We’ve used Pro Fix for several plumbing services and what we love about them is they are responsive, professional, incredibly honest and do not price gouge! They have us as customers for life!

We received notice from the city we had a leak. Problem solves, efficient, and quick. I’m happy.

Our water line to our refrigerator stopped working. Kerlin was so kind and helpful! He was personable, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and made our day brighter!

Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. I’ve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, they’ve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said they’d have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
“Leak detection experts” = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate they’d solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didn’t check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Bro’s instead.

We just moved into a new house and the freestandidng tub in our master bath was not installed properly and we were experiencing problems. Called Lasiter Plumbing and Lewis and Justin came out and very quickly fixed the problem. They were very professional and careful and made sure everything was working properly before they left. We were very pleased with their service.

I requested estimates for a toilet repair, and bathtub remodel, and ABC Plumbing was the only company who answered the phone to give me an estimate. Shawn and Eli came within the hour, and they quickly replaced some parts. They were both very nice and friendly young men! The price was very reasonable, and ABC offers senior and military discounts too. We've used this plumbing company in the past, and we're always pleased with their work...I highly recommend them! 👍

Jamey Noble came with his partner earlier and explained to me what need to be done to stop leak behind the toilet and the cost of the repairs. When they finished work they discovered another leak there and offered unique solution for my old toilet. They were successful and I was very happy with there service and professionalism. Thank you!

We have had Ben Franklin Plumbing at our home for multiple services. We purchased our home a few years ago and the prior owners neglected the maintenance. When we were having the property inspected, they came and did a pressure test and checked the main line with a camera, which are services that are not offered with any real estate inspection. The tech found an issue with one of the toilets, which ended up being a broken flange. This saved us a substantial amount of money! My wife is a facilities coordinator for a large operation by the airport for an international company, so she's extremely familiar in dealing with contractors. We both give Ben Franklin a 5+ rating! They also have an air conditioning company called Minuteman Heating and Air owned by the same family and when our old unit gave out we used them to place a new Lennox heat pump system in, and we are very pleased with our new found comfort and our much lower electric bills!

Very speedy and knowledgeable came out fast and knew what they were doing. Answered questions we had and fixed the problem and told us how we could prevent the problem in the future.

This was the worse experience I have ever had with a repair company. I had a simple leaky faucet. Ernie's Plumbing came out, not one, not twice but 3 times. After the 1st visit the water would not shut off via the faucet. THE CITY HAD TO COME AND SHUT THE WATER OFF FROM THE OUTSIDE, not one but again twice. the 3rd time the tech accused us of tampering with the faucet, by now my husband is frustrated and words were exchanged. Ernie's manager Randy informed us that they would not be coming back out to our house ever again to fix their mess up. They literally BROKE the faucet in our tub and because of words exchanged they feel that it is Ok to leave us with a faucet that was working fine before they came but now is not THEY LITERALLY BROKE MY FAUCET and now I no longer have a functioning tub simply because they cannot figure out how to fix it. This has been a nightmare. BUYERS PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE of this company.

Highly recommend! Prompt, trustworthy, and reliable. We used their emergency plumbing service. They were one of the few services that even answered the phone on a Sunday. They were at our house within 90 min, and their emergency fee was very reasonable. The plumber that we had, Tony Lopez, explained to us what went wrong and showed us the pieces that were no longer working. They did not try to sell us anything extra or unneeded. We will 100% be calling them whenever we need something in the future and likely using them as we remodel our home and install new fixtures.
