Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. Brandon was excellent! He came out to our home for boiler work and diagnosed our problem better than ANYONE from other local businesses! He took the time to show me and explain how to keep up on maintenance for our system and actually cared. Will definitely use again!

Very professional

They did an awesome job replacing two outdoor spigots that were old & leaking. Our water main shutoff wouldn't close completely and needed replaced, they coordinated the shutoff so that the repair could be done, as well as getting the city back out to turn on the water after the shutoff was repaired. Very fair price on all the work as well, thanks for a job well done!

I do not know if they honestly didn’t know what they were doing or just trying to get 3k out of me to fix my ac, I called a different company who only charged me 165 to fix the problem while they wanted to charge me 3k

We paid $400 to get our plumbing issue fixed. Two weeks later it’s completely the same as before and the second technician says we need all new plumbing estimated at 11k so basically we just threw $400 down the drain because the first technician didn’t even pay attention to what was wrong.

we had bought a new house and were having problems with the backup generator I had no idea who to call took a shot with korte and Ryan M. he found and fix the problem and explained how the whole system worked outside and inside the house he ran a test cycle all was good great experience

Plumbers were knowledgeable and professional in diagnosing drain issue and installing new drains. Showed up on time, and got the job done quickly.

Korte has done several things for me over the years and I have been satisfied with their work. I recently had my HVAC replaced by them and was less than satisfied. They installed a two stage furnace and AC, but didn't wire my Nest thermostat for two stage. They instead left the staging decision up to the furnace CPU. My disappointment is that they didn't even ask me how I wanted it. Staging decisions should be made by the thermostat since the thermostat knows what the temperature of the house is. The furnace CPU just uses timers. I had Korte come back out to wire the staging to the thermostat and they didn't set the dip switch for the furnace staging and didn't remove the jumper for AC staging. So on the third visit out they got it right. So, my trust in the business is tarnished. If I wasn't smart enough to be able to check these things myself I would have been screwed. How many customers got screwed on their two stage install? Again, they didn't ask me!

You may be wondering why I didn't catch these things while they were here. I was out of town both times on business. On their third visit, I made sure I was at the house.
