Very courteous. Cesar knows his job. He let us know what he was doing. Had to special order a part. Let me know when the part got here and installed the following day. We now have hot water. Would recommend him very highly.

If I could give a half star I would. The guy that came to my house was a price gouging crook who tried to charge me $175 for the work done in the photo. He literally only took 20 minutes. He did not dress it and it was still uncovered when he left. I believe his name was Gabriel and he is a bum. He asked me about my cars instead of being forthcoming about the price until he was halfway through the little project. Worst plumber that has ever been on my property.

Mr. Cesar was very professional and his service was quick. I called first thing in the morning and he was there an hour later to do a drain cleaning on my bathtub. It was all completed in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend him, glad he was able to take care of it all before I went about my day.

Choice plumbing has installed a new water pressure regulator, bathroom sink and repaired the toilet all at my home and they do an amazing job every time. Thank you!

Wow is all I can say Both good and bad!! To start, I had a water leak in my bathroom wall that was determined to be from a nail into my copper pipe from the other side of the wall that had been there for years and finally rusted away creating a leak. I called ceasar and he answered my call and said he would be there in 2 hours. He showed up on time at 230 pm. I didnt ask about his pricing as he had stellar reviews online and thought he would be fair with his pricing as others had stated? He determined what I figured was the problem and decided in order to fix the leak he had to break out some concrete. It took him an hour to break the concrete out about 12 inch half circle. This charge on my bill was $350.00. For one hour of labor!! He then replaced the leaking pipe with a 12 inch piece of copper and 3 fittings. This charge on my bill was $450.00. He had less than $10.00 in materials and a grand total of 3 hours of work. I also told him I would clean up the messs but he insisted and added that to the bill as well? I am posting this to let others know to ask about pricing before you hire this company!!! I have paid the price for future customers to understand what they are getting into. Work was done properly but as a home builder I have never paid $266.00 per hour for any plumber even ones who have helpers. There is expensive then there is excessive. Beware.

If you’re looking for someone to get the job done, this is your plumbing company. They do water heaters, cooling, and anything else you may need. Cesar has 30+ years of experience, and he does his work in a timely manner. I haven’t taken a shower in three weeks. Thank you Choice! You’re the best!

Mr. Cesar is the definition of a professional tradesman. I have have had Mr. Cesar do several jobs including moving a gas line, re-plumbing our entire master bathroom shower and vanity, and installing toilets in our home. I have referred him to all our friends and family. Mr. Cesar is on time and responsive, he asks questions to ensure he understands the job to be done and provides detailed receipts of work. Hardened old cast iron drainpipes needed replacing. Installed new cleanout. New valve and Cesar offered advice on how to avoid future problems.

As a first time home owner I mean it when I say we have no idea what we’re doing. When our water started coming out cold, we knew it was the water heater but we’re nervous of how much it would be to replace. Our AC had to be replaced a week prior so when Cesar said that our existing water heater could be repaired we were so relieved. Cesar was so great in explaining everything to us, what the repair would entail, how much it would cost, and timeframe. After the repair he explained maintenance that would should be doing, warning signs, and options for us when we do in fact need to replace. The final cost was exactly as he quoted. I really appreciated him taking the time with us and quelling our nerves. Thank you, Cesar!

Did good job repairing leaky kitchen faucet however price for repair was way out of line. Came out determined hose on pullout faucet was leaking, ordered part, installed part and charged $250.00
