Best HVAC System Maintenance in Fort Wayne IN

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

I am beyond satisfied with the service that I received when my a/c needed repair. Joel was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained every step and took the time to answer my questions. He completed my repair in an efficient and timely manner and the cost was significantly less than I expected. I would not hesitate to call Northeast Mechanical in the future or recommend them to someone in need of hvac services.

A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. Thank you again for your hard work!

I received quotes from probably 8-10 highly rated and reviewed businesses in Fort Wayne and these guys were absolutely the best deal and it wasn’t even close. They gave me a quote for a two stage furnace (others were offering a one stage) and a AC unit for less than what the competition quoted me for a single stage furnace and ac unit. They also gave me a 4 year 0% financing while the other companies were trying to push me into a 10 year 10-13% interest rate. These guys were top notch, not pushy, and all around super easy to deal with. Always get multiple quotes but make sure these guys are one of the quotes you get because I’m confident they’ll give you a way better deal.

Mark was contacted to assess our damages and came out the very same day, although it wasn't even an emergency. He was polite, professional and very thorough on his assessment of damages. He repaired our problem and we were back in business the very next day!

I have had T&T for over 25 years. They do everything for my home from furnace and air conditioner care to plumbing issues. They are available 24 hours for emergencies which is a real benefit. They are polite, knowledgeable, and very competitively priced. I am an extremely satisfied customer!!

Primary complaint- they damaged my radon abatement system while replacing my sump pump, and twice when I requested they fix it, shrugged and said that’s ‘not a service they provide’.
My sump went out and Korte replaced it— they were very fast (which was great!) and very expensive. It’s what I needed at that point. But they continually upsold me, and at one point cornering me while home alone in my (waterlogged) basement.
I don’t leave a lot of negative reviews but I’m at my wits end with this whole experience with Korte.
