The price was much higher than estimated by the office. Worse than that they did NOT even do all the work that I told their office I needed to have done! So they added 25% more to my cost, and only did a little over 60% of the work I told then I needed to have done! The other 40% of the work I needed to have done... THEY don't even offer that service through their company!!! Personally I see this as very unprofessional business practices, bordering on fraudulent business practices!!! DON'T USE THEM!!!

My A/C was out the hottest week of the year. I called everyone in town and they were all on waiting lists on getting someone out to diagnose my problem. I called T&T and they said that they would find a way to squeeze me in their busy schedule. 3 hours later, I got a call and said they had someone available. He was at the house in 20 minutes, diagnosed in about 10 and out of the house in about 45 minutes. Great service and pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend them for your HVAC issues.

Charged me $150 because they said they couldn't come in until after hours. They arrived at 3pm. Then said it would cost $4000 to fix, and they should install a new unit. Next day, they quoted me $6-10 grand for a new unit. Called another company and got it fixed for under $1,000

They were awesome and reasonably priced. Clogged toilet in a 1 bathroom cabin in Shipshewana, outside their service area. Spoke to Christine who was awesome also. She took her time with me setting up an appointment, even though I'm outside their area, she got it approved for the same day. Their tech called me and told me he will be here in an hour, and he was!! Took care of the problem I battled for hours in just a few minutes. I would definitely use them again. I think every business should have someone like Christine answering their phones, after all, that's where the experience starts. 5 stars!!!!
They came and did what they promised to do, when they said they were going to do it. I will call them again, without hesitation.
T&T did a great job repairing my geothermal furnace when another highly advertising company said it was not repairable. Save time and make T&T you go-to for heating plumbing and electrical needs!

Tech came to diagnose and possibly fix a water heater that the pilot wouldn’t stay lite. Upon arrival tech said it was about a 20 year old system and he had no parts. Tech looked at the heater and “attempted to clean” the sensor area that keeps the thing working. After 20 minutes he determined the best solution was to purchase a new unit. After I declined and asked was he sure he cleaned it properly he then said he could order new parts for roughly $550 and schedule another appointment to have them installed. Tech also quoted me some installation prices and suggested some new units we could purchase. I paid $307 which $129 of that was considered an emergency. I received a call back from another person I had left a message with and he was confident he’d get the unit working. He came and within an hour and a half he diagnosed, serviced and ordered the replacement part. I paid $130 and for the ordered party and I have a working water heater. This tech out zero effort into his work and it’s sad that I had to pay this much nothing!
The tech was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable in the field. They got me going again the same day. I will be using again.
We recently had a new heating and a/c system installed. There was some damage to the exterior of the a/c unit in shipping and they sent Max out to replace the damaged component. He was excellent and we were VERY pleased with the results. While replacing the known damage, he noticed something else was awry and ended up replacing the whole unit, potentially saving us additional trouble down the road. I would have never noticed the additional damage and likely wouldn’t have known about it unless it caused a much bigger problem later (which was likely). Max’s diligence and attention to detail is greatly appreciated! T & T is committed to seeing the job done right.

Had a great experience with T&T! Max and Scott were the technicians who came out, and they were very friendly and efficient. My new furnace was installed in just a few hours and has so far worked perfectly.
I called to get my furnace cleaned out, had a guy come out that Monday! He called me prior to his arrival (which I highly appreciate) and he was on time. He was super nice & did a good job, he even replaced my flame sensor while he was out here. I will definitely be recommend this place!!!

They changed out our automatic Sloan sensors for handles. We had nonstop issues with the Sloan sensors going out. Toilets were up and running in less than 1 hour. Fast and reliable.

Excellent technician and very reliable company . This is the second heating company I have used for the same issue, and this place did not up charge me and run my bill up . He actually diagnosed what he thinks the problem is . I will be using this company for ALL future heating and cooling needs . Out of 10+ companies i called, this is the ONLY company who would respond to a genuine emergency. My shower pipes exploded and were spraying for HOURS, then i called and they sent someone immediately. He fixed the issue within a few minutes.
Had them come out to check on leak for toilet. They said it was wax ring (which I just changed). Leak continued after and I called them to come check it out again. Same issue and again they said wax ring. I now have water stains in the ceiling below toilet and am currently hiring another company to actually look at the issue and now I have to hire a contractor to repair my ceiling.
Update: My entire sub floor and ceiling below needs replaced due to a problem I hired them to fix multiple times and they brushed off as a wax ring. Terrible service.
Had an issue with AC from a different home project they showed up on weekend diagnosed everything properly worked with contractor to take care of everything. ordered a replacement part arrived with replacement part at scheduled time and repaired everything. In a time where meeting expectations is not the norm they did exactly what they said they would do when they said they were going to do it.

They're figuring the part should be in for the furnace and they'll be out Wednesday afternoon to fix it. About a 4 hour or so project with us having gas hot water heat. They've always been prompt, courteous and they know what they're doing! I know several people in the area that uses only them if the repair/installation can be done by them. Good people that do a good job and are polite and reasonable in cost. Senior citizen discount also! Highly recommended!

I called at about 9 a.m. and I received a call ahead from Scott at about 2:30 the same day and he was very friendly and helped answer any question that I had. I would call them again with any issues.

I had maintenance performed on an older central air unit. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to schedule an appointment, and they were able to send someone out the next day. The technician called to let me know he was on his way, and was on time. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and informative. He figured out why the AC wasn't working properly in a matter of minutes, and had all the parts needed on hand. The unit was repaired/cleaned that same day. I highly recommend this company!!! I'll be using their services for any HVAC and/or plumbing issues in the near future!!

T and T was recommended to us by a friend when we were having an issue with a furnace in one of our residences. They came the same day we called them and advised us that we needed a new furnace. They were there the next day and installed a new furnace at a total cost which was much lower than their closest competitor. This week we had an issue with another furnace on one of our other properties. I thought we might have to get another new one, but after they diagnosed the problem they were able to fix it. They could have just as easily told us we needed a new one, so I really appreciate their honesty as the repair was a fraction of he cost of a new one. We are a men's halfway house in Fort Wayne, so we operate on a shoestring budget. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Called them to do an inspection on my geothermal. $80 fee to come out then another $60 for five minutes of troubleshooting only to try to charge $400 to install a capacitor that I ordered for $12 on Amazon. Not impressed.

Good customer service, on time, fair pricing, got an appointment quickly and they even checked my system and found the part I needed was covered under a warranty I didn't even know I had. I will be using them in the future.
Came out on June 7th to look at water softener and they took a water sample. I never heard back so I called on June 22nd and was told it would take up to two weeks to get results (it was already past two weeks, but ok) and they would be calling me shortly. It is now July 14th with no follow up by T&T so I have moved on. They will never be contacted by me again.

I am blown away! We noticed we were having a problem with our sewage pump that needed immediate attention, and called T&T. Along with an amazing person who answered their phone and scheduled us, our technician was wonderful! Got to us very fast, and fixed our problem instantly. Overall, the best experience we have ever had. We know how we are calling from now on! Highly recommend them to anyone.
I called at 7:30 on Sunday morning and talked to a person! Within 10 minutes a technician called and was scheduled to be at our house a little later in the morning.

Our Geothermal system went down two days ago and we called another company to service the system. After the first service person showed up to repair it, he was not prepared and was unable to fix it. Without having air conditioning for a couple of days we called T & T Plumbing after hours and was very pleased with their service tech Joel who fixed our problem within minutes. T & T Plumbing will be the only company we will in the future.

This is the second time that I dealt with Joe for an unclogging of a drain, loved how down to earth he was and how he explained what was going on. I have used TNT before and highly recommend them to anyone.

Gentleman was helpful, professional and kind. He fixed our problem quickly and also showed me how I could care for my condenser. I wish the price was less. I wasn’t expecting to pay so much. He was here under 30 minutes and it cost me $270. The part cost under $20.
I was very impressed with the experience, professionalism and the friendliness of the tech. He had our problem diagnosed and fixed promptly. He also took the time to explain to me how to reset the control myself if it happens again. I will definitely use their company again in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Kevin came out to fix a leak in what we though was the sump pump. He quickly corrected us and advised us to replace the check valve on our sewer line. He had the part on his truck and very quickly had it replaced with a much quieter valve that has stopped the small leak. Kevin went above and beyond. He was nothing but professional, courteous, and extremely friendly. He was very kind to all the pets in the house and even let us know about a few other issues in the utility room. Outstanding service Kevin!

Needed a replacement part. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me get the information needed to get the right part. they didn't have the part in stock for my brand but they were able to get it in the store in just a couple of hours. excellent service and reasonable and accurate pricing upfront. Joey had helped us with trying to get AC in our new home, we quickly figured out we had to replace the whole furnace to make that happen, while we had to push it off for a bit Joey was nothing but helpful! He would call to check in but not in a way that was rude or annoying and he had our best interest in mind! When we decide to move forward T&T will 100% be the company we go with!
I had several issues. I called into the office twice to ask question and was told the plumber would give me a call back. I never received a call from anyone which in return I did not purchase the correct items I needed to. They also rescheduled my appointment without asking or calling to let me know. My appointment was rescheduled 4 times. I finally told them to just cancel my appointment that I would not do further business with them. I certainly wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

They double charged me twice for the same service ($512 X 2). The technician took a check from me, and also charged my credit card although I never authorized them to do so. It's been almost impossible to get my money back. Terrible and pathetic accounts department.

I hired 3 plumbers to fix a leak. First on charged almost $100, and slapped silicone around the faucet... Which was not the issue, and fixed Nothing!
2nd one cut a hole in the water damaged ceiling and said no leak and charged almost $80... So I took a video of the leak and called him about a week later. He said must be a crack in tub and gave me a quote for about $4k... and said he would be cutting drywall- and wouldn't repair that. So repair to drywall around the tub and downstairs ceiling would be more $$$. I told him I thought it was the overflow drain leaking- as it only leaked if water went into the overflow. He ignored me. No further response.
So I hired this plumber (t&t) to come out. Explained my theory on the overflow drain.... they actually listened to me. They checked and sure enough- I was correct! They replaced the gasket that was bad. cost less than $130 with house call, parts and labor. I definitely recommend them and WILL use them in the future.

T&T from start to finish were tremendous! My wife and I had a drain pipe cracked that they fixed. We called them, they came within the week, looked at it then scheduled a day to come back and fix it!
Kevin was the guy who came and worked at our house. He was very respectful, making sure to go above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience with the company! Thank you Kevin for not being the typical creepy rude guy that we have had from other companies :)
Seriously though, Kevin deserves a raise in 2020! Thanks for caring for us!

I was very satisfied with the service I received from T & T. I had a plumbing issue and they were able to come out the same day I called and fixed the problem very quickly.
Great service, very professional and attention to details, I will recommend T&T to all my veterans brothers and sisters you will not be disappointed. The office professionals excel in customer’s service and prompt feedback, willing to help.
Installed a new sink, put faucet on backwards, they corrected before they left. They shut the power off to the dishwasher, never turned it back on. I reset the breaker next day. Ran the dishwasher and wondered why still dirty, they shut the water off and never turned it back on - now dishwasher is not working - called back again for a manager - no one has called back.
Although I needed a complete replacement on my water heater the serviceman was professional and pleasant to work with. Had no hot water and was able to get work done within 2 days of initial estimate. Gave me all informatio needed of what the issue was to make an accurate decision. Pricing very reasonable and included the labor/service call. Thank You!

My Husband & I bought a 100 year old farmhouse and I’ve called T&T for every little hiccup that we encounter that we cannot take care of ourselves. Each time they show up, their employees are so friendly and helpful. I have no problem getting a technician out quickly, often on the same day j place the call! The lady at the front desk who I call to pay my bill over the phone with is always so friendly!
I’ve never had service done, or a quote given for service that I’ve felt was outrageous. They have very fiat prices. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We woke up in the morning with no heat. We called our usual company, no answer, no call back... T&T answered immediately and said someone would be there same day. They showed up, very polite and respectful, and got our heat back on. They explained everything they did and found. We learned more from them in 20 mins than we did over the last 3-4 visits from the other company. I won't call anyone else again!! :)

Joel, the service technician, came to our house to conduct an inspection on our 28 year old geothermal heating/cooling system. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided valuable information in regards to what we could do about the problems with our outdated geothermal unit. We intend to continue to work with this business to take care of our future heating and cooling needs.
An update on this review as we eventually purchased a new geothermal furnace and water heater from them. They did a great job of installing both units and we are very happy with the work they performed! Joey, the sales representative, was very helpful in providing all the information we needed!

They came in to rebuild the plumbing under my sink back in September. They did a good job overall.
A leak started a few weeks ago so I called. They promptly sent it a technician to evaluate but didn't tell me about the potential for a service fee. They charged me because leak was outside the scope of work initially done. They were fair and refunded it since they did not inform me prior to coming out.
I would use them again in the future.

Matt, arrived just one hour after my emergency call, and the business is not even that close to my house(He lived 55 minutes away per google). The emergency rates were very reasonable, and the quality of the work appears exceptional. *Edit. Plumber Austin was called to the house to add a new fixture in the kitchen. He accidentally removed a brand new piece of copper piping that I paid T & T to put in, and he didn't even put a new copper piece back in. The water coming out of my heater now runs through pex, and it only took an extra couple hours. The tech assured me that he paid for the extra parts to downgrade my plumbing. I had just paid the same company for the part they took without permission. When I called the dispatch, she didn't know what to tell me. She didn't understand what had happened. I still have the voicemail transcript she sent me saying that Austin could better explain what happened. If they send Austin, just say no.

My sump pump was making a loud water hammer that shook the house. T&T was able to come right away and replace the check valve. It is so quiet now; I can’t hear it at all. Service was a little pricier than I expected, but they got it right.
I had multiple quotes from many other companies. The lowest quote that I found was $2700 the highest quote was $3700 TNT came in a little under $700 they were on time they came out there everything they needed to do and got it done the first time they’re not out price gouging and now today you can’t talk to anybody without getting ripped off I highly recommend this company

Furnace runs quietly, temperature is staying consistent with thermostat settings, heat distributes to all rooms and moving mechanicals to basement gave me an extra closet. I love the tankless hot water heater also!

Was not happy that I had to pay for a service call to fix what the previous technician installed incorrectly (based on what he technician stated was the problem that started my leak issue). Considering that I've used T & T Plumbing for most of my repairs, them correcting their mistake without charging me would have shown great customer service on their part.
A very nice gentleman hooked up my new refrigerator which the box store refused to do because the shut off valve was not on the same floor. He also reconnected the lines from the main refrigerator to the door, which the box store delivery people unhooked when they were putting the doors back on after removing them to get the appliance through the doorway.

I am a first timer so, so far so good. The service technician was great! Communication was good and even kept me posted on the status. His honesty was great. That is not always easy to find anymore, totally appreciated!

Called regarding gas leak found from propane company at the boiler inlet. (Leak test at propane tank failed) Called 24 help line, we were put on the list to be fixed next the same day. Technician showed up and fixed leak! We have platinum plan for both the boiler and a/c unit and will continue to do business with T&T!

The technician was very kind and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and did all repairs in a timely manner. Can’t wait to take a shower in hot water again! 10/10 definitely would recommend.

Gave me a quote of $16,200 for the replumbing of my house, other 5 quotes were between $3500-$7200. Don't know how or why their prices were so high, but got the job done for $4500 with new electric water heater converted fro gas! I wouldn't recommend them based on just initial vibes and outrageous price...
T&T fixed a dripping bathtub faucet. Service man was cheerful and kept everything neat. I have used them several times now and they have always done a great job.
The young man was excellent. He explained everything he would be doing before he started to work. He was polite and professional.

We were quoted a water softener installation with discharge to our sewer line, but the technician was not able to do that even after he said he could when he quoted the job. I have been calling for weeks to try and resolve this issue but they always say I need to talk to someone else in the office and they will call me back, but they never do.

Over 1 year ago T&T gave me a quote on replacing my very old and hard to get to AC unit. Unfortunately, I was not able to take advantage of that great price.
Fast forward 1full year, T&T was called for an update on the cost to replace the entire AC compressor and air handler. The price from a year earlier and the newest equipment.
Techs arrived worked hard and steady. Completely replaced entire AC in 1 work day..
Great job.
UPDATE, March 27, 2023 had annual maintenance review completed. System was in perfect condition. Technician was prompt, and very willing to answer questions.
On time. Knowledgeable. Didn't try to over sell. Would recommend.

TNT is AMAZING!! My air conditioner went out and Mitch (manager) and Scott (technician) went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. I have a special needs daughter that cannot tolerate heat and they found a part that I needed ASAP! I haven’t received service like that in a long time! I would suggest them to anyone. THANK YOU!!

We use T&T for all our residential and commercial systems (5 HVAC Systems) and they do a thorough and conscientious job. Excellent work.
Needed some minor work on a leaky sink and the hookup for an ice maker. Office was good at scheduling and keeping us informed. Technician was very friendly and efficient. Appreciated that he was vaccinated for COVID and offered to wear a mask as well.
T&T Plumbing has a friendly staff and willing to help any way they can. Product was what we expected and installed in a timely manner.

We got multiple quotes to replace our HVAC system when our geothermal system went out. Jim was very thorough when he came out to quote our project and we were given a competitive price. I believe he came out the same day. The installation team was very professional and I felt safe with them working around my wife and son while I wasn’t home. I have also used them in multiple commercial projects and received the same service/competitive pricing.
The guys were very professional and problem. Solve the issue very quickly. They cleaned up the job site very well.

My experience was great and they fixed the issue I was having same day I called. Only reason I am not giving them 5 out of 5 is because the plumber promised to clean up after himself and didn't do a good job. After he left, I went to put all my cleaning supplies away under the sink and noticed he missed quite a bit of the sludge that splattered when he removed the snake from the drain. I had to remove and clean everything that was under my sink.

Great service, offered emergency service, which was not needed, came out next day and resolved issue with my geo unit with minimal charge.
T&T replaced two old furnaces with one better one. They did it in a single day, and the installer was professional and did a wonderful job. I'd never go anywhere else!

They came out on a Sunday to address my plumbing issues. After inspecting the damage the plumber explained what was causing my issues, what needed to be corrected and my options. Great service!
Good service but the part that was replaced was over priced. I will think twice about using this company again for plumbing service again.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and capable service technicians. Techs take time to provide effective feedback. I've had the opportunity to utilize T&T several times over the last couple of years and still am impressed with the outcomes.
Scott did an amazing job! He heard what my issue was, and immediately called to walk me through my issue. We got it corrected in a matter of minutes, and now my house is cooling down to a comfortable temperature. I cannot thank him enough. He spared me the fee of an emergency call because he knew it was a simple fix. Thank you again to Scott!

They charged an emergency call of 180.00 on a Monday in the afternoon. Then try to sell an upgrade. Not good business.

My technician could not have been more professional. On time, courteous, complete, conscientious of his workspace, he was a boy scout. The issue was fixed in one trip, he gave me an estimate before he began, and the price was right.

My furnace and AC went out at the same time, what a nightmare. I called around to a few companies to get quotes and Joey from T&T Heating and Cooling was the only person who actually sat down with me and explained all my options. He was professional, courteous, and a man I feel I can trust. He gave me a great deal on a heat pump and furnace, and I am more than satisfied with the service that he provided. The install technicians were just as great! They provided excellent, efficient service installing my new heat pump and furnace. I would definitely recommend Max and Wes to anyone looking to have a furnace, heat pump or air conditioner installed. I’m very thankful I chose them for the job. They cleaned up everything after they were done and we’re just all-around great guys. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you for all of your hard work!

As a Waterfurnance GeoPro I expected more! Paid extra to get someone out the same day only to then have to wait 5 days ( in 100 degree heat non the less) to have a board replaced. They didn’t care that we were without either. Unit was also under warranty! The service manager even tried to compare it to his camping vacation he was on by choice. They do not carry Waterfurnance parts on their trucks and ship parts to their shop in Laotto from Fort Wayne rather than picking up. Huge disservice to the customer. Was not given any other option but to wait. I had to call multiple times to follow up - lack of communication all the way around . Will use someone else next time and would never recommend them to anyone I know.
