I called Sheets Central Air at 9:33 am and my A/C was fixed by 12:30 pm ! My technician was Jeremy, he was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. No nonsense, very efficient. I am so impressed by the service I received today! I will definitely use them for any issues that may arise in the future 🤗

They responded promptly to my late night emergency and were very professional and very friendly I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Mark Hollenbaugh performed routine maintenance on our water heater today, arriving about the time we were to leave with a health emergency. He was helpful and courteous, offering to come at another time and the offer was appreciated but he performed his job in the time it took us to prepare to leave the house. Service people like this are appreciated. Thank you. There was a mix up in the time scheduled but it may have been my fault, not Rolf Griffin's. We have dealt with them for about 10 years and there has never been a problem.

Very impressed with Ryan's service this morning. He was absolutely on time which I sincerely appreciate as I needed to be up and ready for his 8 am appointment. He serviced my generator, offered good suggestions, reprogrammed it and allowed me to pay my bill so that I could leave my house by 10 am. Outstanding service from a knowledgable employee.
