Had a water heater install by Jacob and Kaleb they were on time friendly and explained everything as they went never felt left out and felt safe and we’ll taken care of will for sure be calling them with all my plumbing problems

Michael was on time, very professional and courteous. He laid tarps in pathway to Master bath and installed a new pressure assisted tank and bowl. Checked to make sure old flange was in good shape (it was) and installed the new one. When finished he tested everything making sure it was working properly. Hauled old toilet away, picked up tools, tarps and bath was as clean as he found it. 5 Stars is all they give but Michael is at least a 6 Star Plumber. Master Plumbing is Lucky to have Michael working for them. When I need a plumber I’ll call Master and ask for Michael job well done! Thanks

We just moved into a new house and the freestandidng tub in our master bath was not installed properly and we were experiencing problems. Called Lasiter Plumbing and Lewis and Justin came out and very quickly fixed the problem. They were very professional and careful and made sure everything was working properly before they left. We were very pleased with their service.

This is not plumbing related but one of your employees harassed me and a group of friends while he was extremely inebriated at El Arroyo in Arlington. As me and a group of my friends, all African American, were quietly waiting on a table, minding our business, an older gentleman proceeded to walk up to us and say “are you all protesting?” in a condescending, joking manner. He then proceeded to get in the face of one of my friends as if to initiate a fight for no apparent reason. He was driving one of your work vehicles as well and was seen having difficulty driving while he was leaving. He was an older gentlemen wearing glasses and a cowboy hat.

Both husband and wife TAG-TEAM DUO, were very responsive, professional and detailed oriented. They definitely knew what they were doing.
I called at 9:15am on New YEAR Eve, they were here 2hrs later, and job was done 30mins after they walked in. We were replacing a leaky 15yo MOEN Kitchen faucet with a modern MOEN with Sensor.
Great people, will definitely hire them again. Blessed to have them.

Don't know HOW this place has such a high rating. A technician came out for my toilet, that had be running for about 30 minutes before filling. I was told there are no parts being made for this toilet and he needed to install a new tank, for a whopping $350. I was shocked the cost to install the toilet new was not that much!! So, I was stuck paying a $39 service fee for nothing. Called this morning to Home Depot...they have the parts I need for this toilet $39.99 in stock!! What a rip off! Apparently, this a good place to call if your pockets are deep...mine are not. If your not looking to get scammed out of ton of money...move on.>>>UPDATE>>> Received a call apologizing for my experience with their company. Returned my service fee promptly. I feel it's very stand up for them to correct mistakes. I appreciate your customer service. Thanks

Had them out to install an new heatpump water heater. Did a wonderful job at an affordable price. Had to custom run extra condensation lines so we rerouted all the emergency overflow at the same time. Liked their work so much I even had them add a few extra hose bibs while everything was moved. Owner came by the next week to inspect and follow up on the work and my satisfaction.

and call Max last you will be glad that this gentleman quoted a fair

The guys arrived when they said and got to work immediately. They were very polite and efficient. Even in extreme heat they kept at it and changed out our outdated electric panel and got us a/c again in much shorter time than I expected. Top. notch work.

The first plumber came out and could not open our drain. We were quite worried but it in the end they send out a supervisor that was able to take care of us. We would recommend all masters plumbing.

The workers were very professional. They answered my questions about the work that I had. They quickly and neatly made the repair. I will continue to use them for my plumbing work.

Very impressed by these guys. I needed my 12 year old water heater replaced and the two gentlemen knew exactly what to do and didn't try to sell me on extra stuff I didn't need.
