Had a busy day of running around came home and was going to give my kids showers only to find the bathroom overflown with water. Called a few companies but no one could come until the next morning or they wanted a high price just to come out. KMP replaced an outdoor sump pump that I purchased. I was grateful for the professional and friendly plumber (Clannad Duffy). He was a great representative for KMP plumbing and if I need any further plumbing work I will call KMP and request Clannad Duffy. You should be very glad he is part of your company. I do not know who his helper was but he seemed like a very hard worker.

The work performed was excellent. Timely response with fair pricing. They had to get creative due to my old home’s poor plumbing from when it was originally built, but the clean out pipe that needed an auger ran through it got done quick! Considering they had to go on my roof for access, the $335 total out the door was a great price. I will never go anywhere else for my future plumbing needs.

We have been using Fischer and Boone exclusively for almost forty years. They have taken care of our plumbing repairs in five houses as little children grew up to be some of their licensed plumbers. Most recently we had a very difficult stoppage in a sewer line and they worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. Their fees for repeated trips involving several hours work each time were very fair and their work was high quality. We don't shop around when we have any plumbing need.

Called out Metro Energy Savers for a Summer maintenance check on our AC system. And thankfully we did. After being in our home for only a year we had noticed some minor differences in the way our unit had been running. Herbert, the technician, did a wonderful and thorough job of checking things out and found our capacitor was bad along with a coil and that we were down a full gallon if freon. Herbert took the time to show us the output of a health capacitor vs ours, in plain language along with showing us the meter. I'm sure he stayed longer than he thought he would but he got us fixed up right away and didn't try to upsell us anything. He was so friendly the kids wanted to invite him to stay for supper. If Herbert is the face of Metro Energy Savers, then they are doing something right. The only ding I give MES is not calling 30 minutes prior to heading out as promised and the fact Herbert only had one filter our size on his truck when I had told the appointment take we had two. But, beyond that, we think we could not have made a better choice than MES.
