Best Clean Out The Drain in Arlington TX

WASNT IMPRESSED AT FIRST....Initial person from contact told me he would be back to do some of the work on a certain day. A crew showed up on a day they weren't expected and we were out of town. They came back on the day they were expected and a piece of equipment broke so they werent able to finsh the whole job. Was told they would be back on certain day and they did call me to tell me they would be late because of a crew shortage.I was not here the first time so I met Miguel yesterday when they came to finish the job. I asked about something that was not done the first time around and Miguel immediately got on the phone with the office and got that taken care of...they finished it as I expected. Both guys in that crew were super helpful and apologetic.The whole process was finished, but the disorganization up front was pretty bad. Im pleased with the overall job so I gave them 4 stars. I cant give them 5 because of the lack of communication within the company. To be honest, if the crew yesterday wasn't so willing to work with and for me I would have given 2 stars.

Dial One has always been courteous, professional, and a good value. It's nice to have a business I can trust when situations arise.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would, but 1 star is the lowest option. I called this company out to fix my washer. Day #1 the plumber got is equipment stuck in the drain and had to leave it over night. Day #2 he got his equipment unstuck, but did not fix the drainage issue. THEN he demanded I pay him for the service call. So 2 days of “working” on the drainage issue the washer was still not fixed and I was bullied into paying for service that was not completed.

I always call KMP for the church plumbing needs. They are friendly on the phone and are truly dedicated to getting our needs met. We really like knowing that we see the same techs year after year. That says a lot about the integrity and bones of a company. I always use KMP and I always will ! Great company, great prices and great technicians!! Pam Lewellyn

Jim and Martin came out and did an excellent job. Very knowledgable and fast. Very good company. Definitely would recommend them to do a good job and not try to gouge you on the price!

Gary Strange, my technician came in and asset the situation. He listened to what I was saying and continued on with his service. Gary also gave options of what should be done and then broke it down in priorities as what is most important. Great service overall.

We Love Williams Home Maintenance!!!! They do excellent work and are always on time...we have been using them for years. We had a rental property and used them for all repairs over there as well...in fact once there was a slight problem with one of the workers and the tenant and the owner (Jerry) not only fixed the problem but gave us a full refund!!!

Labor Day Save. Our sewer system backed up on a holiday weekend. Sunday night I left calls with several services. It was Ernie's that returned the call early on Monday. They arrived within 2 hours of the call. Greg quickly assessed the problem, explained it to me and gave me an estimate. Greg is wonderful. He explained it clearly, answered my questions and did the work promptly. I was charged a fair amount for the roto-rootering.It was such a relief and a surprise to get such service on a holiday. I won't call several services the next time I need a plumber. I will be calling just one: Ernie's.

I was very pleased with both plumbers (Jeremy and Andrew) that came to our house to hook up our kitchen sink plumbing and install a garbage disposer. They were very professional and efficient. They cleaned up the area before they left. They also provided us some very good tips and advice on maintenance and preventing problems. There is no question or doubt we would use J Rowe Plumbing again if needed and recommend them to others.

This was my first time calling Flat Rate Plumbing. Great service and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them for household plumbing problems.

I had AC troubles, that Martin determined was in the line from the outside condenser to the evaporator coil in the attic. So Martin and Brian replaced the line set and get everything working again today. I hope it stays working and I don't have to call them back. What I was impressed about was Martin & Brian's knowledge, professionalism and the good clean work they did; no loose ends, and no shortcuts. Highly recommended.

Kyle and partner analyzed and nullified a leak cause by poor material with rookie workmanship from previous team.
RCA has us if Kyle is our tech.
