Best Service Gas Replacement in El Paso TX

I was very pleased with the services from EP Appliance Repair. The technician efficiently fixed my washer and dryer. He was punctual, professional and very trustworthy. I highly recommend EP Appliance Repair for any and all services.

I called early afternoon after trying to reinstall a toilet myself, but hitting a wall when I found the mounting plate to be disintegrated. The guys showed up about 40 minutes later and quickly went to work. They completed the job in about an hour, and everything looks great. The only reason for the 4-star rating was the price tag. I was charged $295 for a one hour job. Seems very expensive - I was told that was their standard job fee. Ouch! Well, had to be done, so I'm glad they did it. I'd only recommend you ask for a quote before getting work done so you don't get the shocker that I did...

Have had a tough time with contractors in El Paso. Rodela & Sons are the exception to that norm. Timely, professional, caring and most of all, they listened and exceeded our needs/ expectations. Never once was late, calls were always returned, emails were always answered, follow up was fantastic. We needed our shower and tub drains relocated. Price was on point. As long as we are here in El Paso, they will be the professional plumbers we use an recommend. Very grateful for the work they did for us in our home.

Chad was a wonderful tech. He showed me the issues and concerns, explained why they were a concern and informed me of the process to address these issues. The prices were on par, and they were about an hour and a half EARLY! Thank you tremendously for the assistance and getting us fit in, as quickly as possible!!

Isaiah did a great job, explained everything he was doing. He also showed me the part that needed to be replaced.

This guy Adrian is very unprofessional and very rude. Overcharged ($3500), took shortcuts, had to call him a few times to come finish, and then was harassing me for payment a day before payment was due!!!literally threatening me!!! Threatening phone calls and text messages!! I was baffled!!! I had to call another plumber to come do other things because this guy couldn't do it. Save yourself the headaches!! Ive never been so disrespected by a plumber like this!!!
