Repair to my boiler was repaired pretty quick.
After the repair man left I noticed a drip coming from another area and called to see if person could return to fix the issue. I was informed someone would come but after a couple of days I called back and informed the man that no one had come or called back. He informed me that someone would be there in a couple of hours.
I was not happy about having to pay again for labor.

Used Merz for furnace inspection/cleaning for the first time. Very polite, professional technician and good price! We will be calling on Merz in the future for all of our furnace/ AC needs.

Had Mark come and fix my heat pump. He had it figured out and back working in no time. I've had Mark work on stuff before when he was with other companies he worked for. He knows his stuff and works very hard at finding and fixing the problem and has a solution in no time. A Hattersley & Sons should be very thankful and proud to have such a great worker and person on their team! Highly recommended Mark for anything you have an issue with.

Scott showed up right on time, and did the necessary work quickly and efficiently. I recommend these folks to anyone needing heating and air service.

Professional and friendly service. Explained potential issues that we may start to experience with our older A/C unit. Explained to me about their free estimates so we can plan for a new unit when the time times. Not pushy, but very informative and thorough.

J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

We called Sheets late one night due to an issue with our furnace pushing cold air instead of hot. Austin H arrived a short time later and diagnosed the issue. He was very friendly and professional, even at this late hour. He took the time to work on the issue, explain it thoroughly and not try to rush his way out.
A few months later, we had another issue with our furnace so we called Sheets again. Austin C arrived and fixed the problem a short time later. Again, he took the time to investigate, diagnose and repair the issue. He was friendly and professional answering all questions I had about the furnace and hot water heater. I began thinking about replacing them both.
Jeremy was sent out to quote the replacement of our furnace and air conditioner. He presented my wife and I with several options to think about. He took time to explain what all the options were and how they would operate in our home. The next day I called back to add the hot water heater. We weighed our options and scheduled installation.
Austin C, Gabe Mason and Tyler arrived just after 8:00 on installation day and I do not believe they stopped until they were finished into the evening. It was a large job and they completed it beautifully. After completion, they walked me through the new system and options. All three were very professional, friendly and a joy to have around.
We are extremely happy with the choice to go with Sheets Central-Air and see this as our guy for anything relating to heating, cooling and plumbing. Thank you Sheets for a wonderful relationship.

Evan Bennett was the technician who came out to assess our plumbing issues. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He had great suggestions and helped us figure out what the problem was.

I’ll never let them in my house again! Unresponsive and inexperienced at best! From the geothermal guys they don’t have, to the plumbing supervisor, David, all the way up to the GM, Rodney. Wondering if any of them are licensed at this point! The receptionists are really sweet though!I’d stay away! (Check their reviews on Facebook)

Cameron was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about handling our semi annual preventative maintenance service.He made phone calls to technical experts on several questions that he could not answer directly. He had another technician dispatched to my home to cover a problem that he was not sure he could solve. Prior to the additional technician arriving Cameron was able to manage the problem. I am very satisfied with the service that Korte provided through Cameron and the previous technicians that have serviced our geothermal system over the past 12 years.

I am a first timer so, so far so good. The service technician was great! Communication was good and even kept me posted on the status. His honesty was great. That is not always easy to find anymore, totally appreciated!

Have enjoyed reminder calls & notices from Billie for quite a few years now - Thanks for you dedication and service. Pretty sure 1st time aquaitence w/ Josh and the traditional excellent Korte svc and technical expertise present. Above and beyond was Josh's personal treatment and interest in us as a Customer. While I know it takes a minute or so away from the task at hand all Korte Techs have been a pleasure to talk to and work with.
