Plumbing Experts

I have used them for a few years, but now I have to cut ties with them. Every time they come a year later they have to come back for the same issue. Latest issue was fixing a water pipe even though it was the same pipe leaking that they had already fix. They told me.. to fix it right they would have to charge me several hundred dollars. They should have fixed it the correct way the other three times they came out for for leaky pipes. So I was charged a couple of hundred the prior 3 times and several hundred (for an hour)this last time to fix it “correctly” not to mention I have to pay a contractor each of those times to put my walls and ceilings back together, because they had to cut through the walls each time.

Had water backed up into tub and other shower stall, water all over both bathroom floors. After calling some other company with a 5-8 hr. delay, called Plumbing Experts, since they service Northeast, and within 15-20 minutes, Adrian showed up. He told us what the problem was (clog in sewer line) and the price for service. He was professional and fixed the problem quickly, by getting on top of the roof and unclogging drain; the price for the service was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this company and plan to use their services again.

I called this company about a leak and they immediately came to help. Before I called them, other companies had to schedule me in like 2-3 days later but that was not going to work because I had a leak. These guys understood the urgency of my situation and came with in the hour or less.
They were very professional, knowledgeable, and clean. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right and in timely manner!

Jamie was great. He was polite, on-time, and did quality work. They aren’t the cheapest, but he did a nice job. I would use Jaime again.

Awesome service, my water heater went out I bought a new one myself and I was stressing. New Generation Plumbing told me $1,200 just for labor! Told them to get lost. Adrian showed up next from Plumbing Experts was friendly and professional gave clear straight forward pricing, parts and labor came out to $510. Adrian did fast and excellent work, it’s nice to have hot water again.Thank you so much!

Called Plumbing Experts after another company was not able to solve our issue. Not only was their customer service excellent, but they were able to get our issue fixed quick. Would definitely recommend them and will continue doing business with them if the need arises. Thank you Gabriel and crew for your hardwork!

I had used them many times and they keep getting more expensive with same poor attitude and customer service. PLUS I would think they would give you a little bit of a break on the price after so many years, but no, if anything they're higher and just as rude. My husband and I tired of it and we're going to look elsewhere now. Competition is the name of the game so we're going to price shop.

I like this company because they would always show up when I called ahead of time and they charge reasonable prices. I like the work they did on installing a new hand sink.

For snaking you pipe, cool. I had them replace a pipe, and thought they were a little high. Then they were supposed to quote me on a bigger job. Kept getting we will call you back 4 different times. I got someone else. The work they did do was alright, but was a little high. Still waiting on that call to this day

Love love this place there food is amazing!

Called plumbing experts 1st thing in the morning due to clogged kitchen sink. They arrived just a few hours later with the right tools and the know how to do the job. Problem resolved quickly and for a fair price. I highly recommend Plumbing Experts and that's who I will call for any future plumbing needs!!!

We used Plumbing Experts twice on a shower faucet and a water heater install. Service/price is way affordable than roto-rooter/professional plumbing. I highly recommend this company. Always number one on my list. Very respectful! 👍

Great plumbers and prices

Very good service, and not a bad charge. However, I did pay a little extra since the plumber did not have the tool others in the past used to clear the drain, and had to cut a hole.

Fast service, friendly and great price

Plumbing Experts??? More like Noise Experts. I live in the apartments behind their establishment/ house and it seems like every other night they are having a party. These people stay up all night drinking and arguing, so reasoning suggest that their going to show up to your house or business either drunk or hangover. These people obviously don't have any ethical reasoning, and who's to say that they won't cheat you.

Had a clogged drain that one of the big businesses here in El Paso couldn’t get, but these guys came and saved the day(69$)! Fixed a clogged main line in less than a half an hour! Would definitely be calling them more if I need plumbing needs. Large business wanted to charge me $1,500 to fix the issue the plumbing experts got for 69$. Affordable!!!!! I didn’t want to call a plumber because I thought is would be expensive. I wish google recommended these guys first!

Called and someone showed up in 45 minutes. He fixed the problem in no time. Very Respectful and I will recommend them to my friends

My elderly mother called this company to have a problem with her bathtub/plumbing fixed. Jaime showed up and fixed the problem, or so we thought. My mother was charged $160 and the bathtub/plumbing issue was not fixed. Now Plumbing Experts is saying that the cost to fix the issue is going to cost over $400. My mother asked if the $160 would be credited toward the cost of fixing the issue and they said that they would only credit her half ($80) towards the repair.

These people are thieves. They charged for a service they did not provide, and are now asking for more money to repair what they should have in the first place.

Had a bad outdoor water leak between the faucet water line and the sprinkler system. Water had to be shut off at the water meter until repaired. Plumbing expert employee (Adrian) determined and explained what was causing the leak, provided an estimate and completed the job within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and the workmanship was awesome. Plumbing Experts are a Better Business Bureau member and it shows in how they operate their business. Highly recommend them and will go to them for any future plumbing issues.

I called Plumbing Experts for an estimate to replace gas pipe. They came and quoted me $360. Imade appointment for another day between 9 a.m and 10:00. I had to call them 3 more times to see if they were planning on making the repairs. They finally showed up at 3 p.m. They ended up charging me $485. I told them they had quoted me $380 when I called for the estimate. They denied it and said no way. I agree... bunch of ripoffs. Just so the public knows.

The drain in my bathroom was clogged and after calling several places that did not answer on a Saturday morning I was fortunate that Plumbing Experts answered my call. He arrived in less then an hour an took care of the problem right away and the price was very reasonable. They will be the first company I'll call next time for sure. I did not get the name of the worker but I would like to thank him for a fantastic job.

Called them to install a new water heater. Came on time, very professional and charged me what was quoted!! They will be my first call for any plumbing needs. Wonderful service.

Couldn't be more happy. Jaime was awesome--knew just what he was doing. Replaced thermocouple on water heater and faucets on kitchen sink. Fast and efficient. Price was more than fair. I highly recommend this company for those who don't know who to call or are unhappy with the plumber they've been using.

Set an appointment with them. When I called back for a update the person said that he doesn’t give time estimates. This guy needs to work on his customer service skills. Don’t bother with them they will
send someone “whenever someone is available” bad service.

He did an excellent job. Showed up promptly on a Saturday, did the work quickly and charged a fair amount. I would highly recommend his service.

These guys are so rude they kept telling me they were gonna come after awhile and never showed up then i called again and they said they were at a game so they ignored a customer for a game so rude.

Plumming Experts is awesome. Had problem with removing old hoses for washing machine & toilet that I couldn’t water to. Adrian arrived around 4:00 , as was in time frame given, & left after 7:00. Replaced out of date washer hook up, box & found a leak I didn’t even know about but had been leaking for quite awhile. Replaced line, valve & inside toilet assembly because it was all clogged with calcium from water. House had sat empty for a little while . Price was very reasonable & Adrian was awesome, professional & dedicated to making it right. Will be calling them for all future plumbing issues & will be requesting Adrian! Have already recommended Plumbing Experts to another person that has issues with their plumming.

Great experience. ...they showed up right at the time fram they told me....fix it for a reasonable price...showed me what was wrong and even called the builder to take advantage of the warranty for the part needed. Very satisfied. Thank u jaime for ur service!!

Despise explaining the problem to this Business, which was not being able to use the hot water, and making every attempt to schedule and appointment a day in advance, they were unprofessional and failed to meet the response time and simply had excuse.

I made an appointment to fix a problem with a toilet that is loosing water from the tank and refilling about every 4 hours. A guy came and told me that there was nothing wrong with the toilet, I called Gabriel, I guess the owner, and explained the situation and ask to send somebody else, like a second opinion, he told me that he was going to talk to his crew and would give me a call back and HE NEVER DID. BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. If you know that you have a problem with a toilet and they tell you there's nothing wrong with, that speaks for the business itself.
They lost a customer, never again

We had a clog in the swimming pool filter feed line from the skimmer to the filter. One plumber came and was not able to fix the problem. We called a second plumbing company and they suggested calling Expert Plumbers as Expert has state of the art equipment. Expert sent Jaime to solve our problem. He was on time. He was polite. He was professional. He was a real problem solver. He had to use two plumbing snakes to dislodge the blockage. He solved our problem and the price was reasonable.

Extremely unprofessional! Misleading quote and made his guy leave a work site! Strongly advise you guys not to use him

I had a water puddle in my garage coming from an unknown location in my house. Plumbing Experts came and immediately found the problem and fixed it. I would highly recommend Plumbing Experts.

Called to set up an appointment. Was given a date, time and a quote. No one showed up, no one called to reschedule or cancel. I called back and then was told that someone could go out and take care of it. That’s not how you do business. You set up the appointment, you show up and do what you would’ve been paid to do. Very unprofessional, lack of customer service and communication.

Showed up before the actual appointment which was great less than 10 minutes they fixed the issue that no one else could fix. Very professional will be calling in the future if I have anymore problems great pricing not over prices like the other locations thank you very much.

i would like to thank gabriel for sending one of his employees (adrian)to take care of my ruptured hot water line fast from my initial call. adrian was very professional and explained my options. this gentlemen was very polite and courteous.i was very happy with his work. gabriel has and runs a great business. will i recommend this company, most definitely.

I don't trust electricians, hvac repairmen, mechanics, or plumbers. With that said, I can confidently recommend Plumbing Experts. I called them Monday morning for a repair. The gentleman I spoke with gave me an appointment on the same day! Fred showed up promptly and completed a quality job. He explained the failure to me and showed me how he repaired it. He even had me review for approval before he collected his tools and cleaned up.
The experience was great. We'll use them again in the future.
