Jacob was referred to us by a close friend of ours and just in the time Jacob was here (4 hours on a Sunday morning) to fix our emergency leak(s), my next door neighbor had already crossed over and asked for a business card as well. Very professional work done and the bathroom floor was left cleaner than it was before the leak occurred! ;)

These guys are great. Had an issue others tried to correct and kept having the same problems. They fixed it the first time out. The guys that did the work were friendly, professional and greatly concerned with keeping the work area and path to their equipment clean.

I absolutely LOVE this company! In the last year, they’ve repaired my hot water slab leak, which included re-routing the leaking pipe through the attic vs digging under my house (James Bielamowicz), extensive heating & AC work (Emmet Elston) filter changes, plumbing & heating maintenance work & duct repair. In all my experiences, Dial 1 Johnson Plumbing, has been honest, took the necessary time I needed to fully explain exactly the whats and whys of every procedure and answered my numerous questions without attitude or irritation. All of their employees, in the front office (Nitta, in my home were kind, considerate & very knowledgeable of the issue. I like the fact that I get a reminder call a day ahead of the scheduled appointment and again 30min from arrival. I also appreciated that for every need repair, employee to the time to search and find all available discounts (awareness of costs/abilities). My favorite is the membership - reasonable monthly fee gets you a discount on services provided, twice a year check up on plumbing & heating/AC systems and filter changes. I’m a believer.

So I needed a Sewer Drain clean out. I had a backup that was backing up in the bathtub and in the laundry room in one of my rental properties. They come highly recommended to me from The Property Center a property management company. I
commend this drain cleanup plumbing company. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality service make them a cut above the rest. If you find yourself dealing with a troublesome drain, don't hesitate to call them. Jimmy and his team were wonderful.

From the first phone call with the customer service team to the repeated check up calls keeping me in the loop and finally the service call, Lasiter and Lasiter is a truly professional and compassionate company. Craig and team (4 in total) that showed up to perform the fix were outstanding. I thought I had one pipe break and it turned out I had three. I was fixed up in under 2.5 hours. The service was outstanding, and I'm very satisfied with the fixes. I have a plumbing company for life. Thank you!!!! I just wish our power production and grid was as dependable in Texas.

Had a small pin hole leak in a pipe in the front yard, called on a Monday Steven and Jayden were here the next day, located the leak and repaired right away,as soon as I knew we had a plumbing problem there was only one company to call, I wouldn't recommend any other company for all your plumbing needs, professional, courteous, and always gets the job done, especially with the bad weather coming I knew I could count on ABC, thank you Vickie ,yet another 5 Star review had a leaky faucet in my bathtub and desperately wanted new faucets so I called ABC and the owner actually came out to give me an estimate and the next day Beaudy and Spencer were here and did an amazing job, it was as if they were working on their own home, professional efficient and cleaned everything up just as they found it, this is why I will always be an ABC customer, thank you and shout out to the girls in the office as well 🤗 7/21/2023, yet another 5 Star review I'd give them a 10 if possible,Brian and Eli repaired the overflow plate in my bathtub,noticed it was loose and called late Thursday and they were here before noon the next morning. Highly recommend their services!!! thanks guys for making my life a little bit easier, There are not enough stars in the sky for me to review this company and their employees,had an estimate done for a leak under my kitchen sink and when the leak seemed to be getting worse I accepted the estimate given to me and as always when I called Brian was here first thing the next morning and did the necessary repair, there's no other company I would even consider calling,thank you Brian and the whole ABC family,you just can't buy Trust!!!! Outstanding service! I had a leaky faucet that was driving me crazy. The plumber from this company arrived on time, assessed the problem, and repaired it flawlessly. They were professional, courteous, and left the area clean.

Lindsay did an amazing job of helping us out tonight. She demonstrated great customer service by explaining what the problems were/could be and how we could fix them. It is clear that her goal was to make sure we were completely satisfied and that the problem was addressed correctly. This is a wonderful change from the normal plumbing services that are trying to do as little work as possible and still charge hundreds of dollars. These guys are great! Dispatch was super helpful and made certain to contact me before sending someone out. Phil got here and was quickly able to determine the cause of the faucet leak and make the repair.

Had a refrigerator delivered and the company that delivered could not hook up the water line. Called Bluebonnet Plumbing Services and they came out the next day to install. Would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be contacting for my next repair.

Plumer 2 trust installed a water heater, 2 faucet, a black water tank and 2 white water tanks; piped all of it, in a new construction, a (concession trailer) for freshly squeezed lemonade. He knew the health department codes that we needed to pass, and we passed with 100%. A JOB WELL DONE!

Excellent job done by Greg #188. He is very knowledgeable to identify hidden issues and smartly fix them. It would be perfect experience if the work had been done during the super hot weekend. And yet this doesn’t prevent him from becoming five stars plumbing expert!
