We had two other companies who did not properly fix my water heater and left leaks. Finally, AAA came out and was able to help solve the problem.

This was warranty work supplied by Rheem on a seven month old water heater.

Water Heater replaced Monday-10/31 as scheduled.
Parts ordered and ready for pick-up on Friday-10/28, but too late for AAA to pick it up when talked around 7p. Office is closed over the weekend...which meant longer without hot water!!!😫

Service person in hurry to get to next job! Brought along son to assist with work. Checked power source, changed reset switch, thermostat (upper and lower) with son hitting fuse box switches and tightening ground wire and hot wire. This takes away from focus of repairman and puts homeowner and company at risk. Make quick judgment that no other work can be done but to replace entire tank with additional charges. I got the impression his mind was somewhere else.

Don't look elsewhere; AAA is the best local business. In a sense, they saved my house. My family lost access to water after a different plumber couldn't complete a repair. We had to cut off the water main till the repairs were completed. We received a prompt callback from AAA, who moved us up on their schedule, completed the repair, and turned on the water the next day.

Sent out by Cinch, my home warranty provider. A man and woman came out to assess my electrical issue. The man wasn't really friendly, but I didn't care as long as they fixed my issue. After waiting a while for Cinch to approve the repair, AAA Services no showed on me for two appointments. They did not care that I had to rearrange my schedule twice to accommodate them. After the no shows, they stopped replying to me. I have subsequently cancelled Cinch as my home warranty since they insist on using companies that treat their customers like this. I see they actually have some good reviews, so they may be worth it for you. They also have reviews on Yelp which are horrible, which makes me wonder about the validity of Google reviews. Buyer beware. I will be using Baker Brothers from now on. They are more expensive, but paying a $140 deductible to get a firm like AAA Services out is just not worth the hassle for me.

The Technician blew part of my Breaker Panel causing power outage to a room where my 3 dogs sleep which include a Rottweiler. The entire panel needs to be replaced so until then no A/C.

Hot water heater service

Will be calling this company again. Truly appreciate the timely service.

This company is not professional at all. To start they are unable to give you a time frame of arrival until the day of service. I called on Monday to get a time frame for Friday and they said they could not do that until closer to time. The day of service we had to call them for estimated time of arrival. When they arrive to home they barely speak. They look at the toilet talk amongst each other saying they've seen what they need to see. It's broken. As they are walking out with their backs to me they say it's an insurance thing. I ask what do I need to do or how long it will be and they say it's an insurance thing. And they walk off. So unprofessional. I was unable to not give a star at all so they received one star.

The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The job was taken care of in record time.

Very helpful, when I called he gave me free advice to try and fix it without paying for a repair however I wasn’t able to fix it and he advised me on how to turn off the water to stop the leak until he could arrive the next morning and he arrived on time and provided quality work with the best price! I would highly recommend AAA for any plumbing repair. I am a customer for life!

Obtain this company via Sears HomeServices. They came out made the repair, several hours later it was leaking again. Refilled with my warranty and spoke with the owner. He said he would call to reschedule since it was a Friday near no work hours. I agreed and never heard back. He never answered my calls. When the other homeowner called he rescheduled, day off he no showed when the homeowner called he called him a liar and we broke the repair and to never call again. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. My advice is to never use this company

They came in less than 2 hours and fixed my heater when it was 48 degrees. I am disabled & they were very helpful. Would recommend to everyone he fixed it within 20 minutes he was very knowledgeable.

This company was sent to my house from Cinch Home Warranty. The one good thing was how quickly they scheduled an appointment and arrived. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing. Two guys showed up at my house for water on my bedroom floor. They never once looked at my meter to see if there was an active leak, used any equipment to detect a leak or do any investigating about why there may be a leak. They simply said it was probably a slab leak and that it would cost me lots of money to fix that (all while laughing) and that wasn’t something he could fix. He said I’ll take a picture and then it’s in the warranty company’s hand. Well, they told the warranty company it is a slab leak (without even knowing that) and now the warranty company won’t refund my deductible for a vendor who didn’t provide a service to me (“literally at my house no more than 10 minutes) and they won’t send anybody out for a second opinion. I have never been laughed at in my own home by any type of technician or had to deal with such an unprofessional people. We have since noticed a crack in our tub very near the water site and with us not using the tub the water has dried up so while I’m no plumber, I feel like I have a better idea of what may have caused the water leak with just a little investigation than someone who should be trained to look for the problem. So frustrated with this company and I’d advise others to look elsewhere for their plumbing needs.

This is a unscrupulous establishment and John the owner I believe is a crook. This company was assign by our home warranty company (CINCH) to repair our pool heater and a spa distribution valve, they had the opacity to falsely claim the work complete when it was put of for weeks on one pretext or the other. There one more issue with our Waterfall area leak at the wall where we were willing to utilize the services when they show-up to do the repairs. John demanded $125.00 before getting the warranty work done and almost 'blackmailed' us in sending the false report to the warranty company by falsifying the cause of the problem. Stay away from this company for any work. Their response from the owner is a complete lie, as we are in an gated community and no one ever showed up for any work.

I tried using them for a faucet replacement but they arrived with an attitude, after rescheduling multiple times within a week. Not once did they apologize and refused to schedule two days out. Nevertheless, upon arrival, the gentleman was incredibly rude, he told me screw you after I asked them to wear booties and a mask so that they don't walk in with dirty shoes. I have all of this recorded on video for documentation. My family members and kids heard such disgusting, uncivil, and unacceptable language. It is my home and I have family members that have weak immune systems and allergies and I need to protect them. Instead of respecting my home and accommodating my request, they drove off without fixing anything. I tried calling multiple times and they kept hanging up on me. Apparently, they don't need the work and can afford to treat their customers with such unacceptable behavior. Rest assured, I am well connected in the community and I will be reporting them to my home warranty company and BBB for their unprofessional, rude, and offensive behavior. Cheers.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!AAA started out just ok. I was referred to them through Cinch Home Services. They strung me along for a week waiting on a part. I found the part. Called AAA to inform them that I had found the part. I firmly but politly asked them to come today and they told me to go get the part and fix it myself becuase they were not coming.
The hung up the phone. I called back and they did not answer.
By the way the repair was for my tankless hot water heater. No hot water for a week is a MAJOR inconvenience.
