Doug and his team of expert technicians are top shelf. We had a well issue on a Sunday afternoon. His schedule allowed for him to come over at dusk to inspect and see if he could fix it that night. Parts were not available on a Sunday night (which was not an issue) and he came back the next day with one of his techs and fixed our well!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Before calling ARS for a seasonal checkup, I had no problems with my heating and air. They offered an introductory rate for a checkup, and at that time I signed up for a yearly contract for them to check my HVAC system twice per year: once in the spring, and once in the fall. After the beginning of their service, my system shut down twice. The second time, my A/C stopped working. When they came out to fix it, I was told my capacitor had failed, but they had a spare and they replaced it......for over $200. Come to find out, capacitors are pretty cheap to come by (around $20), and very easy to replace, since they fail quite often. Needless to say, they no longer provide service for me and my family.

Gene was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly too! I highly recommend. Fair and honest prices.

I called Roto Rooter for a quote as JB Hunt broke the water valve in my laundry room when they were installing a new washer. The previous tech that was supposed to come out got a flat tire and I waited almost an hour and a half past the original 2-hr window. But, dispatch got another tech that was willing to come out to take a look. Their customer service was great and they did a great job repairing my pipes and fixing my water heater. Also, I called around to several different companies who I felt were just haggling me on the cost. Not only were they very straightforward with me with a quote but also much more affordable then all the others. They didn’t use fear to make me choose them immediately like the other companies did. I will definitely be using them again if needed!

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
