I called this company my wife smelled gas they were prompt on coming to check the problem we had a gas leak the technician fixed the problem in less then 30 mins they had all the proper tools to dedect the gas joint leak.wow what a instrument it was like a magic wand to find the leak. I am a property manager and the owner of this company called me on one of our properties. He was very rude over the phone and had a bad attitude. He hung up the phone on me. I will never use this company again. Very bad customer service.

We had our water heater blow out which unexpectedly leaked in our home. Not only was Rudy quick to respond, but he cared enough to help us replace our water heater and everything damaged around it. He arrived and was finished in an hour!!! I will never trust anyone other than this company for any electrical and plumping around my home.

Chris was the technician who came out and replaced the leaking t&p valve on my hot water heater and installed a code required gas sediment drip. Prices were fair and well worth the thoroughness, professionalism and promptness I received.

It was great working with Innovative Trades, LLC. Beginning with the first telephone conversation with Rachel to working with the three man team (Rudy, Willie, and Fabian) in replacing a main sewer line, the customer service was on point. They were always upfront about their assessment, scheduling, and price.

The day after they completed the job, a leak began from a water line in the attic leading into a bathroom. This was a totally separate issue from the main sewer line job. I called Rachel up and she got Rudy and Willie to leave another job site to go repair my emergency. I highly recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.

INNOVATIVE TRADES ALSO INSTALLED A TOTAL OF 12 PROTECTED ELECTRICAL PLUGS AROUND MY POND. Today it was repairing our water heater, but in the last two months, it’s been electrical panel repair, toilet repair, and unclogging pipes. Rudy and his guys are so professional and they pay great attention to detail to ensure the job is done right. They installed water lines from the main house to my new addition, and Rudy inspected the lines thoroughly for leaks before covering anything up. Rudy, Chris, Aurelio were so professional and fantastic. They helped get to the root of my problem in my home with my electrical panel and some wiring after a year of going in circles. They were very timely and knowledgable of the situation and going through the whole house, they were kind enough to explain the situation in terms to someone who knows nothing about electrical to help me understand what the problem was. They gave me a letter to show to my utility provider to have them understand what they needed to fix on their end. I explained to Rudy ive had some bad expereince with a few past electricians, where non of them were able to tell me what the problem was in my home nor were they professional towards women. Rudy was shocked when i told him i had to turn off some major appliences just to turn on others, and was very kind to work out some financial stuff with me to give a very generous discount for the emergency service that i needed in my home. Great experience overall! I initiated a claim via my warranty service for a plumbing stoppage, which I knew was not good. They seemed to think it wasn't an emergency and the first contractor they sent took 3 days to service my claim. When he arrived he stated that their was a main line stoppage and he would not be able to fix it, he then suggested I relay the information to my home warranty service. They followed up by assigning Innovative Trades LLC to the claim and from that point everything went smoothly. Willie and Fabian showed up on time and quickly got to work asking detailed questions and surveying the the work they needed to do prior to actually poking around. I had to leave and my wife was equally impressed with Rudy, who explained the issues and how they were going about their work. These guys were friendly and professional and you could tell Willie wasn't going to BS you. I Would highly recommend them and will likely hire them for some follow-on plumbing repairs.

We had originally called Roto Rooter (more than once) they said they would have the tech call us and we never heard from them. My husband called Innovative and they told us someone would be here in 30 minutes. Chris and Victor showed up in exactly 30 minutes and took care of the problem. We are having them come back to install a garbage disposal. We are very satisfied with the work and also the communication. Thank you Innovative.

We originally thought most of our kitchen was going to be torn apart to get to the pipe but they were able to find a different route and not only saved us money but time, our kitchen was up and running the same day!

Hands down Chris and Victor are the most professional individuals when it comes to repair. It's one thing to get a company to come out, but Chris listened to our problem, verified what it took to fix it and Victor helped him fix it. Not only were Chris and Victor on time but they sent us text messages with arrival times and updates. Innovative Trades has to be the most courteous, professional and thorough company to exist with regards to electrical issues. Rudy found the problem the builder left behind. Rudy worked fast and
quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I had that problem for 3 years and tired of dealing with other plumbers and the builder thank goodness, issue is fixed. Rudy is highly experienced because other companies had tried to fix my plumbing problems and failed. The builder couldn’t even figure out the plumbing problem.

I met Rudy for the first time in our rental home, and he was so kind to my autistic son who tends to be wild and unpredictable. That was a solid move, so when we bought our own home, I hired Innovative Trades to make some major and minor electrical work to make the house livable. Had a great experience with this company. Called in and was able to have someone come same-day. They were able to fix both of my issues (washer pipe issue and toilet drain issue). My bathtub was draining slow. We couldn't unclog it. Called Innovative Trade. After further inspection, found pipes that had rusted away. Chris assess the damage, explain exactly what needs to be done, gave a fair estimate. Depending on the job it can be...$$$ We agreed.We were notified when they would arrive. They told us how long it will take. As they continue to work, Chris or Rodolfo would always inform us of their progress.They're professional knowledgeable and courteous. My house developed a foundation leak in the kitchen. I called and Rudy was quick to assess the potential problem and suggested a solution to the problem. He quickly setup an appointment and upon his arrival, he diagnosed the problem then offered two solutions to remedy the problem. Plan A would be the most cost effective if sawing into the foundation would be easily accessible. However, plan B would be used if the leak was found underneath an area where it would prove to be cost prohibitive. Fortunately, the leak was practically in the center of the kitchen floor so his team proceeded to repair the leak using L type copper, 15% silver solder and lead free fittings. The copper lines were then surrounded by small grain play sand commonly found at the beaches. Then the appropriate concrete/gravel mix was prepared and filled into the voided area. The crew swept, gathered all of the related debris, and hauled it away. Very professional, polite, efficient and clean crew. I highly recommend Innovative Trades LLC.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Rudy came out to replace my water heater that had begun to leak somewhat slowly. Little did we know it leaked ALOT. He came out and replaced the base where the water heater was located and we did a whole new water heater and custom lines. Previous owner of the house had such a mess and Rudy cleaned it all up an made is professional as can be. Pricing was definitely on point, i didn't feel like i was overcharged like other companies because of a Pandemic. They came out to repair a bath tub faucet on January 09, 2018 and it broke again on March 1, 2018. The work was completed long enough for their sorry warranty to expire at one month. The company refused to come out and repair the faucet properly. The company we had to hire said they utilized the existing broken parts and rigged them to work long enough. This company is definately not into customer service and they have never even bothered to call back to try to help. I wouldn't utilize them if I were you. I always try to leave good to great reviews, but this company will be reported to the better business bureau.

Rudy and his whole team are awesome, and the work they did is excellent! They redid the entire sewer lines, completely demolished the bathroom including the foundation to properly install new piping, and then rebuilt it into a beautiful and more spacious and functional bathroom than it was before. He kept us informed throughout the whole process of what was happening and of any changes needed. Everyone was always friendly, courteous, and professional. And Rachel kept everything coordinated and running smoothly from the beginning. We'll definitely be calling them, again, for other projects we have planned.

I called Rotorooter when our sewer backed up. After using a camera to evaluate the problem I was told that the line had collapsed and it would cost $12,000 to replace. I called Innovative Trades for a second opinion. They checked the line and confirmed it was fine. They cleared the line and charged me $150. They were fast, professional and honest.

Chris and Aurelio were a great team. They were very knowledgeable & fast. Chris even gave me tips on how to prevent pipes from cracking in the winter… thanks guys!

They are the ONLY provider that has been on time, shows up and does a great job. They always call immediately to set up an appointment, they show up on time, are detailed with their repairs and explain what options are available. They don’t leave a mess and are SO friendly. They have worked on our bathrooms with plumbing work, fixed many electrical problems throughout our home. It is nice that we have found quality work. I would recommend them to everyone!

Just invest in tools that cut circles in the drywall to fit around the pipes and work on those caulking skills 😉😉😁

Pésima compañía, me la mando la Aseguranza a reparar unos toma corrientes y a reparar un desperfecto en la caja de breakers, he intentado comunicarme con ellos pero se rehúsan a contestarme, bueno hasta se les quedó un conprobador de corriente ahí en una clavija de corriente y al menos les he hablado para que vayan por ella.Si puedes evitarlos hazlo, es un consejo
