Everything working great now. Was not getting air from the unit. Required a new part (part still under warranty) and an add in part that regulates amount if electricity on start up of unit. Not sure why they aren't on there already on there at installation/manufacture. That part was not free nor installation of either part or trip charge. A little pricy considering the unit is 2 years old.
But satisfied with the service.
Very professional. They kept me posted about arrival via text, email and phone call.

Flow Tech is amazing!! On Christmas Eve we had a pipe totally disconnect from our kitchen sink. Since we have a service agreement with Flow Tech, within one hour, Cameron was at our door! He was super pleasant and fixed our issue promptly all while trying to help the MANY other customers calling in with issues!! Highly recommend Flow Tech and recommend getting a service agreement with them!!

We are long-time customers of Flow-Tech. Our furnace stopped working the morning of Christmas Eve during the -30 degree wind chill storm system. Two technicians came out that day and to get the heating system working. They were very professional and cleaned up any messes when finished. Flow-Tech installed a new air conditioning unit and tankless hot water heater for us. From the time we decided on which products we were getting to when they came into the shop was about four days, which was faster than I expected, especially these days. Flow-Tech came out to install the new products the next week after that on the date I scheduled. The were very punctual and did a very clean installation job for both products. I would definitely recommend Flow-Tech for anyone that needs this kind of work done.

It was a great experience, we had never used Flow-Tech until we sold, and bought a new home. Very friendly, accountable and gave you the feeling your repair was there top concern. Since Covid, seems like you receive excuses of why, and how long it will take to receive service, I have been in Customer Service for 45 years, and Flow-Tech gets it!!!!

I had a leak in garage & wasn’t exactly sure where it was coming from. Guy came out & the bill came over $7,000 for a few things. Nothing could be repaired ; all had to be replaced. I even took out a line of credit. I started thinking about it & decided to get a 2nd opinion. My water heater wasn’t the problem; leak was coming from water softener. Long story short, I got all my items repaired for less than $600. And Flo Tech was trying to charge me for restocking fee on water heater. I advised that would not be happening. They had senior technician come out who repaired one faucet & replaced the other. I had another company take care of the water softener leak. I wouldn’t use them again because they way overcharged me & hassled me about restocking fee.
Paul was very thorough, and knowledgeable. He stayed and doubled checked his work and found another leak and fixed that as well.
Very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done.

I saw there advertisement in the mail, I called them up & they were very nice to me, ordered a new furnace & installed all in 1 day, the service, Price and the work their technicians did was outstanding, professional.
