Yesterday the sink in the little bathroom 'died'...*nothing* going down. Used the half bottle of Liquid Plumber I had, waited, followed by boiling water....nothing. Bailed everything out.

This morning I bought a bottle of draino...used 1/2, waited, followed by boiling water. Nothing. Used other half, waited, following by boiling water. Nothing.

Went to lunch at 11:30, home at 1 PM...still standing dirty water in sink. Called the plumber. He got here at 2...and we found the sink was TOTALLY CLEAR.

Little guy called the office to find out how much to charge for the trip. They said 'nothing' because I'm a regular customer.

I'm blown away

The receptionist who answered was very courteous and calm. The only guff I can give this place is that they do charge 65 dollars to come out and give an estimate on the job. They do credit those $65 towards the job if you accept their estimate otherwise you're out $65.

Called to make an appointment and not long after the receptionist answered and I was explaining my issue she hanged up. Terrible customer service.

Scheduled an appointment with PRONTO plumbers a week in advance. Called me HALF AN HOUR before the appointment to RESCHEDULE. I had taken a day off already. The receptionist was extremely rude and did not offer to reschedule. She hung up on me and kept saying that they have personal issues and customers don’t understand. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I called and they sent someone out within an hour and a half. The two men were very courteous and professional. They did a great job, quick and clean. I asked and also recieved a senior discount. Thanks Pronto.

Response right away and help out with my problem

Called Pronto Plumbing to get an estimate on an emergency plumbing job. Another plumber was at the house looking at theleak. Pronto drove by. We thought they would come back when the other plumber was gone but they never did. When we called the office, we were told we already had another plumber and they would not be coming back out. The receptionist was very rude and did not offer to reschedule. I told her the company had very poor customer service and that I would be sure to write about this experience in a review so here it is.

The Pronto team were fantastic from the receptionist Mrs. Sylvia to the plumbers. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for professional, honest, and good quality job Pronto plumbers are the ones to call. Thank you Pronto plumbing team for all your help.

Outstanding services

Awesome experience. Our water heater gave out, I called around different places, but Pronto Plumbers was the best. Receptionist was helpful and happy to help. They came same-day, had the most competitive quote and installed same-day. All workers were professional, kind, and courteous. Glad to know about this little gem. Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment a week ago. Receptionist was very rude. She did not reschedule me… She was yelling and talking over me, not letting me explain why I need the services. She tells me I cannot talk to manager or plumbers. She then hangs up.

Plumber replaced copper tubing which was not the issue wasted 500.00 he did not check where the leak was coming from. The problem was the refrigerator tubing where the water was leaking.

Came out same day, changed out a bad washing machine valve. Great work just thought 300 was a bit much. Guess you pay for fast service.

They were very quick to get out but overpriced.

Everything went well I was interviewed and very respectful and professional person,hope I can get a job there long history company excited to be part of the crew.

I used pronto plumbers about 20 years ago, and they were honest and courteous then, so today when I had huge problem with the main line and water everywhere inside my house, I tried them first. The call wasn’t guaranteed because they had a busy morning and close at 2:00, so I added my name to the queue but shopped around. In case the couldn’t come. I called a few places. One guy was grumpy on the phone and at another place the receptionist never returned my call when I asked for an hourly price. I got worried with all of the bad reviews at those places and decided to hope they could fit me in or just wait till Monday.
Pronto Plumbers were excellent 20 years later as well! The person answering the call was extremely courteous, cheerful and helpful. The two gentlemen who came to fix my problem, Victor and Ivan, were profesional and courteous as well.
Pronto Plumbers charge a flat hourly rate for the first hour so I was a little apprehensive about the job would going over the hour... They were finished in about 35 minutes and even had time to run a line through my slow flowing toilet which I’d been wanting to get check. These guys were honest, fast and super courteous. I would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to my family and friends! Thank you!!!
