Jose and his team did an excellent job of installing trenchless pipe for our main sewer pipe. Jose was courteous, prompt and professional. He explained the scope of the work clearly and gave us estimates upfront. His quote was reasonable and quality of work was top notch.

Immediate response for a quote; showed up on time; kept the area clean from start to finish. Even signed up for annual maintenance!!

Freddy was the second estimate I received earlier this year to replace my storm drain. I picked him because of his honest opinions and very thoughtful consultation which made me feel he understood what he was doing. His crew was super professional and ensured satisfaction before wrapping up a job. I even had issues with my sprinkler system after they left and Freddy came back to fix it for free. Essentially these guys back up their work and will ensure you're satisfied.

Aaron's initially scheduled me for an appointment tomorrow morning with the proviso that if they had availability open up they would get to me sooner - this afternoon or evening. Sure enough, I got a call about an hour later that one one their best plumbers - Roy - was on the way from his last call in Livermore. Roy was respectful, congenial and above all, expert and diligent in diagnosing the problem, cause (calcification due to hard water) and installed the new faucet within an hour! Excellent job. Roy also let me know about other services Aaron's does, including water softeners using potassium instead of NaCl salt, and a hot-water recirc pump system option. No hard up-selling, just knowledge-sharing. Great work and great recommendations. Nice guy too! Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter has a customer for life. Very very reasonable pricing as well. Mike Falcone and his team did a fantastic job installing HVAC in our home. They were courteous and informative when explaining what the job entailed, and they kept us apprised of their progress. At the end of each day, the job site was clean. The project was completed on schedule and the pricing was very fair. Impressive operation.

Had an easy and streamlined experience with Señor Rooter. I’ve now had two different repair/installation projects with them. The first project involved moving the location of both the toilet and washing machine; the second a much more involved bathroom remodel— new tile floors, standing shower, and etc. In both projects Gil and his crew were easy to work with, communicative, and prioritized quality. Also, they don’t bs. Highly recommend Señor Rooter!

I could not have been more pleased! On a Sunday morning I discovered water bubbling up through the expansion joints of my driveway. My main water line to the house had sprung a leak. I left a message Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back Monday morning. Service Manager Kem was at my house Monday afternoon to investigate. A very reasonable quote was provided Tuesday afternoon and work commenced on Wednesday morning. The work completed by Humberto and Melvin, under Kem's direction, was speedy, clean and they were able to complete the job in one long day. Great job! Everything went smooth from initial call to the on-site clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Loni, arrived on time, was personable & professional. He performed the installation of our water heater quickly. I would definitely recommend water heaters only. The 1 thing I found some what miss leading is I was asked to leave a 5 star review & if the review was less than 5 star there was a phone # to call instead of leaving a review.

Tony arrived on time, was polite, and completed the job quickly, letting me watch so I might be able to do the job myself if there is a next time (tightening a bolt on the toilet tank).
