Best HVAC System Maintenance in Fort Wayne IN

Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

Repair to my boiler was repaired pretty quick.
After the repair man left I noticed a drip coming from another area and called to see if person could return to fix the issue. I was informed someone would come but after a couple of days I called back and informed the man that no one had come or called back. He informed me that someone would be there in a couple of hours.
I was not happy about having to pay again for labor.

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

Brandon was excellent! He came out to our home for boiler work and diagnosed our problem better than ANYONE from other local businesses! He took the time to show me and explain how to keep up on maintenance for our system and actually cared. Will definitely use again!

Gregg was very professional and kind. Had pipe installation for gas logs.

Make sure you ask the price before you even call these guys out to fix anything. Otherwise, you will get a sock with the bills at the end. Get charged $1500 for just the ice machine. Will not recommend it to anyone in fort Wayne!! Scams

Carlos Young was our service tech on two different occasions. The first time we met, he helped us work through our toilet replacement. The second time he came, he repaired our kitchen faucet. In both cases, Carlos was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, cheery, helpful and patient. He diagnosed the issues accurately, discussed repair options and cost options with us clearly and succinctly, and did excellent work. Carlos is a delight to work with, and we are most satisfied.
