I highly recommend this business, and if you happen to get Michael as your plumber, you're in good hands. I needed a couple of P-Traps installed. I called and spoke with Carol who was very friendly and to my surprise was able to get me a same day appointment. I had several other estimates, but I was so impressed with the professionalism and how courteous Michael was until I hired him to do the job. He was on time and is very knowledgeable. He took the time out to explain in detail what was being done. Michael did an outstanding job and in my opinion is an asset to this company.

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

Technician (Plumber) Josh Snyder of KMP Plumbing is a GREAT plumbing technician.I had a shower faucet valve that did not shut off. Yikes! I had water pouring into the shower pan and needed an emergency call-out at 7 PM.KMP dispatch was very understanding and had technician Snyder at my home in an hour. Josh quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the new plumbing part that fixed the problem.KMP Plumbing has been in business many years and it shows with excellent service, knowledgeable techs, and very reasonable service and parts rates. Super professional company. The technician was running slightly late and they kept me posted on his ETA. The technician is very knowledgeable, rightly priced his charges and provided different options and helped understand the priorities to be addressed. Bryce Cole is the technician who solved our problems and he is very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed things he didn't like to make it perfect when I didn't even know it wasn't perfect.

I’m not sure which location this driver works for but she ran a stop sign yesterday in a residential area, my family and I had the right of way at an intersection, we had already stopped at the stop sign to make a left turn, a black lady driving the truck was heading straight but she came Speeding down the street and sped through the stop sign, never slowed down or anything if we had turned out she would’ve t-boned us and caused injuries to everyone in the car. This happened near Andrea Lane in Forest Hill, Tx around 4:20pm on 2/3. She could’ve severely hurt my family and I. I’m an insurance adjuster and just felt someone needs to know how employees are out here driving reckless. I’ll remove my review once someone acknowledges it, my intention isn’t to hurt your business. My review is based on the drivers action while driving your truck.

Schedule their appointment with Alec but they never show up. Quote me 500$ for replacement a bathtub spout and water valve replacement. Didn’t call to let me why they didn’t show up.

The initial serviceman was unable to install the heater because of the positioning of the ac unit vents and pipes. Another team returned today and were able to successfully install the water heater. It took around two hours. I am pleased with the work that was done.
