On time and pro guys. Kuddos to the slab leak they did on my den. It fixed my bathrooms slow drain problem. We initally agreed on fixing my washer that was backing up. 1400 later. ..and an what additional 1900 quote to fix another leak according to the tech. I tried scheduling them back. Thank God they never returned my call. I had the lines cleared bu another company that did it for $400. The competitor showed me the pipes. The grease buildup was never cleared by the $1900 i had to pay. Hope that was an honest mistake. Not hiring them again.

I highly recommend this business, and if you happen to get Michael as your plumber, you're in good hands. I needed a couple of P-Traps installed. I called and spoke with Carol who was very friendly and to my surprise was able to get me a same day appointment. I had several other estimates, but I was so impressed with the professionalism and how courteous Michael was until I hired him to do the job. He was on time and is very knowledgeable. He took the time out to explain in detail what was being done. Michael did an outstanding job and in my opinion is an asset to this company.

They dont want to take checks. will also tell you that they prefer not to because people won't pay. Did the job not sure if it's something that will stay fixed I guess the next couple of weeks will tell. I'll update at that time.Update : The fix did stay repaired.

Needed hose bibbs replaced (frost proof wall hydrant). Called ABC plumbing, ABC sent someone to get the job done the same day. However, job was not quite done to my satisfaction due to functionality and purpose intended. Contacted ABC and tech Beaudy was able to get the job done satisfactorily. Beaudy’s work was of great quality and I highly recommend him and ABC plumbing and it’s a plus that ABC plumbing is locally owned business!

I had a technician, Steve Pound, come and see why my bathroom was stinking. After about 15 minutes he diagnosed it was due to an air duct losing its wrapping and was causing a musty smell. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an experienced plumber

H&H Plumbing, 5217 Davis Boulevard 76180, was very adaptable to my needs mechanically and mentally. I needed a waterline hooked up to the icebox and a shower head with a long reach hose installed. I always fear ANYONE in my house due to CPTSD. I called the office the morning of my appointment, at the beginning of an anxiety attack. The Lady who answered the phone did not hesitate or ask why, when I asked her if she could describe the person who was scheduled to come to my home. After she describe him for me, I explained I had anxiety about letting anyone in my house. When Zac arrived, there was no hint of you’re nuts lady. He got right to work and let me ramble on and on, play my music, and ask questions to calm down while he worked. He left no hint of pushing or prodding feeling. He was very quiet, calming, professional, and respectful. I came into this (needing a plumber) scared and worried from way too many horror stories. Zac made my experience feel more like a counselor and friend than just a plumber. His work top notch, clean, and completed in a timely manner.
