Called to schedule an appointment to see about a leak and yes they called but when I answered the message they said I responded 2 late so they couldn't go so I'll take my business to a plumber that will really want my business!

In my opinion the best plumbers in El Paso. They did a great job with very little notice. I WILL ALWAYS USE THEM.

We had an appointment and when we called to confirm the day of they told us they were running an hour behind. Two hours later I called again twice and got no answer. Not dependable at all I had to take off from work for nothing.

Called in for some information. Was completely shut out and couldn't even finish my sentence. Interrupted me while I was trying to convey my issue. Would recommend some customer service classes for the phone operator. Only reason they gained an extra star was answering the phone call in the first place unlike many of the other places I've tried.

I had to wait behind these guys because they blocked traffic and didn't care one bit. I assume their workmanship is just as poor as their attitude.
