Our water heater went out after 20 years. Called Drain Express around 8:30 a.m. and they said someone would be out between 10 and 12.
Dicky arrived just before 11, gave me a quote for the new water heater, valves, venting, pan, and all that was needed.
Him and his technician left for about an hour to get the new one. It was a good quality unit with great reviews.
Drain Express installed, cleaned up and was done in about an hour and fifteen. Everyone at Drain Express was very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered patiently and with straight uncomplicated answers. I would Reccomend to friends and fam.

I had an emergency water heater failure. Each time they came out they were very COVID responsible, very respectful and efficient. They amazed me with how quick they were to respond and how safe they were about their repair.
Always on time and fix the problem. Reasonably priced. They are the bomb.
We live in an older neighborhood where many houses have developed drainage problems with flooded basements, dampness, etc. Neighbors tried many services (anyone with a backhoe or shovel can bill himself as a drainage expert), and most attempted fixes were inexpensive, but ineffective. Drain Express is far from the cheapest, but the quality of the work is high and completed on time. If there is a continuing issue, they are easy to reach and prompt to remedy any work for which they are responsible. In the long run, Drain Express is definitely worth what they charge and in the long run the quality of the work easily makes up for any initial difference in cost. Drain Express is a family-run business, and Dickie takes pride in his work and is the most knowledgeable plumber I've dealt with in our 45 years in this house.
This business came recommended to us highly by our next door neighbors. We could not have been more pleased. They came out the next day and repaired a big clog in our toilet. Drew and the young man accompanying him (didn't catch his name) were friendly and no-nonsense. The next time I have a plumbing issue I will definitely reach out to Drain Express.

These guys are great. Was able to get a next day appointment, fitting me in between many calls, they diagnosed and cleared the pipe and identified a broken pipe which they are fitting into the schedule to fix ASAP. They provide updates at every step and pictures to show you what they are talking about. Great service, reasonable price, honest business people! Thank you to Tracy and his crew and to Danielle in the office for being awesome!

These guys are AMAZING. I had a very concerning issue occur late afternoon. Called them and they were here very quickly. Seriously nice guy fixed things as good as possible and made an appointment to install the new appliance in a day. Lovely people to work with.
Technician came to our house from 1:15-1:30 today to drain a kitchen sink. The charge is $315.99. I do think this place charge a lot higher than other companies we have used before.
The ladies in the office at Drain Express were very helpful. Dicky called before he came and arrived promptly. Drain Express was fast, personable, patient and knowledgeable. Dicky went above and beyond. I thought the price was reasonable. I would use Drain Express again and request one if their plumbers.

These guys can figure anything out! They seriously have their customer's best interest at heart, are honest and smart. Our basement has a sewer pump that another well-known, local company was going to charge $2,000 to vent. Drain Express found the already installed vent and fixed what was actually a very minor problem. I would call them for any job big or small. You guys are amazing. I had my main water shut off valve fail on a weekend afternoon with three kids and three pets in the house! My husband was repairing a minor leak in the kid’s bathroom and once the water was shut off to complete the repair, it wouldn’t come back on. Needless to say, Drain Express was extremely responsive, and sent someone out within the hour! On a Sunday! The technician that responded was polite, professional and worked quickly to restore our valve. I am impressed and very pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness I received from this company. I would definitely recommend anyone else needing some repairs done (emergency or not) to use Drain Express. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Danielle in the office is amazing and really went the extra mile, when there was confusion on my end with scheduling with my tenant- multiple times. And the work performed was great, at a good price.
Came out quickly to patch our broken well pipe (between well and house). Even added a 30-day warrenty just in case. Exactly what we needed when we needed it. Thank you!
Very responsive, kept me informed of their timeline, and the technicians worked efficiently as a team to identify and effectively address our drainage line issues, on a Sunday afternoon!
2 stars for price only. $298.12 for a drain clean out. We called with the problem already diagnosed; it was non urgent, and they never lost the snake to the drain. They were here a total of 20 minutes. Outrageous pricing.
Edit in response to owner’s reply only: if I knew I’d had them for 2 hours at that price, I would’ve put them to work! $150/hour sure is something. Wish I made that.
