to find qualities in today’s world. And if you are lucky enough , you will have the added bonus of chatting with him about just any topic on earth. I had one of the most interesting & impromptu conversations about “Culture” and I was so refreshed with his perspective on life! I joked that he should have his podcast! ( Seriously though , he should !). Hire him for his professionalism, eye for detail , obsession over customer satisfaction & honesty. You will not be disappointed.

I reached out to Evo based on a referral from a friend and they did not disappoint. We were looking for a water softener system and when I inquired about various products Martin (the owner) sent me a few different options and prices. He also offered practical advice regarding what the best setup for our specific neighborhood and needs. Once we made our decision, he was able to come and install the system within 4 days. We have had the system for about a month and love it.

I had a 30 year hose bibb that was leaking that I wanted to replace. But it was very tight that even with two men could not get it loose. I tried applying lub and heat gun. But to no avail. So I contacted a couple of plumbers. Both of them replied the same day. But Jaime of Swags went out of his way to call me and found out we used the wrong tools and method. And then he described what I can to to fix it. And then he sent me several pictures as to what tools to use and how to use them in my case. He did all that without fee. And he offered to come by if I still have problems and help us without charge as a courtesy to get it loose. And Jaime quoted a specific next step if that is needed.

We followed his advise to get the correct tools and use the method he prescribed and the same two men then easily get the hose bibb out!

The other plumber only quoted a high price just to get this loose.

It is hard to find some a skilled, kind and honest plumber who is on your side instead of trying to make a kill. I would put Swags on the top of my plumber's list.

Working with this plumber was a pleasure - not only did they repair my pipe leak quickly and professionally, but also went above and beyond by bringing kitty litter to absorb the moisture. I'm sure that any future plumbing issues will be resolved just as seamlessly!

Great website for scheduling appointments and great text message updates to let me know when the plumbers were on their way. I was able to quickly get a same day appt on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. The work was done quickly and professionally. The plumbers were friendly and very efficient. The only downside is that the price was VERY expensive.

I highly recommend Julio from Shark Plumbing Services in San Jose. His exceptional communication skills and responsiveness left me thoroughly impressed. It was a pleasure working with him, and we will undoubtedly seek out his expertise for future projects.
