Shelton was excellent! I called him at 9a, and he was at my house by 11:30a. He easily identified what the issue was with my downstairs toilet tank filling up past the water mark and fixed it within 5 minutes. He’s affordable, knowledgeable and extremely kind. I used Shelton many years ago and remembered how professional and reasonably priced he was. This time we needed a sink faucet replaced and he was able to get to it quickly and at a good price. Highly recommend as being great at his job, friendly and reasonably priced. You can’t go wrong.

On a Saturday morning we discovered that the expansion tank on our water heater was leaking. (The expansion tank is a small tank that's often attached to the outside of a water heater to help regulate the water pressure.) One of our neighbors recommended Shelton Plumbing. He was able to be here within a couple of hours and quickly replaced the expansion tank. We were just happy that someone could be here that quickly, but in addition to being polite, professional, and quick, the price was very fair.
We had a sewer line blockage. Shelton responded quickly and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and I will call him again for any future plumbing challenges. I would highly recommend Shelton Plumbing.

Shelton has always been able to address our needs quickly and effectively. He is our reliable go-to plumber!
I had a 17-year-old water heater sitting on the attic that needed to be replaced. The old tank however was a couple inches too wide to fit through the attic opening. Most plumbers that I reached out to were hesitant to do the job and suggested that I had the attic opening widened first. Shelton came over to take a look and said that he could remove the old tank and install a new one without doing any change to the attic opening. He came back on the same day and finished the job within a couple hours. You came up with an ingenious solution and you could tell that he's very experienced and knew what he was doing. Highly recommended!

He installed a new kitchen faucet, cleaned the area when finished, and took the time to tell me about a cost saving warranty for parts should I ever need them. Honest, Experienced, Superior Customer Service Skills.
My issue was diagnosed, and completely done within a couple of hours. Other plumbers I had called told me I would be without hot water for about two days!
Finding service professionals who don’t try to sell you things you don’t need, or who just do a band aid fix to nickel and dime you to death is rare these days. So I will highly recommend Shelton Plumbing and will always call him in the future.
Thinking that I would leave a voicemail, I called Mr. Shelton on a holiday to schedule a non-emergency appointment. Mr. Shelton answered the phone and booked me for an appointment the following morning! He arrived on time and was very kind. I had tried to change bathtub faucet fittings (a direct replacement) and had some difficulty. Mr. Shelton diagnosed the issue and made appropriate adjustments that I, a novice educated solely by youtube videos, did not feel comfortable making in my lack of experience. While he was there, I also asked him to do the spout and a toilet handle, too, to save me some time and anxiety. The value was excellent, and he was a wonderful human being! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Another great experience with Shelton Plumbing. The first with a water pressure issue and this time a leak. He is clearly knowledgeable, friendly and educated me along way of finding the source of my upstairs shower leak. Will definitely call and recommend them again!
Very appreciative of my experience. I had planned to do a plumbing repair myself and it went south... Imagine that. I didn’t have time to correct it because I had to work the next day and we needed water. Tucked my tail and called Shelton. He came out same day, worked very quickly while I wasn’t home, and was very fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service. Not cleaning after himself after work is done. Desrespectful of one's house; having attitude about wearing shoe covers. Giving inaccurate info about parts being discontinued aparently to just install what he got and leave; I insisted on installing proper part and he went to the store and said he found the same part few hours ago he said was discontinued.
