This is the 3rd plumber I’ve been in contact with today and the 2nd to arrive at my house. I have a leak in an external pipe, the first company wanted to charge me 350 for leak detection services- 1st step was able to locate the leak without that and expressed utmost confidence in being able to fix the leak for a reasonable price tomorrow (Sunday) morning. Very pleased with their prompt service and professionalism.

I was very pleased with the services provided by this company. The leak was detected the next day. The leak was exactly where it was marked with an x by this company. This prevented by office and hallway floors to be destroyed. The leak was in the walkway into the front porch of the house. Great job

If I could give a zero I would, worst company I’ve dealt with. Called the owner and he wouldn’t answer and when he finally did he kept interrupting me so i told him to let me finish he laughed at me and hung up on me as well. I called back and he said I was being ridiculous and that I was yelling when I clearly wasn’t, before the call it says calls are recorded so Arturo you can pull up the call and listen to it. Problem is that air is hot not cool and they messed up with the electrical so back lights go on and off. I told him I have two little ones and it’s too hot for them. Arturo I work in customer service and I know for a fact this is not how you deal with your customers even if you are the owner that doesn’t give you authority to laugh or hang up. Have more respect for your customers and accept your mistakes and fix them instead of acting immature and hanging up.

I called Innovated Trade for an electrical problem in my home. Rudy suggested that I call the electric company as it could be an outside issue. Sure enough, the problem was at the electric box by the street that had to be rewired.

I am so thankful for a company that would go above and beyond and offer advice that would resolve my problem without costing me any money. I can’t imagine how much money they saved me.

Make sure you ask for an estimate BEFORE you use him. It was a simple job--a slow toilet. Obviously something was slowing passage of water. It took 2 seconds to do the job. He used a mini-snake, and with the first try, he unstopped the toilet. Whole visit, maybe four minutes. Charged $75, but I believe $35 would have been fair, in my opinion. I remember he asked me if I was the owner of my building. Perhaps he thought Charge her more; she can write it off as a rental expense.
