I had to have my ducts cleaned because another company that came out didn't put a new filter in after removing the old one and I didn't notice it before it was too late and my house was filled with massive amounts of dust!Jeff came out to my house to clean the ducts, he was very professional and explained everything to me. He was friendly and did a great job. I no longer have the terrible migraines that the dust buildup was causing! Thanks so much!

I called on the morning of July 19 and was able to set an appointment for later that afternoon... totally unexpected and awesome. The best part was the Technician 'Andy'. Andy was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He got right to the task and took car of my A/C problems within about 20 minutes or so. He got the cool air flowing again and even mentioned the free check-up that we'll have next month.As a new Summer's customer, I have to give this a FIVE STAR rating with Andy being one of the best parts of the experience. If I could recall the name of the nice young lady who made the appointment I'd mention her too as she also deserves a lot of credit.As Andy said: Right on Man!

Jeff Ormsby was here today for my annual inspection on my air conditioner. He was very polite, professional, and got everything done in a reasonable time. They always do a great job for me, and the price is reasonable.

It's always a pleasure calling and you guys always respond swiftly.

They installed the furnace and ac in timely manner. However one of the installers broke the hook off of my flashlight I let them use, they left pieces of wire on the floor and they kept going outside in the snow and walked on my carpet with wet shoes.

They were professional, gave information on product serviced. I had to change appointment due to power outage and they took care of me in a very professional way. great job office.

Shout out to Nate from Summers Plumbing. I pulled in a local Gas Station to fill up my car on Thursday morning, January 31, with the frigid cold temperature of -9 degrees, (who knows what it was wind chill….) He didn't event know me, but volunteered to pump the gas so I could stay in my car and keep warm. I think this is an illustration of the character of Summers Plumbing and Heating. Thank you, Nate!

Broken water heater. Came quickly, great service

Best experience I've had with a service. I called in the morning about my water heater and they were at the house within 20 minutes. I needed my water heater replaced and they were able to do it in 2 hours or a little less. I work from home and they were able to do everything without me having to leave my computer constantly. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Called them on Wednesday they came out same day. To look at my furnace I had a broken hot ignition switch technician fixed it farely quickly. I would definitely use their service for any future repairs.

For the assessment and tune up, Ryan Lehman was great. He helped a first time home owner understand the hvac on a basic level to better inform our decisions. He was honest and patient with all my questions as well as thorough with his work.

We have used Summers several times now and we keep coming back. Our last couple of experiences were with plumbing issues. We had someone come out and inspect and give us an estimate of the work. We were able to get right on the schedule for repairs. The plumber, Giles, was prompt and quickly fixed the issue, and definitely was experienced. Not only did he fix what he came for but he also noticed an additional drain leak. We scheduled another appointment for that fix and I’m glad we did. A pipe was rotting in our wall and leaking, he saved us so much headache by catching it before it was a disaster. I will definitely continue to go back for any HVAC and plumbing issues.

Diagnosed the tank and fixed it within 30 minutes!!David was awesome, explained very clearly to me what he was doing, what he was going to do and in such a time frame that I was amazed.I had peterman brothers here on Monday. Drake came in claiming my tank was too old for parts, and trying to sell me on a tank for around $2000-$2500??? So I was extremely happy for my results with Summers heating

I was very grateful to have Tyler out for our furnace yearly service. We recently had some construction done in our home that made a lot of dust. He took extra care to check the furnace and clean it out after hearing my concern.

Our drain pipe broke under our slab and flooded our kitchen. Summers was fantastic! They ran a new drain line and had everything running great. The technicians, Zach and Giles, were very professional and great to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

We chose Summers to do our annual furnce, AC and water heater maintenance. Ryan was very thorough and professional. He explained everything clearly. He found the AC capacitor was very out of spec due to age. Replacing it now saved a definite failure probanly at an in opportune time. Very happy with the service and Ryan.

Twice I have had a “2 hour window” appointment and twice they did not show! We paid for the club membership in the fall... lesson learned. Once they have your money, they don’t want to do the work.

Summers was subcontracted by our contractor to clear a clogged sewer line at one of our properties in Fort Wayne. At sometime between March 4 and March 8, the summer's technician got their snake plumbing tool stuck in the line and could not remove it. They continued to try to get it unstuck for a day or two and finally decided that it would need to be dug out of the ground. The whole time, the technician said it was their fault and the Summers would pay for it. Then at the last minute the owner of Summers decided he would still charge us for digging it out, saying that it was caused by improper products being flushed it the toilet. This is highly unlikely since these types of products are exactly the type of debris these snakes are designed to cut through and the current tenant had only been there for a month. However, we still reluctantly agreed to pay so that we could restore sewer service back to our tenant. So they came out and dug on or around March 8th. We were called by our contractor later that day to say their equipment could not get deep enough so they just abandoned the job in place, left their snake in the line and left the sewer line clogged and walked away. We are still trying to find a company that can do this work. I am very disappointed that Summer's ownership will not stand by their service and offer some help whether monetary or logistical in the interest of good relationships and future business. I will say this though: There employees have always been a pleasure to work with and they have done good work for us in the past. So for that reason I will give 3 stars but don't feel I would recommend them or even do business with them again. If this was my first experience with them, it would definitely be a one star.

Came out on short notice to look into a problem with my pipes, both of the guys were really good and explained the issue. Will definitely use this company in the future.

My AC unit outside was running good but not getting cold. They checked it out and fixed it real quick. Now it's nice and cool in the house. I'm calling them from now on if I have any more problems with my AC unit or Furnace.

We’ve had summers help us for a couple years for small routine check ups as well as pretty big projects. They have been amazing with each visit and have great customer service. Just one example of how great they’ve been to us…Our furnace went out at night in the middle of winter and they were out within 30 minutes and had us fixed in no time.

The plumber was prompt and friendly and very patient. Someone came to my home the same afternoon I called. I had a clogged drain (or two) and was babysitting two toddlers. The service was beyond what I expected and the price was so reasonable I almost feel guilty. I would call Summer Plumbing again in a heartbeat!

The technician came on time as agreed upon. Moved a desk to get easier access to my ductless unit, and put it back after he was done. He did a thorough cleaning of my unit and while he did add that I needed additional Freon, he did show me the meter readings before and after. I think the price I paid was reasonable for same day service and I will definitely use him for maintaining my other units.

Very professional

After the recent storm. Loss of power and AC, the company that used to handle our system put us on a list to be put on a list. Two days later we called Summers. Got here, fixed it and now they will be handling all of our HVAC, plumbing and heating matters.

Earl Bitz from Summers plumbing did a great job and exceeded my expectations. I needed a quote for my leaky sink and toilet fixed, but Earl seemed more than happy to check my entire house plumbing and crawl space and gave me suggestions on things that could be better. I probably asked 50 questions and he was patient and answered all of them honestly and gave me pricing information. He never tried to force a sale and was very friendly and polite. Two days after the quote he came in and fixed my sink and toilet. He thoroughly took apart my toilet and realized I didn't need a wax ring so that saved me money! Adam did an excellent job for us. Our AC wasn't working. When he came, he introduced himself, asked what was going on with the AC. After I explained the problem, he went to work and spent the time to solve the problem. Very friendly service and at a reasonable price.

My boyfriend called Summer’s because we have some pipes leaking and unattached beneath our kitchen sink. Our sink is currently unusable during this time. Summer’s told him they could come out that evening, or would call in the morning to schedule something for the following day. We said to do the following day, since I was busy teaching at our home that evening. The following morning, they call, but the woman on the phone told my boyfriend they couldn’t get someone out there until April 17th! That’s a whole week and a half with a virtually unusable kitchen! He said absolutely not, that’s not what they spoke about on the phone the night before. The woman on the phone says they can come out that evening, but it’ll be after hours so they’re going to charge us more. Ridiculous. We’re using Korte, because they can be there on Monday. This is not a wait 1-2 weeks situation for a fix, and if we were guaranteed something on the phone the night before, that should have been honored. Extremely unprofessional.

March 2019 Post --Dave and Jim saved my life! My kitchen sink was absolutely not draining at all….there was a huge grease clog stuck way down in a fitting.But Jim is an artist with a drain auger and was able to get over 35 feet into my kitchen piping. He was able to clear the clog and now my sink drains even faster than when my home was brand new!Dave and Jim even had a hydro jetter on standby in case the auger couldn’t clear it.Summers has never let me down! And their pricing is always very reasonable and fair.Thank you Summers for everything you do and for being experts at your jobs!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------January 2019 Post --A few weeks ago, I woke up to a failed and leaking water heater (it was 10+ years old). Miserable start to the day.But one quick call to Summers put me at ease!The very professional and courteous dispatcher put me in immediate touch with their on-duty plumber (Dallas), who walked me through getting things in a safe condition.In less than 30 minutes, Dallas was at my house. He had the old water heater disconnected, drained and out of the way in no time.An installation team was at my home with a new Bradford White unit by early afternoon.The entire Summers team is amazingly efficient and professional!They also do a great job of answering all questions, and take the time to explain how home heating, cooling & plumbing systems work.I’ve been a Summers customer since 2015 and its one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! These guys are great. While installing my tub, they discovered the water heater had leaked. Ruined the floor under the tub. Instead of just leaving me without a bathtub, they went and got plywood to fix it. Then I had to get a new water heater. They are very professional and know their jobs. My husband and I have been with Summers for over 3 years now. We bought a new furnace from them and the furnace we ordered was not in stock so they upgraded at no charge. We are on their service plan and glad to be. They are always frendly, curtious and professional when we deal with them. They do cost a little more on some things than other companies but I don't mind paying a little extra for great customer service and peace of mind.

We just moved into a new house and were having issues with keeping it cool despite everything seeming to work properly. Nathan and Austin did a great job of walking me through exactly what was wrong and what my options were to address it. Upon making our decision to replace the system (which was already past expected lifespan).Summers got a team out the following day to quickly get our new system installed. Despite the hot weather outside, Devin and Ethan got us set up and cooling right away.I will for sure be in touch with them again for any heating, cooling, or plumbing needs!

Service was same day had an extremely grease clogged main drain, which was cleared enough to use immediately. Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling returned next day to jet wash the drain and remove the grease stuck to the sides of the pipe. Our pipe to the kitchen sink was a mess. Clogged, and full of holes that we had no idea were there. Prompt, thorough and good service. Plus they even have financing which is amazing because we couldn’t have afforded it upfront but with 3 kiddos dishes pile up fast. Would definitely recommend them. Special thanks to Giles Desotell for finding all those holes nobody else saw. I’d hate to think the condition our house would be in if those kept leaking.

Same day service

They did it twice! Management is fantastic! They installed a new tub but for some reason they didn't install it right. I called, and management actually came, apologized, and re-did much of the work to remove and reinstall the tub correctly. It took longer than it should, but the manager is doing everything to make it right with the install. They really do stand behind their work.

It was a heating unit tune up. It was so informative and helpful. The servicemen were so friendly and wise. It was a lovely morning spent on good discussions on how to get the best most efficient units for my aging home.

We had Summers come out 2 times. The first time the Air-conditioner needed a little freon. It is 15 years old. They said it needs replaced. It worked just fine the rest of the season.The next visit they said the furnace was ancient , again 15 years old, and it needed replaced. It has a 20 year warranty. He took a picture of the weld seam and said it was leaking carbon monoxide at this crack. They were going to shut off the gas, in the winter until the new furnace arrived. I kicked them out of the house.Both men were very professional in appearance and mostly polite, but I will never have them back, although I paid for a year inspection package.I called another reputable company and they found no issues with the furnace (I didn't say a word). They measured carbon monoxide levels and found no leaks.. They were more professional and in my personal opinion, more honest.

I had them come out to give me an estimate to install a furnace humidifier. Josh was very polite and answered all my questions.

Horrible plumber, they patched a plumbing problem with some black tar or goup when the plumbing itself should have been repaired. To do a patch job, they charged 4 times what a real plumber did to fix it right with new plumbing! Never use this company!

Summers came out a few months ago and replace our heating system. They did an awesome job! Today Tyler came out for our system maintenance check up and was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and showed me things that could need replaced in the future. Hands down I will be requesting Tyler to come back again for our next maintenance check up.

Let me set the scene here. Friday night, 8PM. Just got home from work. Clogged sink with a sink full of dirty dishes. It happens with two kids and a wife who doesn't like to use our dishwasher. I work all weekend and I have to have a working kitchen sink. Call around and on my third call Summer's was by far the least expensive. Gentlemen by the name of Dallas calls me and gives me the prices, says he is about 20 minutes from being done with his current call and he will give me a call if I would still like to have him come out. Also gives me the prices if I choose to make a regular appointment for Monday. Dallas pulls up around 9:15PM and when I say he ran the 100 feet of so called Titan Pipe cleaner SEVEN times, I wouldn't be exaggerating. He was here until almost midnight running this thing and we couldn't figure out why it wasn't coming unclogged. With determination and resentment he finally broke the clog. 5 out of 5 would definitely recommend.

Unethical and predatory business, declined to respond to consumer protection through the Indiana Attorney General. Do not trust or recommend. case 22-CP-85954.1) My furnace stopped turning on when the thermostat indicated it should be. Technician came to troubleshoot the issue. Said there was a breaker that was tripping and that the transformer needed to be replaced. Transformer was quoted at $369 they sell for $41 on line but the technician couldn't tell me if installing a new transformer would work or not.I proceeded to explain the electrical in the house had been upgraded and the box replaced as well as an outlet upstairs that would spark he just shrugged. I got quotes for a new HVAC system but couldn't afford the cost on top of the water heater. Inspected myself, technician hadn't reattached the wires to the transformer, Called different HVAC company technician reattached wires and furnace started up.Days later the AC wouldn't turn on. Found tripped breaker in basement. Further trouble shooting indicated it was an electrical short. Together with the weird behavior in the upstairs outlet, discovered the need to seperate the outlet box from a piece of metal to get rid of the short and stop tripping the breaker that the furnace fan is attached to. A year later the furnace is still running fine.This lead me to investigate the water heater install they had done prior...2) (this was the first service but investigated after furnace incident) My hot water heater went out. I scheduled an appointment with summer's. The plumber came out and said the hot water heater temperature switch had been removed and that someone has wired a short around it. I went upstaors to work and he proceed to inspect. Came back upstairs showed me pictures in his text messages that the tank was rusting out on the bottom and that this makes sense with the switch removed and it overheating all the time. Not having time time during my work day to investigate I made a decision to go thankless and get it scheduled for tomorrow. Upon research the tanks are only 1900.00 dollars and in hind sight I can't say if those pictures were of my water heater or if someone had sent then to him via text to show me. They weren't on his phone but in text messages. Charged $5.900.00 for the water heater.Summers knowing lied to me in an attempt over charge me for parts and appliances to make a quick sale.

Our furnace died this week and with the cold weather coming in we were concerned. I wanted to make sure we worked with someone reliable and that could be here quickly. Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling came out the next day and had a new furnace installed. Their prompt service even during COVID will keep us coming back from now on.

We paid $400 to get our plumbing issue fixed. Two weeks later it’s completely the same as before and the second technician says we need all new plumbing estimated at 11k so basically we just threw $400 down the drain because the first technician didn’t even pay attention to what was wrong.

Update: Got a reply from the owner to call the office and they were unwilling to make it right. So I will continue to discourage summers from my customers and friends. As well as all social media platforms.So had an issue with my furnace so got the maintenance plan($150) and had someone come out($59) and basically told me I needed a new furnace for $13k. So I got a second opinion the guy was like this port is blocked and he cleared that and it works now. Summers refunded me for their $59 tech but not the $154 tech that came out and did their job for them. Unless you want to buy a furnace it's not worth calling. They should have made they repair of the second guy right. Oh well I will post this on every site I can find and I work at a hardware store so I will tell people

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling arrived on time and quickly disconnected my old dishwasher before installing the new faucet and bathroom shower head I bought. Sadly, the new dishwasher hadn't arrived by the time they were done their other two tasks (they were just *that efficient*), but they were able to step away to another job. The dishwasher was delivered in their absence, and they returned within two hours to finish install it. They we're courteous, polite and adept. They were neat and tidy, and left my condo kitchen spotless. They were a pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling highly enough. While their services did not come cheaply, I for one am very happy with the price I paid for their excellent service.

We called Summer because we had an issue with our AC freezing up. I called first thing in the morning and their technician was at our home an hour and 15 minutes later. He explained the diagnostics to us, laid out the cost of the repair and maintenance, and fixed it up in about an hour. The only slight irritant was the upsaling of their 1 year maintenance plan for $150, which may be a good deal, we just didn't want that option. Overall, good experience. We would call them for repairs and maintenance again.

Y'all this is the week of the winter storm here. It's been cold and stressful with the impact of blackouts in sub-zero temps. Then a burst water pipe forced us to turn off water to the house. He was honest in setting my expectations, it'll take a while to get to me and there maybe supply shortages. He put humanity into this very trying time. Our pipes were frozen and we wanted an inspection to ensure we did not develop any leaks and to check on preventing it again. Great experience with Austin. Very helpful.

After dealing with a leak in our ceiling in our kitchen over the weekend, i was referred to Summers. The first day they came... Dallas showed up and looked at the situation and decided he needed to go get supplies. Left and came back with a Lowe's bag and starting on our leaky pipe. As soon as the 5 hour window to turn our water back on... It was leaking again...mind you we paid $145 for this. Upon calling back the next day... They schedule another appointment for 2 days out.... 2 MORE DAYS!!! Jim came this time and told us we needed to do some work to get to the pipe that needs fixed...meaning we had to hire another person to cut the ceiling open and chisel out concrete that was around our old lead pipes... (And it would be $50 more to fix) Then call back. We had a contracter here on Sunday, mind you we are now $335 into this leak... called summers on monday morning and they schedule an appnt for Wednesday. So 2 more days! Wednesday came and no call no show between the hours of arrival time window. After a few phone calls and a few choice words... They offered an $56 refund... I will never use or recommend Summers to anyone. The leak ended up getting fixed...by my husband with an $8 product and a vacation day. Summers sucks...

The guys that we dealt with (Dallas, Dave, and Caleb) as well as the office staff ( Miranda), were always pleasant and professional! Each time they came out, they were quick and did quality work. We have had them complete a few large jobs and several smaller ones and all was done with our complete satisfaction! We won't hesitate to continue to call on them!

Nathan from summers heating and air conditioning was out at the house today to service our furnace on 9-18-23. Nathan was on time and was very informative as he was servicing our furnace checking everything out telling us the numbers of the test he was performing.I hope to see him again the next time we have a check up done.

I realized our AC wasn’t working at 4:15 on Tuesday (they close at 4:30), I called and they said they were able to get someone out first thing in the morning. When Tyler arrived, he was able to quickly diagnose our issue and get it taken care of before the house started heating up much. Today is forecast to be in the 90’s, and I don’t handle the heat well. I have never had an issue with having to wait for service, but this was exceptionally quick and sooo appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Summer’s!

Service man came out and tried to sell us a unit. When we refused to schedule an appointment he turned off my air so I had no air over the weekend. O contacted another company and he reported that someone had turned the until off and there was nothing wrong with me air conditioning unit.. This is a poor representation on a company. First, let me say I live inMoreno Valley, California. My father passed away in December and my sister and I do not know anything about living in Ft. Wayne anymore and so when we left our father’s house, we had not idea that the well that he has for his lot (next to the house) allowed the garage/almost man cave to have water. So what happened, the propane was disconnected and the water pump (which of course was in the garage) no longer kept the water pump warm enough and the pump busted. Water was going three yards away and everywhere all day Monday. Tried to get someone to turn it off and no bueno. Looked up Summers on the good ole google machine and a couple of hours later Dallas came to our rescue. He was able to Thurman the electricity off so it would stop pumping water and he has given my sister and I some great advice and leads for the restoration and electrical repair. I am grateful and I want everyone to know that Dallas went above and beyond. I’m not even there and he took great care of us and it was not super expensive.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. During a routine AC service check, Kent found our unit to be having some issues. He took extra time to make sure there wasn't something he could do to fix the problem. Within a couple of days, he and another technician returned to my house to look at the issue together. Upon determining that our unit did indeed need replacement, Mike S. had us scheduled the following week for a new unit. He helped us greatly in finding the right unit for our house and took time to explain everything. Zach and Mike were our installers, and they were terrific. Friendly, professional, and trustworthy. Zach made sure we were comfortable with the settings of the unit, specifically in a room that historically gets very warm even with the AC running.I'm thrilled to say that particular room has been comfortable on warm days since the installation. The phone customer service was excellent too. I believe I spoke with Brittany, and she kept me informed on my appointments as well as arrival times. Having the ten minute heads up was so nice. Guy shows up. Was supposed to call 20 min ahead of time and didn't. Then asked where outside clean out was..when I told him that we didn't have one. He blurted out in angry tone well you should told them that when called you just wasted my time hurrying over here for nothing. I told him that when I called I informed phone person that Gene's had came out and said would have to go through roof air vent. She told me he would access it when he came. He said they don't do that and left.No worries I will get it figured out. But I am single father with two autistic boys so it's not easy and nothing ever is..but thought could have been a little nicer and not have the KEN attitude.

Their technician, Shelby Bennett, just left our home after doing an air conditioning service. He did a great job. Made another appointment for August to do the plumbing. Summers has been servicing our heating and air conditioning for several years. Very pleased.

We have nothing but good things to say about summers. We have used them for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. They are very dependable. They take an extensive amount of time to explain what they did after the fact. Every person that has come into our home has been very respectful. At one point, we couldn’t get our air to work. They came out, realized it was just a switch that need to be flipped and ended up not charging us for it. We definitely recommend this company as we will continue to use as well-a stand out heating and air company for sure!

$440 to thaw my shower and the cold tap in my kitchen! Only $89 of this was service call, so I paid them $351 for an hour and a half of work. Completely insane!!! Don't call these guys.

I’m amazed at the rapid AC response (45 minutes) on a late Thursday afternoon in mid-July! Our 12-year-old AC stopped cooling suddenly.Jesse diagnosed the unusual problem (not a refrigerant leak), went to a nearby SWAC home-supply giant, obtained electrical parts, returned, fixed, tested and was gone all within 2.5 hours.

Nate the tech was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful! He definitely went above and beyond. My only issue is that when I booked the appointment it was for a free estimate, which turned out it was not. But Nate made it worth the money by going over not just the component I called about, but other involved components of the system as well, and gave me the best estimate he could instead of trying to upsell to the maximum. Very pleasant process to schedule an appointment, got a call when they were on their way, and did a great job getting my damaged pipes fixed after they froze in the terrible cold. Nice people, and left the repaired pipes better than they were before!

Called Summers 2 weeks ago for an updated quote on a new heat pump, (our old boiler was probably 40% efficient). Josh A came out, took a look, and put together a good quote for us, we scheduled the work for last Wednesday. The guys showed up at 8A, and got right to work. The house is old, and that presented some challenges, but the guys kept us in the loop, and did what needed to be done to get us heat. (I told them to cut away some drywall that I would repair later). I felt so bad for the team, it seemed like one road block after another, but they got it done by Friday night. Sacrificing their home lives, and time with their families. I am very appreciative of Summers, and the great work they did.

I’m refinishing my kitchen and needed a gas line moved. It’s a relatively small job but one that needed a plumber. At first, I called the company that does it all and rhymes with Shmorty. No joke, they quoted me over $1,000. Clearly, the they didn't want my business. I called a few more places and was getting quite disheartened as all these plumbers wanted a $75 service fee to just come out and look at the work. My google algorithm finally suggested Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling. So, I gave them a ring expecting the same run around. Not only did they come out to look at the work for free, they charged me a much lower more reasonable price, and completed the work a day later. Their service didn’t stop there. Following that appointment maybe a month later, I had some trouble fitting the oven to the new gas line and they had me swing by where they gave me the part I couldn’t find at a hardware store…for free. They simply just wanted to help. Days later when I was pushing the oven against the wall I was having trouble getting it flush so I called them just asking for advice but instead they had someone come out and help get the oven flush against the wall without charging a dime. Frankly, they went out of their way for a customer that had a simple, cheap, easy job. Think about what they would do for a customer that had larger work for them. The ladies they have working the phone are kind and helpful, their plumbers are equally helpful and go out of their way, and I find their pricing reasonable and accommodating. I think it speaks volumes that this company went out of their way for a customer that had a small, simple job. I wish Summers did more than Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling because I want to give them more of my business based on how helpful, reasonable, easy to work with, and accommodating this company was for a $200 job. Give them a chance, I bet they will work over time to make sure you are satisfied with their work.

The tech Nate found the problem pretty quickly and fixed it. He was a very personable and friendly personality. Fortunately, his work didn't break the bank and I could pay. He quoted me prices for a complete replacement AC and Furnace. It sounded expensive to me, but everything is expensive nowadays because of runaway inflation and government EPA regulations for AC. So hopefully I can squeeze some more usage out of my system for a while.

We had a new AC system installed by Summers two years ago and have not been any too pleased with their work. The installers and service folks are friendly, but unfortunately that's where the good ends. When we had the system installed, the installer left a drainage plug out of the condensation catch tray which subsequently caused water to leak from the unit and run into my finished basement. They also left copper tubing hanging from the unit down three feet into my basement. I had to fix both of these issues, which weren't difficult to fix, but should have never happened in the first place. Skipping forward to this year, we had our first scheduled system servicing. The service man was friendly but seemed like he was more interested in using his phone than in servicing my AC unit. After he left I noticed that the outdoor unit was still full of leaves and debris (I live in a woods). So, I had to clean that stuff out of it. We ran it for the first time this year and guess what, my basement flooded again! The water drainage tube did not get checked and was clogged. So, I had to clean that out myself as well. What is the point of a service call if I still have to service it myself afterwards?? They seem like nice people, but unfortunately we have just had too many issues.

Austin has been here a couple of times, and he is AMAZING!! He is friendly, punctual, polite and knowledgeable. We have officially been converted to Summers for our business. All thanks to Austin.

Had a water heater problem and found it needed to be replaced. We scheduled a replacement and had an issue getting to water shut offs because of a logistical error on our property management company. So we had to reschedule. The guys who showed up all three days were absolutely professional and treated us and our tenants with respect and patience. They replaced the water heater on a Friday and Saturday morning our tenant told us there still wasn't hot water. I knew it wasn't an emergency but a tenant without hot water for four days is important to us. The guy on call came out and found it to be a blown breaker. I was certain I had checked those the first time our tenant told us so he never charged us for the trip.(chalked it up to shorting something out during the install). I own two businesses and I do my best to try to treat people the way this entire team treated us.The two women and the one guy that look my call on a Saturday who answered the phones were responsive and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to the entire summers team. 10/10 would use again and recommend!

I found out about this company through a coupon advertisement and thought, hey, why not? I worked with Dallas who provided me a quick (and free) reasonable quote to replace my leaky shower drain. He then called in the supplies needed for the job and left. About an hour later, Dave arrived to replace the drain. He worked for about 30 minutes and was careful to wear booties and clean up the mess. Both guys were really friendly and even nice to my two dogs! 5 stars- will most definitely use them again for my plumbing needs. Found out they also run gas line so when we save up to put in our gas fireplace, I will be giving Summers a call!

Each Summer's worker that I've had has gone above and beyond and I am so thankful that I can trust a company like this one.

It took two days to do a half hour job. The first day the plumber felt incapable of doing the job in a timely manner but he showed up on time. The next day a plumber showed up at the very last second of the two hour window and was here 30 minutes. So nearly $500 for an hours time. $250 per plumber. I still think it may be cheaper than other companies. I just wonder how much a plumber costs who has his own business.

We've used Summers for our annual HVAC maintenance through their service plan. In March, we were dismayed to learn that our A/C unit needed replaced. Nathan Rogers with Summers helped us with the purchase of new. Most recently, as part of our service membership, we had our water heater and plumbing system inspected and drains cleaned. Joshua Wickey provided that service. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgable and communicated well.[I'm adding a later addition and concern: I just spoke with my brother in law and learned that my niece had Summers come out for A/C cleaning and inspection. Niece said the tech changed some wiring, but then was told they needed a new furnace and A/C condenser for $11,000. Bro-in-law is an electrician and came to look. He said he re-wired the A/C to the way it was before and all worked fine. They think that they were lied to now. Please tell me--and them!--that this isn't so! We all put our trust in HVAC service we can trust. And that trust includes having technicians that don't purposely create a problem so customers end up paying for an unneeded repair or product.]

Called after 4pm on a Friday. They dispatched someone right away. By 6pm it was determined that they couldn't clear my sewer line but there was no charge since they couldn't get it.

I'm sure they are a good company but you cannot get ahold of anyone. The voice mail system does not work. You can never get anywhere to leave a message which is frustrating. I was trying to confirm an appointment but couldn't.

Not impressed. They fixed my clogged drain. Two weeks later I had to have another company come out and they found all kinds of tree roots in the main that they missed. I paid them nearly $500 only to have to pay someone else to really fix it.

Zack and Brandon installed our new heating system. they did an amazing job and I would definitely have them again if I need any other jobs done. I did call them back out because of an issue caused by our previous roofers did. They explained everything very well. During the entire exchange, they were polite and professional.

Summer Plumbing has always been great for us since we started to use their services last year! We had a AC Maintenance scheduled where our AC was looked at and cleaned. Since we just brought our house, it was good to know where our unit was and what was working or wasn't working. The technicians are always professional and respectable and they answer all my questions (which I may have a lot).

I contacted the company to service my AC which they did. When they were here we agreed to do duct cleaning. They came out but did not have the equipment to do the service and never called to reschedule as they said they would. I called and asked for my refund and they wont put it back on my card, they will mail a check within 2 weeks. Do NOT recommend

Because our home is 15 years old, we have a maintenance plan with Summers. They come to our home several times/year to check on our heating, air, and plumbing to make sure everything is still functioning as it should. I have never felt pressured into purchasing anything from them. I feel they are hard workiing and honest young men. Don't hesitate to call on them!

My tech from Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling came out to look at our water hammer issue. He arrived during the specified window and took the time to explain what was going on. After diagnosing the problem and deciding on the next step, He made the repair in the same trip. When I initially called I was able to easily schedule it out two days, so I could work around my schedule. He was really great at explaining what was going on and answered a few other minor plumbing questions, too. As somewhat recent home owners, this added a huge amount of value to the service as well. Highly recommend!!!

I recently had a gas line installed by Summers in a house I just purchased. The day after the work was done I went to the house and the garage and house was filled with the smell of gas. I panicked and instead of calling the gas company called Summers. It took 45 minutes for someone to return my call. He said he was busy but would swing by the house and turn the gas off. I said I would call the gas company and he said if you do that they will put a pin in the meter and you won't have gas until they come back and remove the pin. He said I would be without heat and the pipes might freeze. I think he was afraid of what the gas company would say. Again I should have called the gas company but I waited for him to come shut off the gas for me. He never came but 45 minutes later another man called and said he would be out as soon as he got dressed and could get there. It was 2 hours after I arrived at the house that someone got there and fixed the problem. Apparently the man that installed the gas line did not tighten one connection and gas leaked for 24 hours. I assumed the owner of the company would call and apologize to me but after a week I have not heard from anyone with this company. I have called several times and left messages but no returns the call. I still think I deserve an apology and a refund to cover the cost of the gas that leaked and my inconvenience and panic over the leak. I am sorry I did not call the gas company because this could have turned out very badly. And I wonder if the gas company would have filed a complaint against Summers. I am reporting this to the BBB too since no one at this company seems to care. I would never use them again. I would have given them a minus grade if I could.

Came out in Father’s Day to fix a DYI project I messed up. Did so with a very professional attitude

We had a sewer backup and flooding in our house. Called Dallas, he responded within an hour, showed up, and fixed everything for us that day. He did a great job and got us out of a jam.

Amazing doesn’t even suffice our experience. Had called at least 4 other companies on an emergency situation and all either not calling back or couldn’t do anything till the next two days. Summers service man, Dallas, called back immediately and came to fix our issue. Not only was it a holiday weekend but he was also the only one on call & was with his family as well. He took time out of his own holiday celebration to help us. Once he arrived he was very professional and went straight to work. After mayb an hour of work he fixed the issue, cleaned up his mess along with what was already there. By far this company and their employees take pride in their work and go the extra mile for their customers. I can honestly say we will NOT be using anyone else other than Summers and will refer them to anyone who asks. Thank you Dallas for all of your hard work!!!

Serviceman Jim Hall came out to give me an estimate to have an outside water faucet replaced which froze last fall and caused leaking inside the wall and into my laundry room. The estimate was very reasonable, and he was able to do the repairs right then. He was very professional, explained the repairs, and left the work area clean. I highly recommend them, and will call them for future needed repairs.

Nate provided a furnace tune up and made several good suggestions for the future longevity of the furnace, as well as ways to save money on future visits as the unit comes off warranty.Highly recommend both Summers and Nate!

I woke up to a chilly 63 degree home today. I called Summers and spoke with Miranda who was very professional and helpful. She scheduled an appointment today and they called me 30 minutes before so that I could stay at work as long as possible. The technician, Mr. Schenk and his trainee arrived on time and were efficient, personable, knowledgeable. The sensor was dirty and so he only charged me for a service call. My home is warm and I am happy!!

I'm educated on something new everytime they come out. This time Dallas Hawkins serviced our clogged drains and even cleaned underneath our sinks and the mess from an overflowing sink. I was very impressed !!

Furnace is out only heating portion of house. Chad came out Friday couldn't figure out what the problem was had to FaceTime manager. They decided it was a bad valve and a leak. I told them never seen signs of a leak. They said had to order valve because of holidays wouldn't be in till Tuesday. Ok fine. Tuesday they send s plumber out to fix my leak. I told him I don't have a leak. He didn't know anything about the valve. FaceTime manager AGAIN! Plumber nice guy doesn't know anything about boilers! Manager of course can't come out till Wednesday set appointment for 10 am. No call no show on Wednesday at 10am. I call them at noon the lady says maybe in a couple hours the manager will be out to see me. Really? Posted this while waiting those couple hours. Needed something to do. Third time's a charm Manager finally made it out. Nice guy. Hopefully we get it fixed. Turned a valve valve stopped working he's not making be pay for valve. So far so good. Waiting on someone else. Last update they couldn't fix it... Calling someone older. They might be good with New stuff but I guess mines to old

Nathan Rogers came out and said we need a new system that will cost 10,000. He told her that it was completely dead unrepairable. I am no hvac guy but it took ten minutes to find the problem and 8 dollars on amazon to fix it. This guy is a crook who is trying to advantage of unsuspecting women.

Good experience!!!! I was contacted within minutes of contacting Google, and one plumber from Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling was at our gym shortly thereafter. He is extremely knowledgeable and really took control of our problem, all while saving us a tremendous amount of money on a commercial electric water heater. The work he does is impeccable, and our problem was solved within a day. I highly recommend Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling!!!

Purchased $9k boiler from them in January 2021. Already needed repairs just 10 months later in November 2021! Called and they couldn’t get to us for 4 DAYS! Had to call someone else as temperatures were too cold for my family to get by for that long. Other company came within an hour and agreed it was ridiculous they wouldn’t come to us sooner. Really disappointed Considering we chose them for such an expensive job. Will not be repeat customers. Don’t hire if you need a boiler system, they seem to not have staff to service them.

Tyler came out and within 10 mins told me what the problem was. Luckily is was just a thermostat that went bad and we could repair it on our own. And he told me to watch another potentially problem down the road. He did not push me into repairs we didn't need and he explained everything to me in plain English and made sure I understood. I will choose Summers again if we have any other problems.

I called Summers for a blocked drain and was amazed that they arrived within 1 1/2 hours. Dave was friendly, professional, and took care of my problem. 2 days later Nate arrived right on time for a furnace tune up and was very knowledgeable and thorough. Reasonable prices and great service!

Our kitchen sink drain backed up on Sunday. We called four plumbing companies that offered 24/7 service. Two didn't call us back. Two did call us back but told us that our problem was not an emergency and therefore we would have to wait until Monday to make an appointment. When Monday came, we chose not to call any of those companies and found Summers PHC with another google search. We really wish we would've came across their number on Sunday especially when Dallas said Summers would've come out on Sunday. Dallas Hawkins was superb! From the time he stepped inside our home and insisted he wear booties to protect our floors to the time he left. He worked from the time he arrived until he was done. He cleaned up his mess, literally no mess was left from his work. He was knowledgeable, honest, and hard-working. And he fixed the drain! I highly recommend Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling! We will be calling them for all our PHC needs in the future.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He went over the estimate in detail and made sure I understood everything that would be done. He made sure that I was scheduled in a timely fashion for the work that was needed.

Sump pump check valve was faulty. Technician replaced it quickly & efficiently. Works fine again. Also, they'll return on Monday to remove our old plugged up/cracked sump pump corregated drain pipe in the back yard and replace it with new PVC pipe to the storm sewer.

Nathan was here today to do my furniture tune up. We were very pleased with the services performed. We would recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Woke up to a backed up sewer line on a Saturday. Summers was responsive and called me back immediately. The serviceman followed up with a another call letting me know when they would arrive. Once he arrived he went over all the charges and proceeded to repair the issue. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the cost of having them do the job. It was higher then I expected. But it was the weekend and I was at the mercy of getting the sewer unclogged ASAP.

I have a dryer vent that is on the roof which is a real pain. Summers did a super job cleaning it and making it safe. They are on time, professional and do excellent quality work. I also have also purchased furnace and a water heater in the past at another home I had. Always great service..I highly recommend them. !
